Desiree shivered. "Merlin, I might have to kill myself. Mini Casa Nova Jessica's. Talk about evil." She made a rather horrified face, but couldn't keep from bursting into laughter.

"Casa Nova? Evil?" asked Ray, pretending to be suprised. "I think he's rather sweet, actually..." he said, forcing himself not to smile so that he could watch Desiree's unadulterated reaction.

"You're twisted and gay now? Well that's going to be rather hard on the children don't you think." Her eyes sparkled playfully until she caught sight of Jackson. "Oh...I...I haven't seen her, sorry." She looked to the ground, trying to think where she might be. "She was eating lunch but she's on free period now. Perhaps try her Common Room? Oh, I do hope your uncle recovers quickly."

Leigh came in, having spoken to Matt out in the hall. She was still a little faint, both from the unreal experience of talking to him and also what Matt had told her. "I-I'm here, Jackson."
"Me too. He seems like he's a pretty tough guy, though. I'm sure he'll be up and getting into trouble again in no time," Ray assured Jackson.

"Aha, I found her." Desiree nudged Leigh towards Jackson and waved goodbye as she passed by them. She wasn't so sure why she was leaving as quickly as she was, she barely even remembered where they were headed.

"Hey, Jackson," Kris said, cheering up slightly now that one of her friends were back. She couldn't help but wonder, though; was there any possible way to get Peter to see Jess for who she was. That damned little... she thought evily, wondering if she could jinx the girl 100times over; maybe more, if she wasn't being nice.
"Something illegal?" Peter repeated, looking up at his newly arrived friend. He really hadn't noticed he was gone, but that was okay; as long as no one realized his blunder, he was safe, right?
