Bah, I always lie about my age and tell people I'm way older than I really am, is that bizarre? Rhetorical question. I think not! Old people are the ones who get respect, nobody gives a flying ******** about some 16 year old snot!
( -- Well I don't, and that pretty much means it's a common fact!)

lol Uma, you're right, a million is a lot of cats, but I can see myself having three or four. And yup, I want to be married by an elvis impersonator. That's been my dream wedding since I was about 15, 16 years old. Heh.

( -- Well I don't, and that pretty much means it's a common fact!) that cracked me up. i don't think age and respect go hand in hand I'm 35. I don't remember lying about my age when I was 16 (maybe senility is hitting) lmao i think it only matters if you lie to do something that otherwise would not be legal (if you were under 1 cool .

Jesus Edo, from what little I've seen of you I'd swear you were ten years younger.
I don't have a need to lie about my age, but, you know, isn't so common for a dude. I get carded all the time but I do look a bit younger than I am, so, whatever.

Old people are the ones who get respect, nobody gives a flying ******** about some 16 year old snot! Eh, I really don't think age matters. As long as you represent yourself in a way that doesn't make you look like a complete moron... I've never felt the need to lie about my age. Sure, sometimes I get crap from people (jokingly) becasue most of my online friends are more around the college age, but it doesn't really bother me too much. That's just the thoughts of a 16 year old snot though :p

Most 16 year old snots do exactly that, represent themselves as complete morons. But in all honesty, I'm even worse than a 16 year old snot myself, however, I am also a condescending a*****e which quite adequately makes up for that shortcoming!

Actually I have never found you to be condescending. I think you have a nice honesty about you that is rather refreshing.

i never lied about my age to people... never saw the need. in the last year i've started hanging out with people from 23-26 and they dont care that i'm 18. i'd honestly have to ask others though to see how i represent(ed) myself because personally it seems like 2 years ago i was so much dumber, haha. like looking back at conversations i had with uma and others, i just crack up and say "what was i thinking??"

I get that, I occasionaly came across posts I made ages ago on forums I infrequently visit, recently and I am actually embarrassed by my conversational skills back then.

My bf is younger than me, but I have never liked to get into age so I avoid it completely.
