*Layra put her hands on her hips.* Beeeeeeeeeeeeeen. *Engelbert look up at her really confused and she was trying so hard not to laugh.* All well, I guess it will have to wait untill later Chesna.
*Nikkos was extremely confused. He never understood half of what went on between Chesna and Layra. It sometimes felt like Layra was messing with him on purpose, then he had to remind himself that they had been friends for thousands of years almost and that he was bound not to get that many inside jokes. Still, it always made him feel left out. That made him feel weirder still. He had never been an attention hog or possessive, but somehow it was different with Layra.

*Chesna laughed and put a hand on Bens back, he looked at her even more confused. He had no clue what was going on and it didn't look like he would figure it out anytime soon. He glanced over at Nikkos for any sign of understanding and got nothing of teh sort, He lokoed just as confused as he did.*

*Chesna laughed.* You little dominatrix you. Did you even ask if he wanted to come. *She turned to Nikkos.* Come on or you have to get breakfast by yourself. *Then she ran towards the window, jumped, dove towards the windowsill grabbed the outside edge and summersaulted out the window.*
*Nikkos was amazed by her antics, but he was more hungry. He followed her out the window without a glance at Chesna and Ben.*

Well your coming now...*Chesna dove head long out the window after Nikkos, Ben eyes were huge, he thought he was going to die, but Chesna never touched the ground*

*Layra landed on a road about a mile from the castle. She had smelled many horses and people. She hadn't really wanted to land in front of them in broad day light. She folded in her wings and waited for the others.*

*Chesna saw Layra land and came in just behind her. She set Ben down next to her and he leaned on her shoulder for support*
*Ben felt sick and he couldn't stand up straight*
*Chesna put an arm around him to keep him on his feet and looked towards Layra* Whats on the menu?

Can't you smell it. *Layra had her eyes closed and her nose in the air. A small smile was playing on her lips. She was in sheer bliss.*

*Chesna took a deep breath and something snapped inside her. She was going on full primal instincts. She let go of Ben and crouched low to the ground. Her eyes narrowed and she could feel her meal coming blissfully unaware closer and closer each second. Something in her head was growling at her to shrink into the tree and lay in wait, to stalk and play with her meal, but something else in there also told her to be straight forward and just grab one of them. She thought hard and long and didn't move an inch from the ground*
*Ben stumbled back a few steps and watched Chesna curiously. He wasn't exactly sure what she was doing but he was sure it had something to do with breakfast*

*Suddenly Larya heard it. There little children playing in the woods. She slipped off into the trees.*
Nikkos had heard it too. He could smell them as well. The smelled young, sweet, and thick blooded. He slipped off after Layra.*
*Layra heard Nikkos coming behind her and stopped to wait for him. When he caugt up with her she took his hand and they walked silently through the trees towards the child voices.*

*Chesna stood straight up and watched the others leave. She noticed ben watching her. One part of her watned to leave him behind, he was just an extra weight to carry around, but the other one couldn't just leave him alone. She finally grabbed him by hte collar of his neck and slipped off into forest going on the other side of which Layra took, to suround the meal. She ran, silently dragging Ben along with her to get behind the children. She slowly stalked up on them her whole body just inches from the ground*

*There were two little boys with wooden swords in the clearing. The weren't as young as she had thought. They had to be about 12 or 13. They were perfect. Layra walked into the clearing.* Excuse me boys...my friend and I seem be a little lost. *She gestured to Nikkos.* Could you possibly helps us. *She walked over to the boys. One opened his mouth to say something and then Layra grabbed his head and pulled his neck back and sunk her teeth in. The other boy didn't have time to scream before Nikkos was on him.*

*Chesna had found a group of girls, about 10. There were three of them, making stings from a patch of flowers in a clearing just left of the boys. They were clueless to there older brothers fates. Chesna crept up behind the oldest one. The other two were giggling a few feet away. When they were both distracted by an insect Chesna pounced silently on the older girl. She poked her on the back of the neck and the girl was out like a light. She drug her off back into the woods without a glance from the other two. She layed the girl across her lap and motioned for Ben to go and give it a try before biting down on the girls perfectly pink neck*
