Izzy calmed considerably with the rising of the sun. But the sun couldn't make her less anxious to find her mom. Around them there were no signs of Isabelle and this made Izzy worried all the more. If she had gotten into the castle then the King could find her and get mad enough to send her away. All the more reason to find her and bring her back home.
As the sun rose, Antoinette started to loose her confidence. Izzy would not need her.... Neither would Josh. She started to fall behind the two of them further and further until they were out of sight. Antoinette would not leave the comfort of her forest. They would never notice her missing. She turned to go the opposite direction. Not that she had more important things to do, but she couldn't bring herself to go with them anymore. As was her way.
Ly took his time sulking. Maybe Alice would be alright, maybe not. He didn't care either way right now. He couldn't tell what these feelings were but they didn't make him feel good. Finally done moping, he stood to go back to the house, Alice no longer on his mind.
Ace took Jesta's hand. "Today, Let us finally have the wedding today. The sun has come out, Izzy will bring Isabelle back. We can get the rest set up and have the wedding today. What do you think?"
Isabelle blinked. Where in the world was she? She couldn't remember where she was or what she had been doing. She dropped the knife she had been holding with a shrug and turned and walked down the hall. She had to find her way back home. Izzy would be worried about her. She hummed as she walked along the hall towards the door she had entered earlier that evening.
The only reason Alice wasn't discovered at dinner was Mark's brilliant way of getting them out of the castle. It hadn't been easy with a very easily distracted Alice, but he managed well enough. By the time they had made it outside, the sun had started to rise and they were both back to their normal selves. Alice was as chatty as every. "I want to see all the people! As many as I can see before night falls again. Can you do that for me Mark?" He wasn't sure how, but he agreed anyway.
Misty's expression softened. "Ly has no idea what he is doing half the time. Tis hard being the cousin of Izzy. Come dear. Let us talk somewhere else. Just because you are far from home doesn't mean we can't make you feel at home. Follow me!" She started off down the hall. But to make sure the girl was following, she turned on her heals and started walking backwards. She knew this house better than anyone. Besides maybe Sahara. "Oh excuse my manners. Madd always did tell me my manners were bad. I am Ly's Mad Aunt Misty. But don't let that fool you. They just call me Mad. Well of course I know you exist. Don't talk back to me..." She seemed to talk to no one in particular with her last two statements. A smile broke across her face at Alice.
((And ninja? did you mean Antoinette?
Idril... we have a wedding to get everyone together for...))

Random was quiet a moment, absorbing Anna's comments, then he giggled. "Remind Random of funny story. Wise man offered by emperor many times to be adviser. Wise man says no. Hundred times emperor asks, pays more every time. One time, messenger ask why wise man no come. Wise man say, 'Emperor has pretty bird that sings in cage.' Messenger says yes. Wise man points to turtle in mud. Says 'want to be living turtle in mud or dead bird in cage?' Messenger says live turtle in mud. Wise man says 'Me too.' and walks away." Then he bursts into outrageously loud and disruptive laughter, realizing that the dinner, in and of itself, is possibly the most outrageous joke he has ever been a part of. He wished the Cat were here, it was a humor only he could get.

Darkness hissed with pleasure and bent to Haven's ear. "Now, Milord. Now you see that he cannot hold his tongue against his betters and superiors. Have him taken from her, cast in irons. After that, she will have no recourse but to bend her knee to you, should she wish his freedom. Should she not, you will know she is yours."
Teaser looked to Random, then to Gale, sighing. "He certainly held out longer than I thought he would."

Mary inhaled deeply as she awoke. The weight of Erick's head was on her chest, hair tickling the bre skin of her chest. She was in her old room, grateful that Haven hadn't changed anything. He hadn't changed either and Mary was quite glad for that. She could no longer bully him though. He was a king now and she'd been away from court too long to continue instilling fear. He had forgotten the terror she'd once visited upon him, the doubt and uncertainty she'd made him feel. She was rather proud of him really. He'd become fearless.
A curtain swayed in the breeze, sunlight dappling the wall with shadows. A dark pink stain against the soft pink silk.
Last night's dinner had been a near fiasco thanks to the witch. The witch who sought to steal her mothers crown, to destroy the great line of Hearts and cards with her filthy blood. It had all been so simple in the begining. Sneak aboard a ship, kill an ursurper, go back to anonimity until someone new tried to claim the title. Things had grown complicated thanks to the old fool Posideon. Ah well, his crew had fetched a pretty penny with the slavers.
Erick had gone down to the docks after dinner, meeting up with their merry band of killers and destroying what remained of the crew. Those who surrendered were sold; those who fought were feeding the fish.

Gale nodded to Anna, appreciative of the information, storing it away. He then listened to Random before turning to Teaser. He chuckled at the maternal part of Random in Cat form. "Held out, or held back? The way you said that makes everyone else seem like the standard we should go by," he replied, full-heartedly behind the little white coated boy. He reached his human hand out and pet Teaser gently down her full back, quite curious of the reaction. "Of course, I believe he is the standard we should judge ourselves by," he added.
Haven thought about it for a moment before shaking his head slightly. "This is the Spades court. Any royal command set forth by me here would stand only as far as Rhoule allowed. Otherwise, my word is powerless. Besides, putting him in chains would only make him a martyr. He is fragile, but not weak. Jeanie would run to his side and so would that pesky new queen of hearts. No. We need to break him, or..." he stated, his words drifting off as he caught the spark of an idea. Jeanie had two leashes. One was Magenta, the other was Random... he needed to break both. And the bloody queen... could very well help him settle one score. He smirked before getting up slowly. "Excuse me, all. It seems this dinner is coming to a close, so I will be on my way," he stated before gliding off to bed in a guest room, assuming darkness would follow. "Come tomorrow," he spoke softly to Darkness, "We will be visiting Dear Mary... She will be of great assistance.". Gears already turning in his convoluted head.
Upon the morning's sun, Haven made his way to Mary's room. He knocked a quick rhythm from childhood games. Usually a secret code to meet alone, to plan a small prank or sneak out late at night. He needed her without her pesky guard. Haven needed her heart on her sleeve, and Erick made Mary's deeper thoughts harder to acquire.

Hip wiggling? lil misconception, I thought your character was supposed to be the tempting one. wink XD ))

"Dearest," Marry tapped her love on the shoulder. "Love...ERICK!" The former Ace jerked up from where he lay, sword in his hand as he looked about for the threat. She had to laugh as she instructed him. "Calm down dearest, we have a visitor."
Erick grumbled, pulling himself from the bed and putting his pants on. In their realm, in the forest amoungst their men, they didn't bother dressing for company. But he was her guard here, and pants were a useful thing.
"Enter."

(Multi-post/Multi=pass) Anna MelisonAnna awoke to the early sunlight caressing her cheeks, warming like a gentle kiss. With a soft sigh she opened her amber eyes smiling that the night had gone smoothly. After dinner she had walked with Rhoule, she even sang a few sonets for him privately before she went to bed. Now morning was here and she had her freedom, so too speak. But first she had to find the white rabbit, but after she got dressed and nibbled on some of the fruit placed just inside her door. It didn't take long before she was ready and full from her morning snack. Opening the door she slipped between the two cards who stared at her and nodded. Bestowing upon them a benign smile that made them blink and blush she practically skipped down the stars. Heading immediately to the throne room, where she hoped white would be. It was still early for Rhoule to be up, as she already got the gist of him liking to sleep late into the mid or late morning. Opening the double doors she slipped in calling his name out, "Mr. Usagi-san are you here?"Reino n AzazellAzazell and Reino had left early enough to miss the later part of the dinner conversation. Thought they did come back and catch in the shadows of the garden Anna's Sonet's for the King. Reino watched Azazell with great interest, knowing full well that Azazell was changing, and it effected him greatly, on many levels. Reaching out he twirled some of that long silken lavender hair in his fingers getting his other selfs attention fully. "Yes? What is wrong Reino?"Reino looked at him smiling as he leaned down and touched his forehead to Azazells' making the latter go wide eye'd and fearful. "Don't worry I am not angry, but I want you to know two things. What you feel for her is Love... and second you are mine and mine alone Zell.... I wont share you with her, or any other person ever." Reino spoke before lifting a hand under Azazell's chin. Planting a firm kiss upon his lips that were very passionate and very liberating...especially when Azazsell reached up and wrapped his arms around his waist pulling him down closer. Memori 'Tsukikage'She sat glaring at his response, huffing and puffing. As they stared at each other the night slipped away and dawn broke, slowly casting it's light thru the window. "oh fine... But can you take me away from here? I dunno some where there are a lot of people? Or that I can explore, like that giant stone structure way to the south I believe. Pretty pretty please." She said her voice a bit whiney.

Haven turned the knob and stepped in. "Mary. We haven't spoken privately in quite a while. But I'll be brief," he said, looking the unfit guard up and down. Haven could plainly see that the protection of royalty wasn't what it used to be. He then turned his attention back to Mary. "You don't like the new chain of command in the Hearts area. Easy enough to tell... Maybe, we can both assist each other then. You see, I have my eyes on that bouncy lass that tends to be with her, everywhere. However, my lone tactics only worked so well. But if two royal blood descendants come together... Surely your more... Blunt style of work, along with my diplomatic skills can take down this prissy powerhouse," he spoke, being cautious with his word choice. For, although the pirate 'guard' was a shrimp compared to an army... Haven didn't have an army with him, and a pen was only mightier than a sword, when the sword was not in close proximity to the author. He hated tiptoeing, but he needed to dance a little. Give a bit of razzle, dazzle, and flair.
The White Rabbit heard her from the garden. He quickly tapped his cane on the ground and stepped through his portable door, only to step into the castle. "Miss Anna, I have some wonderful news," he stated quietly. He wasn't whispering, but the peace and calm that logic returned to him in the morning, gave him a wish to be on the softer side. It seemed more serene and orderly.
