Riley pulled Castigal aside, offering him a view of the remains of her campaign booth, which had washed ashore after the destruction. And there, sitting on a slab of wood, was a lovely set of fireworks.
I did say a bang, didn't I?
She bundled them together, wrapped them in a plastic bag, lit the fuse, and hurled it hard and fast, until it plopped into the water. There the bag immediately began to sink, as it filled with water. Timed correctly, the bag was filling slowly enough that the fuse was never extinguished - and as it plopped down near the fishtank, the fuse reached its destination.
The spray of water and eggs was beautiful imagery to behold. It was no giant explosion, but more like a fountain bubbling up, spraying them like mist. It certainly hadn't destroyed the tank, but the floresce looked mad as hell for the disturbance.
She giggled.

As the tank was hit by the firecracker, Israfel let out a shriek. Then he was tossed to some very very VERY angry floresce.

Israfel made faces at the firecracker culprits, even as he was caught. He blamed them for this one.
He also planned to give Cam a box of candy brains just to pester Riley.

The vampire blinked, startled by the contact. Why was she showing him a soggy wreck? And what, more importantly, did this have to do with any sort of bang? A frown drew his face - at least, until he heard her voice once more. With it, his attention was drawn to the bundle of fireworks sitting amidst the wreckage. As his brows lifted, Castigal's frowning mouth reshaped into a perfectly astounded, "Oh."
He blinked, at Riley - then the fireworks - and back to Riley again. His lips twitched. Then he smiled, and from that smile, grinned. "Absolutely brilliant!" His ingenious new acquaintance had already begun tying the explosive bundle when Castigal enthused, his voice quite flushed and merry. Her giggling was met by his full-throated laughter, genuinely enjoying the sight of those...those...! Well, he had used up his most colorful insults of the day, but it was no less beautiful to watch those fish fly! In the midst of melee, he turned, extending a little half-bow to the ghoul of the hour. "It's been a real adventure, milady. Definitely hope to meet you again sometime."
It was simple as that - Castigal wasted no time separating himself from the scene, and the possible ire of two mad gym leaders. He'd gotten them back in spades, hadn't he? Fish were soaring, their stolen eggs were nice and wiggly in his pocket... The boil chuckled. Oh, yes. This had been a grand old time.

As he tried to make it across an attack and the siren was down. A seed lost. Down but not out. Not yet anyway.

When they got him this time, their attacks seemed more violent then usual. Israfel blames the firecrackers.

Ru hummed as she looked through the water, and humphed up at the tank. There were still eggs... There was still hope. She started for the tank again, another brute-force approach, and suddenly found herself in the middle of a brawl between... Well... herself... And the other two. She winced as they called out their orders and, having learned SOMETHING from the previous attacks, dug out what was again one of her last seeds, throwing it into the rabble. Thankfully, this took distraction to enough of a term to let her escape.

Ikki sighed, recovering her student and gently-er passing her the bag of eggs, smiling, and dipping into the water to disappear. The next Ru would see of her, she was climbing up and into the tank, and grabbing another of the red eggs to bring back. She hurried back, though, opting for the boards rather than the water, since the enemy fish were hot on her tail.

Ikki couldn't help giving her own victorious smile after that return with the orb, and turned to try again. Ru, after putting the egg in the bag and glaring up at the fox, stood, picked the vulpine creature up, and threw her out into the water again.
Ikki returned a few minutes later with the same results as this action had brought earlier, glaring at her student. How could something so... So... Dim... Be so clever in it's punishments? ... Of course, this was thought with sarcasm dripping from it as though fresh from an acid bath...

Minnie came into the gym. Saw a tank of fish. Sneaks. Dipped her hands. Unfortunately, they saw her. And so they threw fish at her.

Armed with an injured hand, bruised pride, and a shuriken lodged somewhere on his leg Merope entered the submerged gym again. He wasn’t expecting the gym leaders to remember him. The Floresce, yes -- he did somewhat taunt them as soon as he scored their eggs. But the gym leaders? Quote: 2-79 - You get pelted by lots and lots and loooots of fail fish. You've lost... just go while you only stink a little of fish... He ducked as the gym leaders began throwing fail fish at him, forcing him to turn and flee.

...She couldn't take it anymore
She had been pelted with fish after fish after fish. Always the fish and never NOT the fish. It was driving her crazy, and it was also pushing her levels of rage to unsafe limits. There were no tables to take her anger out on either.
As the last fish smacked her in the face, she looked at the offending creature, glaring daggers into the thing before something occurred to her
She couldn't remember the last time she had eaten
And....well, the ToTers didn't want their fish anymore, considering they spent their time pelting her with it.
And so, for the next half hour or so, the dragon ghoul sat in front of the Gym area, sinking her teeth into the poor little fish floresense, and hoped that they could see what she was doing, and hoped it pissed them off as much as it did to have them being thrown at her all the time.
They tasted pretty good too.

Mo was in a good mood right now but that changed quickly when she felt a small shiver. Something was telling her she shouldn't go this way maybe it was the fish that smacked her in the face. It seems she was lost yet again and back at this gym where the owners were pelting denizens with fish. She turned around and left just as fast as she had came.
