You mean the Animated one? Or the one with my pics? If it's the Animated DBSK one, I have no idea since I wasn't the one who did that.
The one with the pics of you.
Err. I took three pictures of me, cropped them to the size I wanted.
Then I made a border around each pic. White 3px stroke.
Then I put all three pictures in one layer.
Then filled with different shades of blue to softlight or sometime overlay.
I just do with what look good in my eyes.
And for the heart and such, those are brushes that I added on.
