If you're a member of livejournal, may I suggest making a "want to buy" post in egl_comm_sales? Make sure and specify that you need a rather sturdy petticoat, andwithin what timeframe.

I do take commissions, but I am only currently accepting them for accessories-- all slots for larger items are full.
My only warning is that my commissions are a custom extension of my clothing label-- so while I try to keep prices affordable, I am doing this to make a profit, as I have to support the brand. My current turnaround time is roughly one week, and then items within the USA are shipped via priority mail.

my brother is in Nagoya right now for school so i took the opportunity to make him shop for me!
i had a horrible time choosing items from angelic pretty but i got things that always sell out on the english site
accessories! headbands, rings n bracelets
i also got their new T-shirt and a cute new purse and he got me something else but idk what it is yet....

You should go on LJ and make a WTB post on EGL. I know of some folks that do pettis and bloomers and hair accessories.

Was it Dream Shoppe? Starry Candy Box or whatever? That's pretty weird to find at a con, even AX. haha

Starry Candy Box had the pink x yellow op.
Dream Shoppe had the pink x yellow jsk, pink x yellow skirt & black skirt.
I was amazed too o_o
SCB's prices were way higher than Dream Shoppe's in though ( $700 for a Sugary Carnival JSK? It would be cheaper for me to win it in an auction through a shopping service and ship it to me! D: )
The girls at the DS booth were also willing to haggle to get things sold so I bought from them xD

Yeah, SBC is way overpriced and a bit mercenary. They take "private" reservations for "members only" for AP. It's really honestly kind of shady to me, even if they are a legitimate business.
