Ha. Ha. It's a retard thing to think and you know it. Just makes you sound dumb.
It is actually a legitimate concern. A BA doesn't train you for anything in particular. It just broadens your base knowledge and critical thinking capacities. I in no way detest education, but the practical reality of life is all about the big
cha-ching.
There's some actual substance from which the "
Arts major working in a fast-food restaurant" stereotype is derived.
And sounding dumb? That's my thing. What're you, new here?
I think she is new, lets flame her and call her a noob until she leaves in tears!!!!
The perfect sunday afternoon activity, in my books.
And I share the concern about what you can with a Ba. Which is why I'm trying to major in Journalism. It seems like the only course I can take that has any practical uses, unless I try and be a professor, which I won't.
However, I have seen some job postings that were looking for someone with a Ba, as well as anyone with more specialized training, andt they weren't at McDonalds. So it's not like there aren't any jobs for graduates with a Ba, but, they're just a little harder to find maybe. They're there though, I believe.
If they're not, you can always take a two year community college course or something like that.
Or learn to be a trucker. That only takes like a month.
