" Good to know," Senaka answered as she kept pace with Tsukiko. It had been so long since she ran in this form, she truly missed it. She had to fight to pause and smell everything. There was time for that later, she mused.

" I have a feeling we're going to have lots of time to play around here," she laughed as they ran. The sun flashed overhead as we ran, its warm rays peeking through holes in the thick canopy.

Ace finds a device that looks like a detonator on the ground at the construction site when he headed to go home but everyone was too busy looking for the explosives "Hmm wander what will happen?" Ace sets off the explosives desroying part of the forest where the girls were and no one could even tell

"Holy crap!" Senaka gasps as she darts away from the explosion. She had to move quickly as several trees and falling debree came rushing towards her. In her hurry to get safe from the fires that now blazed the tinderbox trees, Senaka got separated from Tsukiko.

"Hey! Where are you?" she called, coughing on the smoke. In all the heat and rising flames, she knew it would be too dangerous to change into her redtail hawk form.

All that was left to her was to run and hope that her speed was greater than the windswept fires.

Panic was starting to take hold in Senaka making her running more frantic and uneven. Where was she to go? She didn't know this place and the terrain was quite different than from back home.

She continues to run, dodging falling trees and hoping to find someplace safe, or at least the end of this forest.

The smell of smoke overpowered her senses, but Senaka tried to head in the direction she had seen Tsukiko go. If anything it was her best bet to find the girl, this was her territory after all. She would know where to go to get out.

So now she needed something that could manage the terrain but wasn't as fragile as her fox form. She found a spot that wasn't entirely engulfed in flames and quickly shifted from fox to human and then to grey wolf.

Now she was ready to track and run to find Tsukiko. And off she went.

Running with new found strength, Senaka began her search of Tsukiko. The flames grew and spread through the area. She knew there wasn't much time. Even as she went further on, her body was weakening steadily from inhaling all the smoke.

"Tsukiko," she called. Her voice sounded weak and hoarse.

Senaka heard the faint reply and banked to her left calling out more as she went, following the narrow ledge of a steep drop that was bidged by fallen timbers.

"Ah!" she gasped as a large pine fell in front of her, collapsing the fallen logs she ran on.
