Now alert, his head shot up, ears straining in every direction for some noise. Ling bounded out at the sound of a roar coming from the distance. Must be that female we saw...
"Do you think she went into the cave with Ling? I hear others back there, though I cannot tell exactly who." He was concerned for Kun Yi's sister, however, it didn't show in his voice. It was smooth and calm and emotionless. More logical than anything else. He sounded like a scientist arguing with the pope over how the Earth was created - factual, all-knowing

Ling Chuckled at the politeness of this female. it was a rare thing, something he hadn't seen in many, and the one had had been a cub. perhaps? He nodded and moved in the direction of the cave. "We have all eaten our share...you are welcome to eat what is left..." He moved onward. "Ling...Ling is fine for now. Titles only get in the way."

Adelle nodded and followed Ling happy to have found a friendly pride. "Thank you for your generiousity. I won't stay long. I am looking for my daughter."

Akira's tail waved back and forth paitently "oh ok, thats alright king ling" he said giving him a short polite bow before turning around to the two other cubs "shall we go then?" he asked smiling "i would like to explore the cave before it gets too dark"

Ling looked over his shoulder at the other and nodded. "Your daughter, I see..." He chuckled and thought for a moment. "Her name is Nola...isn't it?" He stopped in his walking, turning to face the female his deep eys shimmering in the sunlight. "I could tell...she acts just like you..." He nodded and moved on, leading her to the opening of the cave.

Nuri had been patrolling the lands around the cave, keeping a general idea where everyone was. He heard the approach of Ling and this new lioness from the waterhole and strolled up to meet them. He stopped at a polite distance, far enough away that if Ling had something pressing to attend to, he could simply continue on his way. Even so, he rumbled a friendly greeting to the pair, more to keep the lioness at ease than anything.

Adelle acknowledged the green and purple lion before following Ling to the cave. She looked around fairly anxiously for she wanted to see her daughter.
Nola was wandering around in the cave with Akira and Xiao. She was still sad that Xia had not tagged alone but she played none the less.

Akira walked forward placing his steps carefully, for the back of the cave was a little damp and the rocks slippery. he jumped from one rock too the next sticking his nose curiously in each crevas to see if anything was there. from the corner of his eye he thought he saw a bit of movment, he instictively dropped into a hunting crouch and walked slowly, soundlessly towards the movement

The dragon lioness treated the black and red lion to a small glare. "She shouldn't wander off without telling me." Maybe a hypocritical statement, but it would ease her mind. Her tail lashed the air, and Kun Yi settled down next to Shaitani. The lioness was comfortable next to her future King, even resting her head on his shoulder.

He shifted his eyes to her, but made no move to remove her from his shoulder. My mind wanders to her, but also away...
"You weren't here for her to tell. I'm sure she would have had you been here," he replied, trying to comfort her. Granted, his tone was anyhitng but comforting, still stiff and cold, but it also held a hidden warmth within the coldness, where his tenderness toward her was reflected obscurely.

The logical answer made her nod. Still she was worried. So used to protecting her sister even in the Pride. Now that her blue twin was growing away from her, Kun Yi was experiencing anxiety.

Shaitani nuzzled her slightly, "I'm sure she's all right. She's older now, and capable of fending for herself should the need arise." He had sensed her worry and tried to calm it as best he could, though still haivng little idea of what to say.

Adelle walked past the two that she encountered out in the desert and took a sniff of the floor before heading towards the back of the cave. "She is this way." She walked back quickly and looked around the corner to where the cubs were playing.
Nola was rolling around with Xiao and watching akira staulk something. "Careful Akira." She said before turning towards the other cub. She stopped in midturn when Adelle moved into the area fully. "Mama?" Nola stood slowly and then ran over jumping onto the female making them both laugh. "My little Nola."

Nuri crept up to the mouth of the cave, his curiosity propelling him forward after Adelle. But he stopped at the entrance, looking around the corner. There he saw the reunion of the lioness with her cub, Nola. The sight brought a smile to his face.
