I donate to Gaia because a lot of hard work has gone into this site, and things have changed a lot since I first joined nearly three years ago. I enjoy using this site, and I don't mind donating a few bucks every month if I have it.

I just naturally expect messageboards to be free and personally refuse to ever donate to one on that principle. I've donated (anonymously in return for nothing) to other kinds of websites though.

I would donate but I can't because:
a)I don't have a credit card and
b)I don't know where the exchange post/bank thingy is
I'm getting a credit card in a year and a half though. The second I turn 18. >.< Man, I really can't wait!
I swear, I'm going to get three letters per month. Two to keep and one to sell. Yay >.<

You don't need a credit card to donate. You can donate through PayPal with a bank account. And don't expect to get a credit card right away. It took me many many tries to get approved for one becuase I had no credit.

You link the two, and then use the paypal to donate the money from your bank to gaia. Simple as that. A credit card is faster though, it takes about a week to process the donations through the bank.

Just wondering does anyone here want to be bribed into contributing to / joining my discussion / poll guild? wink (( It's been active for over a year but we are on a recruiting drive.)) At first I couldn't get a credit card, but then I was talking to a different banker and he was all talk2hand and had one sent to me.

Wow, I just noticed that if you click to a different page of a topic it's like the person in the top-left transforms into whoever the first poster of the new page is.

I had to go out for dinner with my dad's side of the family. My aunt was staring at me throughout the whole time...just staring...and smiling. It was a bit creepy. And yesterday, I had to go to my grandmother's place (on my mom's side) where I was molested by my four year old cousin.
