Kikyo jerked the steering wheel out of Erik's hands and turned the vehicle around. She wasn't leaving Rin behind.
"KIKYO! ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL US?!" Blade yelled, gripping the sides of his seat till his knuckle hurt.

"Oh for ******** sake..." Erik jumped out of the van. "Go get the others! I'll hold Karoline...off?" She was no where to be seen. Then Erik heard a cat call from above. Looking up, Erik saw Karoline with wings floating above them. "Oh." Erik was too shocked to move. Karoline then started a divebomb that would likely kill Erik if he didn't move.

"Blade! Get Rin and Micha!" Kikyo yelled, tackling Erik out of the way. She threw one of her famous pager bombs in Karoline's face. It exploded at a smoke screen. She pulled Erik into the van and shut the doors.
Blade hurried Rin and Micha into the van. He jumped in himself and shut the doors. He locked them.
"DRIVE!" he yelled.

Rin nodded to Blade in thanks and wiped the tears from her face.
"I'm sorry."She said "I'm very emotional."
"Must be that timer of month."Micha said with a laugh.
"It is actually."Rin said as she looked up front.

Blade sighed and looked out the window again.
Kikyo moved Erik out of the driver's seat and put him in the passenger. She pushed down on the gas hard and the van took off.

Erik's mind was spinning. The only way Karoline could have such an unexplainable ability is if she was a Broken...so, she really cared about him that much?

"Are you trying to make me throw up????!!!!"Rin exclaimed. Suddenly her vision blurred and her thoughts were going in every direction.She tried to look forward but everything was so blurred that it was hard to tell what really was going on. Rin clutched Micha's leg and the armrest on the other side of her.
Micha turned his head toward Rin.Hethan looked down at his leg were her hand was and watched her knuckles grow even whiter.
"Are you alright?"He asked pulling her out of her face."Kikyo stop!I think she's gonna barf or something!"
Leah sat in the office and looked around.It wasn't anything like her old office,much to primitive she thought,but she figured it would work for now.Leah stared patiently out the window.Her evil grin grew as she forced the images into Rin's mind. Leah pushed as hard as she could,Rin wasn't the only one who could play mind games.Her smile continued to grow.

Erik snapped back to Earth just in time to hear Rin say she was gonna puke. Then he remembered a little device he had installed: An emergency shut off on the passenger's side. Erik hit the switch, stopping the van cold.

Kikyo looked back at Rin.
"Blade! Micha! One of you break a window!" she yelled back, thinking they had to get away. "HURRY!" she wasn't in the mood. She took out an iPod and put the buds into her ears. She quickly found "Going Under" by Evanescence. This was the song she was in the mood for.
Blade smashed the window with his fists, causing little trickles of blood to flow down his hand. He jumped up front and was crouched between Kikyo and Erik.
"DRIVE THEN!" he snapped, mostly to Erik. He pressed his slightly blood hand into his shirt to start slowing down the bleeding.

"That didn't help much either!"Rin exclaimed continuing to cluch at Micha. "Make her stop Micha.Do whatever the heck iot is that she sent you here to do because she's not gonna stop until she knows you'll do what she tells you to do."
Micha looked at Rin in shock.What was he supposed to do?He just knew he was supposed to figure out Rin and Kikyo's strenght.
"I can't."He said. "I have to let her push you."He said looking away from her.

"DANG IT MICHA! JUST TELL HER! WE DON'T HAVE TIME!" Kikyo snapped, looking back at him. "I see in the future and I am a tech-freak. TELL HER!" she was getting irritated at Micha. She had a feeling it was this Leah she had been asking him and Blade about.
Blade looked at Kikyo. He knew for a fact she didn't normally get this mad. This was bad and he didn't know how to help.

"..."Rin could say nothing. "Micha..."She trailed off as she passed out.
"There's nothing I can actually tell her.She want's to see how far along you guiys are and if it's worth it to take you back."Micha said still unable to look at Rin.

Kikyo sighed. She looked out the window.
"Then...take us back." she said, not looking at Micha, Blade, or Erik. "Rin won't be able to take those mind games Leah's using on her forever. Only two ways to stop it. Both of them involve heading to New York anyway."
"Kikyo..." Blade said, trailing off. Her face was full of worry and anger. It made her look very different. Kinda like the day he told her that his family was moving.

Rin layed partially in Micha's lap still passed out.
"No.You guys stay here.Blade and I will head back and inform Leah of what we know.Hopefully she'll except it and leave you guys alone.Just drop us off at the airport."Micha said subconciusly stroking Rin's hair.

"And if she want's Rin and I, too?" Kikyo asked, looking at Micha questionably. "What then? Do you come get us? Yeah or she'll send others. We're coming."
"Kikyo, just you and Rin stay here. Please." Blade was looking at Kikyo with pleading eyes. "It is pointless for you two to come with us."
