Mirai watched as the rest of the officers and her team arrived. She looked at Lily then Texas and nodded "Yeah..." she replied before looking at Prince Damien again. "Of course the officers aren't going to agree with your 'techniques'. They involve killing anyone who doesn't agree with you and only saving those that kiss your a**. You are nothing more than a power hungry monster like Clara," she stated with a glare. Her wavelength was suddenly felt and increased and Damien drew his sword and spoke of slaying her. "Good luck trying. I won't let you ruin these people,"she warned.

"Well, this turned out to be something worth my while, after all." Despair would say as he appeared in a flash of light, though oddly enough, he wouldn't be on the side of the Prince or Mirai and the others. He was also back in his human form. "So that's what you're up to? I have to say, your way of thinking and your actions, are something that I can get behind." As he said this, Despair looked on towards Mirai and the others, who were now standing unified. "Can you honestly say that you can save those fools? Do you honestly believe that they deserve to live? I do not." Despair eyed Schifo and Betsy then, "I, risked life and limb to save these fools and for what? For them to turn on me so easily? For them to threaten my life and talk down to me? No, I'm done playing pretend with those fools. I think the Machinists and the world will be better off without them." As he said this, Despair withdrew his sword once more. "So I think that I will see to it that I eliminate the entirety of the Machinists, here and now."
Prince Damien laughed when he heard Lily. "Oh little fox, you understand nothing of power. But don't worry, you can watch me from beside my throne while I show you off as my personal pleasure Kitsune." Captain Schifo glanced at Despair before looking back at Damien. "A three-way fight, huh?" He rolled his shoulders, loosening up. "That's fine with me. Kill two birds with one stone." Texas grit his teeth angrily. "Despair! Stop it! We're trying to make things better here, no worse! And no, killing them all will NOT make it better!" He let out a breath. "If you do this, I'm not going to fight on your side. I'm going to help the Machinist officers." The other Machinists all looked at Texas in shock. "Y-you'll help us!?" Lieutenant Laurell asked in surprise. "Yeah...you heard Mirai. We came here to help you guys. We're not going to let you be destroyed." The other Machinists stared at Texas for a moment before Captain Schifo shook his head. "Well, okay then. I won't ask why you're doing this, at least not until this is all over." He replied.

Lily Treinna Lily with Blood Blade Nine tailed Form _____________________________________________________________ Lily smirked "oh...Im going to enjoy kicking your a** waaaay off that golden pedestal you put yourself on" she stated as she would now glance at Despair seeming to want to fight everyone "Cant you keep that need of fighting in your pants until s**t has been settled?" she asked him before hearing texas make it clear why they were there, it was a good point to tell them but she was surprised they would agree, as they clearly didn't listen to them before this little confrontation
+ Weapon Creation: she can create weapons she owns(puts them in a sort of collection only to pull them out when needed) in total she only has the blood blade + Elemental force: she can harness 4 elements with the help of her sword Fire,Water, ice, and Air + Nine Tailed form: an extra form that She can tap into, she hasn't perfected it yet so she cant keep it up for long, but her abilities are much stronger making her a force to be reckoned with. she is able to manipulate her tails to the point to being able to grab things and attack with them as well as defend. + Enhanced speed + Anti-Madness manipulation: much like Madness it can take its own form, but because she has this she is immune to madness, she can take damage from attacks from madness but she can't be infected, this element is strong against madness users and Black blood users for some reason, she can also add it to her own weapons or limbs, +(unknown) +(unknown) +(unknown)

As Despair spoke, Mirai rolled her eyes "Life and limb. Right. Fine. Woe is you. I don't have time to handle your drama," she stated, feeling a bit pissed as she remembered the times Despair decided not to save a Machinist officer and gave her looks every time she decided to help them. Or the time he flat out thought about killing all the officers simply because he was bored. Now he was trying to get a pity party out of this. Mirai pushed those thoughts away and looked at Prince Damien again. Despair wasn't the issue that had to be dealt with. "Don't even give him the time of day, we need to focus on Damien... If he gets in the way just kick his a** too," she told Lily and Texas. She felt a bit relieved that the officers seemed to allow at least Mirai, Texas, and Lily to fight with them for now.

Hearing the others, Despair smiled, "A three-way fight, huh? That does sound like fun." he commented before looking towards Texas. "Oh? You'd join up against these fools, despite them willing and ready to kill us all, just a few minutes ago?" he asked, before letting out a sigh. "Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups." Despair would say, mocking both Texas and the others. He would ignore Lily's little remark about him always needing to fight. At this moment, he wasn't in the mood to tease the girl. However, as Mirai spoke, Despair's demeanor would change, he wasn't smiling anymore and his stance became more serious. "Ah, the little princess speaks." Despair aimed his sword towards Mirai. "You know. I really wanted to keep my promise to your brother, but as of this moment, I honestly couldn't give a damn anymore." Suddenly, Despair's demonic energy would surge, as well as his soul wavelength. "Say Prince, how about I ease your workload a bit? Let's just say that this is a small gesture of goodwill." As he said this, Despair unleashed a small barrage of light orbs at Texas and the others. The orbs would hit ground and result in tiny explosions rocking the area. This was a calculated move to not only damage them with the explosions but also split them apart. While this happened, Despair would remain where he was, waiting for one of them to make the first counter attack.
Captain Schifo let out a chuckle as he heard Mirai. "Yeah, I gotcha," he replied. Prince Damien laughed when Despair spoke to him. "Please, indulge yourself to your heart's content," he agreed. Everyone reacted as Despair opened fire on them. Texas flashed and appeared in Mirai's hand as a flaming sword. Looks like we're in this for the long haul he told her via their mindlink. April May formed a shield of ice around herself, allowing the explosions to break against and shatter it without harming her. As soon as the shield shattered she raised her hand towards Despair forming multiple circles of ice spikes and firing them off at him with incredible speed as if she were wielding a freezing minigun. Cassie and Betsy scattered to avoid the explosion firing their weapons both at Despair and Prince Damien, bright streaks of bullets and energy criss-crossing the battlefield. Captain Cross ran straight through the explosions towards Prince Damien, ignoring the burns and cuts they caused her. She lashed out with her blade at the Prince and locked swords, bright silver and golden flashes emanating from them as they clashed.
Captain Schifo did the same except he rushed Despair instead, his sword humming with green energy. He swung his sword towards Despair in a wide arc, attempting to slash him across the torso. Meanwhile Lieutenant Kiea shot forward in a crackling bolt of green lightening, arcing around Prince Damien's flank and appearing behind him. Her eyes flashed with the same green energy as she slashed out with her katana attempting to bisect the Prince in one brutal blow. There was a shower of blue sparks seemingly out of nowhere as Kiea's attack tried to connect, stopping her blade in its tracks. Without a pause she bolted out of the way, a blast of blue energy missing her by inches. "An energy shield huh?" Captain Cross asked with derision as she and Damien continued to struggle against each other. "Coward." Prince Damien laughed. "Oh come now, if you had one you'd be using it too," he countered.

Mirai stared at Despair with an intense glare, one that seemed familiar. Without her violet hair, Mirai only seemed to have her last name as proof of who her father was. However, when she glared she looked very similar to Divine. “And you did a crap job at keeping that promise from point one, honestly,”as Despair suddenly allied himself with Damien, her glare intensified and her wavelength shot up “I'm not surprised but part of me thought you were better than allying yourself with someone like that..." she muttered. As Texas flashed and turned into his weapon form, Mirai grabbed him and quickly moved out of the way of the explosions. Mirai landed on the ground and watched as the Machinist officers began attacking. She smiled slightly as she saw Cross go head on after Damien. She was about to attack him as well, however he seemed to have an energy field around him. She also wasn't sure what his augments were and therefore didn't want to waste an attack if she didn't know what he could or couldn't take. Right after Captain Schifo attempted to attack Despair with his sword. Mirai's eyes glowed brightly and she disappeared, using her time ability to instantly appear behind Despair, swinging Texas at his back.
Lily Treinna Lily with Blood Blade Nine tailed Form _____________________________________________________________ Lily would jump backwards to avoid the explosions "Wow...legitimately couldn't keep his ego in his pants, thats just pathetic, no wonder he constantly changes side, it probably gets him off" she stated in an annoyed expression, it seemed that everyone already set in stone whom they were going t fight, Lily on the other hand didn't know whom needed their a** kicked more, Damian or Despair...both were dicks hence the d in their names but she had Mirai, April, cassie, betsy, Schifo, and Texas all fighting Despair, while it seemed only one was fighting Damien with back up from Cassie and Betsy shooting, So in her best assumption that side needed more fighting potential. While the two, Damian and Cross were clashing, Lily would use her speed to move to the side of their fight charging it to slash Downward on Damian so that she wouldn't hit cross in the process. she didn't care for Shields much, mainly because consistently beating one would break it down, or at least in her experience it did.

Hearing Damien, Despair smiled, "I thank you for the meal." he stated, with a somewhat eager grin on his face. Watching as April protected herself from the explosions with a shield of ice and then using the shattered pieces to attack, Despair didn't seem worried. Raising his sword in the air and then swinging it down, Despair released a small veil of energy, that hardened and blocked the ice shards. As this happened, Cassie and Betsy would unload a barrage of bullets at both Despair and Damien. Holding out his free hand, Despair summoned yet another sword, which he used in conjunction with his other to deflect and defend against the hailstorm of energy and bullets that were coming his way. At the same time, Captain Schifo would lunge into the fray, targeting Despair as well. Turning quickly, Despair's swords would form an "X" pattern and block Schifo's strike. "My, my. It seems as though I'm pretty popular around here." Just as he said this, Mirai would appear behind him, swinging her trusty little partner. Reacting quickly, Despair would unlock himself from Schifo, and sidestep out of the path of Mirai's swing. As soon as he did, Despair spun himself around, attempting to deliver a powerful roundhouse kick to Mirai's abdomen, using the full might of his demonic strength. "Your brother has high hopes for you, but honestly, I just do see it." he stated as he did this.
As Lily swung her blade down it would hit the same invisible forcefield that Kiea's sword had hit. Blue sparks sprayed around Lily's sword before a blast of blue energy shot back at her. "It's deflecting our attacks back at us!" Lieutenant Kiea yelled to Lily. Kiea seemed to have the same idea though. She shot forward again and sliced at the shield with her blade, dodging the feedback effect. Betsy was firing both her Uzis at Damien as well, causing his shield to practically turn into a fireworks show, shooting off a multitude of sparks and feedback blasts in all directions. Prince Damien laughed at the three of them while still focusing on Captain Cross. "Go ahead and attack me all day," he taunted them. "You'll never break through my personal shield." Captain Cross was still crossing blades with Prince Damien and slowly but surely Prince Damien was beginning to push her back. She grimaced as she put more effort into pushing Damien back but he seemed to barely be trying at all.
As Despair attacked Mirai, Cassie opened fire on him with both magnums, pounding round after round at him as she strafed to make herself harder to hit. Moving to Despair's side Captain Schifo swung at him while he was attacking Mirai, attempting to hit his side. Lieutenant Laurell held her hand over her blade, strangely not attacking at all though she kept her eyes on Despair.

Lily Treinna Lily with Blood Blade Nine tailed Form _____________________________________________________________ Lily would jump back as the sparks came, Kiea would talk about the shield deflecting the attacks "If thats the case" she stated as she would begin to glow with a white glow around her, only to cause an explosion, revealing her nine tailed form "If it will deflect it...then we hit the thing with everything we have...Every shield has a weakness" she stated with a smirk, she wasn't going to let a shield get in her way "Nothing is going to keep me from kicking his a**, if hes so confident, then that means he must rely on that shield...so breaking through it...will really get him scared" she stated as she would hold out her hands opposite of each other, She would create a handle to a sword as well as her blood blade that she owned, the handle soon released light energy into a form of a blade, While this happened the blood blade began to gather all of her elements into the sword causing it to fell unstable. she would jump upwards only to try and come downward on the prince having her blades face downwards to go and stab him, her goal was to send in as much energy and force in her attack as well as a specific spot with both blades to try and break through it. she was determined to kick his a** no matter how much energy it took

Mirai saw Despair's kick coming towards her and a telekinetic barrier appeared in front of her abdomen, taking the blow as she skidded backwards slightly from the force. Though the barrier took a great majority of the force of the kick, Mirai's abdomen throbbed slightly. She was going to feel that later. As Despair spoke, Mirai looked up at him "Yeah yeah. I have heard the 'You disappoint me' spiel more than once. Cut the chatter," she stated before Texas quickly turned into a flamethrower and she aimed at Despair, launching a huge stream of intense flames at him. As she did that, Mirai's eyes glowed as she detected all the souls of the Machinist's officers as well as Lily and Texas's. She focused and suddenly created a telepathic link between all of them. "Everyone, I've set up a link with all of you here. It will be easier if we catch them off guard by communicating in thoughts rather out loud," she stated, mentally. After launching the stream of flames at Despair, debris began lifting off the ground and launching at him due to her telekinesis.

Despair would feel the barrier come up and protect Mirai as his kick landed. Recovering from the momentum of the kick, Despair once again protected himself from the hail of bullets that Cassie fired at him, by using his swords. However, as he did, Captain Schifo would take advantage and initiate another strike, which, managed graze Despair's shirt and his landed on his skin, without scratching it. "Close, Captain. Very, very close." Despair remarked with an eerie smile. At that moment, Despair could feel an intense heat appear behind him. Turning around, Despair would be met with a huge stream of flames. The flames completely engulfed the demon as large pieces of debris came flying at him as well. "Come now. If you're not going to give it your all, you should just stop now." Despair stated as the flames that covered him, suddenly vanished, revealing a slightly smoking Despair. His clothes were burned and charred, yet his skin was completely fine. Raising his sword, Despair swung it, releasing a massive blast of light energy, at Mirai. The blast destroyed the debris that was coming his way, as well as char the very ground. "At least put your heart into it."
... With the Machinist and the group struggling against prince Damien and Despair, there was little to no chance for any of the involved factions to use soul perception if not any map awareness outside the combat zone.
Around a mile away, with relatively safety, a cloaked figure would observe the conflict as she reported the situation to headquarters. "Tch, these people are worse than ants..." Keeping a close look at the fight over all through her vision scope, the silent sniper had quite the free time to look around the field, observe weak points on the facilities. Plus it was amusing to see these refugees eating themselves from within. "At least ants have organization." Still, having Machinist side with these filthy monsters was still shocking. Who would have thought the most prideful camp would lower themselves to fight alongside with scum like DMWA. "I get the kitsune... but the DMWA?" Sighing with relief, she knew it was about time to take her shot. And so the scope would zoom it's deadly reach, looking for her primary target. "Ah, there she is." A wicked chuckle would escape from the mask's filters as the scope would reveal Mirai's head. "Well hello, Mrs. Hybrid." She cooed softly, her index already on the trigger. With just an anti demon bullet It should be enough to take her down. And on the remote situation that she somehow survived, there was always the double tap as the bullet would neutralize her powers. At least half of them to go for a safe kill. Switching her communication device she would clarify her status. "Brisbois here, I got my eye on the hybrid, permission to take she shot as planned." The sniper awaited orders. Before the index would suddenly jump away from the trigger. "You want WHAT?! But I have a clear shot on... urgh!... fine! Changing target now." Adjusting her equipment in a rush.The zoom would grow back so she could observe the battlefield in pursue of the newest target. "C'mon... you've got to be kidding me. am I really gonna shoot this guy?" The sniper asked as the Zoom would close up on the male's head. She didn't wanted another last minute target exchange. But the order was given..."Shut him down." The index once more returning over the trigger.

Aiming for a moving target was always hard, unfortunately, Brisbois had a perfect record. Knowing to never miss a shot. She calmed down, taking a deep breath, holding onto it as she felt her target's motion, taking the wind and distance in consideration. "Hello traitor..." Once the opportune moment showed up. She shot without hesitation. With the mile distance, the rifle's roar would disappear on it's surroundings, unable to warn the group. And even if it could reach them. The sound of the immediate conflict would surely mute it.
