Now what's the permanent speed effect from cutting of ones left leg? Is ti any bonus if one did it him/herself? I'm just curious if somehting like that would happen....purely hypothetical.

No due to the weakness of logia, there is no chance of cutting the second of. Count in the blood loss from the leg with one of the top 10 biggest blood veins. Then the second hit with sea stone. I do believe a common balance thing in RPes is to permanent slow of 50% of the current stat. Also I think that's a fair punishment. A loss of an eye lower accuracy..and arm strength. and so on.

I finish Shanks
gun training should be faster
but I will take a break

There were too many ridiculous customs getting through the net ending up in over-eager people learning them then finding out that they weren't approved.

----- イくぜ！ --For those that see my massive amount of blank training posts that say "Complete!" in the Grand Line, do not fret. They will be filled soon enough. I just have a major problem remembering things like that, so it's easier if I just edit in the training after I make the post. Hope this doesn't violate any rules. ._.
