Weird. . .my guild is totally hot and bothered over this xpac because of the 10 man progression thing. We ******** hate 25 mans and would lurve to just be able to do 10 mans forever and ever and now we will be able to. . .
Edit: btw, sword rogues do waaaaaay more damage than fury warriors if the rogue is good, beast master hunters are what is overpowered right now razz

Ok, as of today (October 1) we know that death knights dont get their own faction, and will have some weird new system, no sheilds, and tanking abillities. That interveiw thing on the site didnt answer any of he questions most people still have...

yeah i think its cool and it comes out next year in september
death knight is supposed to be available to lvl 80 palys who finished a quest
they dont use mana, they use runes(im not sure how that system is) they're a tank/DPS class with a 500% threat aura and 99% parry aura dualweild and cant heal
three epecs are: Unholy, Blod, and Potection
they're like how palys are to priests and warriors these guys are locks and warriors

ok, friggin LK better be good, and Frostmourne better be a wep drop off of Arathas. Anyways i have nothing to say since i can't get enough time to play consecetivley for days on end to lvl to 70 but at least now i'm lvl 55. but it should be good the recent patch f'ed everytihgn over, so the destructive enviroemnt should be awesome. Ok rambling...
So can anyone pm me with specific information, can't seem to get enough time to look over the site.

How does everyone feel about the new "Inscribing" profession? I think it seems cool, yet over powered. Not to mention that everyone will be an insrciber and there will be no one else to make anything.

Lesquid Sir crychimp69 Lesquid I'm quitting WoW when it's released. Personnally I'm mad because of it. As a guild leader on top of that. We're just gearing and getting into Kara and then they throw this at us. Hot bucket of BS. Blizz will do anything for money, not think about how it'll ruin the game.
Just look what happened to EQ when they came out with all their fancy-smancy expansions.
Good Riddance WoW once they ruin it with the SECOND expansion. Once again... your going to have another year or so to do end game. If you don't get into SSC by then.... well your guild will never be successful. That's a bit offensive.
I run a casual guild, where people are more focused on the other players and building relationships between them rather than game content. This will build the strongest guild, no one is selfish and focused only on gear for themselves, everyone helps out and if a piece drops that more than one person can use, the first thought isn't "Oh I can" it's "Well, he/she could really use this piece."
What ticks me off the most is the level cap going up. I'm here and about to have my third 70, when this comes out I'm going to have to level all three, and their professions mind you, back up to meet the level cap, as well as re-gearing all of them.
I think that if they HAVE to come out with an expansion, bring out the new gear and dungeons but leave the level cap the same.
GG Blizz. Honestly, your logic fails. If you're gonna b***h about the new level cap, go ******** quit. The ten more levels means it gives players something to do, other than farm mats for the new prof, or something like that. It makes people wanna hit 78 to use their flying mounts, gets them ready for the new tiers that will be coming out. So please, Q more noob.

I wish Blizzard would stop teasing us with, "Oh, here's another small bit of information on the expansion."
And you get all excited.
But then you realize it's Blizzard and they'll be doing this for another couple of months before they even give us a semi-solid release date.

All-in-all, I'm looking forward to it, the whole 10-man revamp thing seems great, I'm not much of a 25-man person myself.
And I'll get a DK just to screw around in, I doubt I'll play it seriously. razz

well for all of you people out there, please dont hate or say how retarded i am about what im going to say....
when i get to 70, well now 80 cause of the expansion. but when i get to 80 i am going to quit playing the game completely.
to me i see it as there is no more point in playing. yeah sure right now kara and bt and all that stuff is so cool i just think sure ill run it if i can but after i run it i dont really wanna play.
Okay look, i do wanna get all the awesome gear and s**t but to me im really weird and i like everything matching and not looking gay.. so yeah. i dont like having blue or yellow colored gear because it is not a nice color on my mage just me saying.
But what do i know? im a noob player i guess. only lvl 27 and ive been playing this char for like a month.. well i guess that is good considering i dont play that often because of school and my puppy and all that stuff, so i am proud to be 27 biggrin
almost 28 yay closer to my mount.
oh and yeah some people that help me out are all b*tching saying oh ur so lucky u started playing when the patch that made the mount requirment 30 instead of 40. lol that is funny. well tend to go on about stuff so im gonna stop talking for now

Lesquid Look what happened to old world content when BC came out? How many people will never know how MC was? How many people will never step foot into ZG, AQ, BWL, UBRS, LBRS, Scholo, Strat, Naxx, Onyxia again? Even if you did get enough 60's together it's more productive to have 8 Ramparts groups since the loot is worthless and not worth the time, and you get xp.. Well, hate to do it but boot to the face, the new system that gives you points for doing old content is awesome! New titles, mounts (bear mount for killing all 4 enemy faction leaders, or the albino drake for getting 40 total mounts) it will get people back into the old stuff, heh i saw a friend doing onyxia the other day and i have done almost all the oldschool normal instances. Bring on the Ex pack ^^ Oh and as to whoever said that a sword rogue can out dps a fury warrior... um not anymore, i have seen a fury warrior break 3000 dps while best i have seen a rogue do is about 1.9k Titan's grip is amazing.

Grats! I hope I become ungrounded soon enough to be into Northrend before my guild is raiding Naxx. I was sooo close to 70, but oh well! I'm a paladin! Huzzah! Holy Wrath and Exorcism might be somewhat worth the space! YAAY! blaugh

Oh god just looking at this thread--I can't believe beast master hunters were ever overpowered
and that fury warriors used to do damage
now there needs to be a Cataclysm thread
