(sorry for my unbeleivablely long delay, but the new rule around here sucks so much....)
3 Months ago:
The Uh-60 Blackhawk was rushing through the air, following the road the vampires were on. There were the 2 pilots, and the 10 man team in hte back. One of the team members was unloading as many bullets as he could in front of hte vampires, all to no effect. "Why the hell can't we hit the blood suckers!?!" The man in charge of the team yelled, looking over the gunner's shoulder. Dion was an average looking man, no distinct features. dion looked to hte pilots, and yelled into his mike. "Get us down there now! If we can't take 'em out by the air, we'll have to ambush them! Try and get us a few miles ahead of them!" Dion watched the helicopter speed up, now racing ahead of the Vampires, to try and set up an ambush point. Dion and his team jumped out of the Blackhawk, and watched it fly off. Dion signaled to his man to take cover and wait, and they didn't need to wait long before the roar of the motorcycles could be heard. Once the figures were in sight, the entire team burst out of hte vegitation around hte road, and opened fire, useing everything they had to try and stop them.
(ok zone, you can enter in here and help me give how dion got his scar and when he joined hte hunters...)

(well, my char is planned to be a hunter, so perhaps she manages to save dion from the vampires somehow. This could also help inspire him to be a hunter actually, seeing as how one helped him.)

"This." Miles said, chucking Tails into the crowd. He smirked as the boy gave a yelp of pain and walked over. "We found prey on the way here, ladies and gents."
The chameleon looked at the boy quietly, then turned away. "I don't eat anything that's alive."
"You're missing the basic point here, Espio. They have to be alive so we can drink of their blood." Miles said, kicking Tails as he walked over to Espio. "Are you still attached to that weak, mortal life you once led?"
Espio didn't speak, only looked at him a bit before he looked away again. "Neither Charmy, nor I wanted the lives we now have."

Miles turned and smirked at the idiots who dared to near them. "You Hunters are so stupid." He said, then muttered a spell to create a black mist surrounding the area. The Hunters were blinded, but they glowed in the darkness to the Vampires. Then he dashed towards the leader of the Hunters and extended his claws, slashing out. His laughter rang through the air as Dion's blood flew.
"Kill the others and drink of their blood. The idiot brought a banquet right to us!" He laughed with the others, and a cold-hearted voice said, "Miles, let's spare him, just so he can know what he's dealing with!"
Miles smirked. "Sure. But, let's take a bit of his blood, too." He said, then lifted Dion by the front of his shirt collar. "Hope you don't mind pain." He ripped his shirt and then gripped him tightly as he leaned in to sink his teeth into his neck.

A wooshing sound, then few gunshots rang out in the dark, followed by the unearthly screeches of dying vampires. Before miles could stop himself, he was kicked to the ground. Someone caught dion before he could fall, a purple furred rabbit girl. "And you vampires are all the same, too. Next time try fighting a REAL hunter!" she said with a smirk, aiming the pistol at him "You're lucky I need to get this fellow out of here pronto, this thing is loaded with holy water bullets you know...so why don't you just slink back into the dark. I'll kill you some other time." She shook dion a bit, seeing if he was still alive.

Dion had gasped, shocked by the actions going on around him. Gunfire erupted all over, as the Military Spec Ops unit attempted to kill the vampires before they became food themselves. However, Dion closed his eyes the moment he head something collide with his helmet. That's the only thing that saved his eye. When his uniform was ripped open, and then hte felt the grip of Miles, Dion dispaired, wondering what was going on. And as suddenly as the grip was there, it was gone. But a voice told him more then enough. Gasping, Dion drew his Berreta 98, and aimmed it where he figured the person was. "Who the hell are you!!?" Dion asked, noticing the area was unnaturally quiet.

Melody looked over at Tails when she heard him yell. She felt very sorry for him and did not want to see another innocent die. That is why she did not kill the hunter that had attacked her before. Melody made her way through the crowd and stood right next to Tails, hoping he hadn't noticed her yet. She glanced over at Miles to be sure he wasn't watching. She changed into a wolf. She sat down next to Tails and wispered "Hey, Kid! Wanna make it out of here alive?"

Lillian raised a brow, then looked around the area "Well, thats a stupid way of greeting the person who just saved your life. Look, we need to get out of here now. If you can't tell, you're bleeding badly and they've already got the others, so hurry up!" she pulled him up, then hopped onto her hoverboard. "Right then, you best hang on tight."

Miles growled and wiped blood from his lips. "Damn Hunter wench. You're treading in dangerous waters." He turned to find Nicholas getting up, harmed, but not dead. The same with the others. They'd been shot, but a bit of blood would repair them. Inwardly cursing at the wench who'd interfered, he motioned for the others to drink and recover from the blood of their prey while he thought of a way to get back at the wench.
Present:
Tails shivered at her voice in his ear and closed his eyes tightly. "Why would you want to help me? You're just like the others, aren't you?" He whispered, the gag loosened from his slam into the ground.
Miles knelt and tapped Melody's shoulder. "Hey. Are you with us, or are you in your own little world? We don't talk to the food unless they amuse us enough, or fight back." He tapped her again to motion she get up and turned to the others.
Outside, three Hunters knelt in the darkness. "Why, for just one kid, are we risking our necks on the Cursed Continent?" One of them whispered to his leader, a purple and white lop bunny. "What's so special about him?"
((Lillian, I gave you an opening. Oh, "3MB" means "3 months before." you and Dion can use that if Dion is in this group of three Hunters to distinguish between times.))

Dion groaned, and held on as tight as he could. He wasn't one for overly open vechiles, such as a bike, ATV, etc. He just hoped she could control the thing well enough to save their skins....
Present:
Dion sighed. "Far as I can tell, we've got 2 furries down there that look a lot alike." He told the other Hunter with them. The scratch he had recived from Miles 3 monthes ago had healed, but it wasn't very pretty. Not that Dion looked on the bright side anymore. When he entire team, himself included, had been reported as KIA to what was left of GUN, Dion decided to join the Hunters, but brought his own fighting style to the mix. His had he full combat kit with him, and his Humm-vee was on the other side of the ridge behind them.

Present day:
Lillian nodded to dion, sighing "And its our job ok? The poor kid has been abducted as food for those freaks, and who knows how many more are in there suffering the same fate. We have to get to them before the vampires do, or we'll have even more problems on our hands. Now then, are you with me and dion, or are you going to run by yourself all the way to base, through a dark forest infested with who knows what?"
