Lily got up to go to class. She was still giggling about what had happened to Sirius as she walked toward the doors of the great hall. As Lily was leaving, she saw James trying to catch her eye, but she wouldn't let him.
James watched Sirius walk over to where the two girls were standing next to the door. He got up and walked over Sirius after he had been hit with the spell. James said "You know we could skip class. If you want to that is. We could always find some girls to snog like you were suggesting earlier." He ran his fingers through his hair and looked around the Great Hall.

Sirius shook his head. "No girl has ever said no! How could she?!" Sirius's brain was wacking for answers, but non came to mind.

Sunrise walked to Charms and sat through half of the class Summoning and Banishing items, until one dunderhead (NOT her) hit Flitwick in the head with a filing cabinet and they were dismissed for the rest of class.
Now she wandered through the halls aimlessly, hoping for something fun and exciting to happen that didn't involve dungbombs.

Running out of her classroom, Melony bumped into someone. "Sorry!" Then when she saw the person's face she lighted up. "Oh hey Sunrise! How come you're out of class early?"

"Hey Melony, Flitwick had to lie down for a bit," Sunrise said with a shrug of her shoulders. "What's your story? Did you skive off?"

"Well... Let's just say I don't know how to screw a light bulb on a lump. I mean lamp." She started laughing, and said, "Even if my dad is a Muggle, I still don't get Muggle stuff!"

Sunrise burst out laughing, but quickly stifled it so as not to be rude. "Oh don't worry dear, I can teach you how to do muggle stuff. My parents are the definition of muggle. I mean, they were so unconvinced that Hogwarts was real, they tried to have me exorsised after I got my letter. But, luckily, Dumbledore showed up and explained things before the priest started throwing holy water at me." She looked at Melony and grinned sheepishly.

"Are you serious? Oh my god, that must of been so crazy!" She paused, thinking about breakfest. "Do you like Black? I mean, you were all blushing when he came up and everything."

"That was the definition of insane," Sunrise said with a roll of her eyes. "Oh, and...well, I'm not entirely sure if I like him anymore. He is a bit of a git, but is it true that he doesn't date Ravenclaws?"

Melony snorted. "Of course he does! I just said they should be smart enough to stay away from him!" She twirled her wand in her right hand, thinking about what happened at breakfest. She shook her head in a disapproving way.

"Oh...I guess I took you a bit literally...though he is a git, he is soo cute!" Sunrise said with a shrug. "Well, I would choose either him or that absolute fox Remus Lupin." Sunrise pretended to swoon.

Lily walked out of the hall. She kind of walked aimlessly for a little while. Then she saw Melony and a blonde haired girl talking. She walked over to them. "Hey," she said.

Sunrise swoon went a bit overboard, and upong hearing an unfamiliar voice she fell backwards onto her bum. Turning ferociously red, she looked up at the Head Girl.
"Oh, uh, hey there! ...We aren't skipping class if that's what you think!" she said, still sitting on the floor.

Melony greeted, her best friend laughing. "It's okay Sunrise, Lily won't turn us in. Or will you?" She laughed more, saying, "Remus Lupin a fox?! Haha, sure, but he doesn't date!"
