She rolled her eyes at him. "It's not very far. You won't even brake a bone." this time she let out a giggle. "Just jump without thinking about it. You should land on your feet." Should was the key word there. If he jumped funny, he could actually twist something. She watched him and took a few steps back just in case he some how landed on her. She didn't feel like being squished.
"The best thing to do is leap with your eyes closed the first time. It helps." Or at least it helped her. If she had to, she'd get up there and make him jump. It was the easiest part. "You can do it!" She said with a smile and jumped in the air a tiny bit to give him more encouragement.

He was skeptical, but willing to try it. “If I die, I will haunt you for the rest of eternity.” Now, how to jump? He could always just leap and probably land on his face. How fun did that sound? Not very. A sudden thought hit him. What if I went down back feet first? He thought about it for a minute before shrugging. It couldn’t hurt, right? Right?!
He held onto the branch with his front feet and let one of his back slip off. So far, so good. He then let the other fall off. So now he was hanging again, and taking a hug gulp of air, he let go of the branch, and was falling to the ground.

She slapped a paw to her face. He wasn't suppose to do that. Ok, so she needed to work with him probably on a down tree so he could get use to jumping down from it. She laughed. "Not the way you were suppose to get down. "
She flicked her tail and walked over to him. "Are you ok?" She asked to make sure he didn't hurt anything. She waited a few second before quickly changing. "Follow me. I know where there are some fallen trees that we can practice jumping up and down on it." She gave him a nod and a smile.

He tried landing on his back feet, but that didn’t work at all. Sure, he had landed, on his face. He had felt his back paws touch the earth and let out a small sigh, thinking that he could just put his two front paws down. A second later and he was face planted into the ground. Fun.
He lifted his head from the dirt and looked at her. She was laughing at him. He shook his head and tried to rid himself of the dirt that seemed to be attracted to his once glossy blue fur. Why, why was this happening to him? He must have done something wrong in another life. “I’m fine.” He said gruffly. When she said that they could find some place to practice he figured that since he was already trying, why not try some more. So he nodded.
~The start of a beautiful friendship xD~

(( xD Indeed ))
She giggled more and didn't wait for him to get up before she started making her way. She knew where the lake was, so that means she knew where everything else was from the ground too. She started in the opposite direction that the lake was. "Hurry now." She said not looking back at him as she made her way slowly. "It'll be fun!"

She knew where she was going right? Now he was back to the directions. And when the thought of directions came up, his mind went immediately to the lake in the distance. He looked over his body and shrugged. He was already dirty, what could more dirt do? Get him dirtier, that’s what! Just thinking of it sent shivers down his spine. Oh well, he was the one that fell from the tree. Learning to climb was a dirty business, and so he would just have to accept it.
He followed her through the dense forest and kept hoping that she was going the right way.

She was humming as she went. It seemed like a good idea while she was walking. If she wasn't jumping through trees she was walking and humming as she did so. "Hurry now. Just a bit further." She said still not looking back at him. She could hear him walk behind her though, so she knew he was there.
"Then once you learn to jump down right, you can get washed up a bit. You've got dirt everywhere." She said with another giggle. She did too, but it seemed to bother him a ton if he had dirt on him.

Must she remind him of how dirty he was? He was a clean freak and he was not afraid to admit it, but the thing is that no one else knew of his cleanliness tendencies. And it was kind of aggravating to have someone know about them.
She was humming a light tune and she said they were almost there. The faster this is over, then the sooner I can get decontaminated.

She laughed as she finally came to a stop. Her humming had stopped, clearly. She flicked her tail and looked at him for the first time since she had started walking. "What do you think?" She asked him. Of course the area she was talking about wasn't exactly what anyone would call fun. But to her, it was like a playground of adventure.
A huge fallen down half hallow tree was just right in front of where she was slightly down a hill. It had branches that were broken in every direction, up, down, sideways. It was a grand site for herself. "You'll learn here." She said. The dead tree was leaning up against another one, so it wasn't completely on the ground. Giving a more fun adventure. Well at least a more better practice place for them.

He stared with wide eyes and his mouth almost to the ground. She wanted him to learn something here!? Was she insane? Fell down from a tree one to many times? If anything, he would never be able to get clean! That, in itself, was a horror. Any one of those branches could somehow hurt him. He could see it now, trying to jump down from the dead tree and running right into a branch that he would swear wasn’t there before.
Looking from the tree to her, he could tell she really liked this place. She was smiling, and quite pleased with herself. Jaf just stared.

Chameli looked at him with a long face. "Well...?" She could see he wasn't exactly enjoying himself seeing this. Was it because it was too dirty? Did he really have a bad problem with dirt? She raised an eye brow. "It'll help you learn to climb trees. "
Did he not get the importance of learning how to climb tress. He must have never seen any of the predators that lurked the area. "It's important for when we are older, you know?"

He glanced over at her, “Do we have to do it here? And why is to so important?” Really, what could be so important that he would risk his life falling from a graveyard of trees?! Because that is essentially what he saw it as. A place that he could get hurt, dirty, and probably not learn a thing. He took a step closer to the decaying tree and took a closer look at it. I suppose I could learn something. He thought begrudgingly.

She rolled her eyes and laughed again. "Silly!" She let escape her lips. "If you don't learn to climb trees, then you are opened to any predator that may be lurking near by." She said raising a paw up towards the trees above. "Ones that can't climb," She paused. "See. That's why it's important to be able to climb." She placed her paw back on the ground.
"Well, at least one of the things. Another is food." She nodded with a giggle. "The best type of food is up in trees." She said with licking her lips and rubbing her belly with one of her paws. "So, this is were I teach you." She smiled. "It's where I learned to climb."

He was skeptical. What kinds of predators, he had never seen any predators. And there was food up there? He looked up into the green around him, trying to peer between the branches in order to find anything that looked like it could be eaten. Seeing nothing but wood and leaves, he looked to her.
“What kinds of predators are we talking about here? And what kinds of food?” He quite liked the food on the ground. Not giving her time to answer he said, “Never mind, just start teaching me before I regret my decision.”

She rolled her eyes again. How arrogant could he be? She flicked her tail and looked him straight in the eyes. "Lizards so big they could eat you whole." She said seriously. "They are even bigger then those weird creatures that look like huge monkeys" She said trying to describe humans.
She smiled at him when he finally said to start teaching him. "You won't regret it." Well maybe he will, since this wasn't exactly the cleanest spot in the forest. "Come closer towards that!" She pointed to the trunk of the fallen tree. She hopped towards it too.
