Chameli, now bigger, found it fun to just hop along each branch as fastly as she could. She'd gotten a lot better in climbing and jumping from branch to branch. She was mostly light green, with yellow strips from her eyes down to the bottom of her face. Ear's also yellow lining around the edge of them. She used her long tail to help keep her balanced as she glided from tree to tree. She hardly stayed in her pack at all, but she did that when she was younger too. It was a rather small pack, and they were always busy with other things, so she found her own means of excitement.
Only having met a few out side lemur, she found it rather pleasant. None of them had been mean yet. She had no worry at all, except for the other dangers that lurked about. Predators. Huge lizards, and dogs were just a few things she had learned to watch out from. The only sounds that could be heard were birds and movements of the trees every time the wind moved. At nights, bugs could be heard as well, but it being day they were silent.
She slowed from jumping to tree to tree as she started getting tired. The finally, she reached a rather huge branch and just collapsed on it. She let her back paws dangle from each side of the branch as she looked about. Ears slightly down from exhaustion. She had forgotten how long she'd been jumping through the trees.

Jaf made his way through the dense forest, the trees above making it darker. Here and there you would be able to see streams of light making there way down to the ground, but not often. It was embarrassing, but he had tripped several times. It was just a good thing no one was around to witness it. He had always been clumsy, even as a kid. (Even though he still is a kid)
He hadn’t met many other lemurs. Sure, he might have glimpsed one every once in a while, but he didn’t have enough courage to say hi or anything. He liked to be alone anyways. He was always thinking, and forests and streams were calming and serene enough for him to be able to think without being disturbed. But now the loneliness was getting to him.
It made him start to think that maybe he was the one that was unapproachable, or maybe he was the one that was unfriendly? Or maybe he was just shy? He didn’t know. That is when he decided. The next lemur that I see, I will talk to! I don’t care who it is! Nodding with determination, he continued his way through the forest. Of course, the lemur would have to cross his path; there was no way he would go looking for one.

A blue image filled the corner of her eyes that made her look down at the ground out of curiosity. It took her a few moments to realize it was another lemur, on the ground walking. A grin appeared on her face as she decided to get a better look at the other lemur. Though, instead of stand up how she wanted, she slipped and was now dangling with her two front paws hanging on the branch. "AH!" She let escape her mouth as she tried to get back up on the branch. What a time to make a fool of herself.

His head turned around so fast that his neck cracked in a few places. Wincing, he looked up to see another lemur hanging from a branch. Getting closer, he was now standing under the branch she was dangling from, he got a better look at her. She was green, with some yellow here and there, and was at the moment clinging with her front paws to the wood that was holding her up. Calling up to her, he asked, “Do you need some help?!”

"No... I can get it." She said. Still kind of proud of herself. She was big now, and she didn't need anyone's help. She tried to bring her back legs up to get a grip on the branch as well, but kept slipping. Well, at least it wasn't too far down to the ground. She looked down, then looked back at the branch. She'd seen so many do this. Why couldn't she? She tried it again. Failed.
She sighed. Though, she didn't know how long she could hold herself there. She looked down. "Watch out below!" She said, and simply just let go of the branch letting herself fall fast towards the ground below. It wasn't the first time she did this. It wouldn't hurt her, unless she landed funny.

She was struggling, he could tell. She wasn’t able to get back on the branch, and he wondered how long she could keep herself up there. He heard her yell something, but he wasn’t able o hear it clearly. “What!?” he yelled back up to her.
Less than a second later he felt something fall on him. A rush of air came out of his lungs before he fell onto his back, something on top of him. For a few moments he just laid there, gasping. After a moment, realization hit him. He got out from under her and asked her, “Are you okay? Did you get hurt? Are you alive? Say something?” It came out in a jumbled mess, but he didn’t want her to be injured.

She started to laugh uncontrollably. It took her a couple of minutes before she caught her breath. "I told you to watch out. Are you ok? Did I hurt you?" She asked standing up finally and looking at herself to make sure she was ok. She didn't feel any pain, but it didn't mean there wasn't anything wrong with her. She smiled as she didn't see any blood on her and then look to the male in font of her.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to fall on you." She said giggling. She said it pretty loudly, so she wondered why he didn't hear her? She flicked her tail and looked at him to make sure he was ok.

His face was planted into the ground. He could feel the dirt up his nose, and he had to say, it was uncomfortable. About 5 seconds of having his face planted in the dirt, he heard her talking. What was she saying? What?
Pulling his head up with great force, he took in big gulps of air. Heaving himself out of the soil, he looked over to her. “What?” He repeated, still trying to regulate his breathing. At least she looked okay.

She giggled again. She couldn't help it. There was dirt all over his face. "I asked if you were ok." she paused to let out another giggle. "Are you?" She would feel bad if she hurt him, though she did warn him. Boys! Silly creatures. She thought anyways.
"I truly am sorry for landing on you! I thought you'd move." She said, now in control of her laughter. "You... Got a bit of something on your face." She said with a semi straight face. The dirt seemed to stick to his blue fur well, but she couldn't say anything either. He butt also had bit of dirt on it. Which showed up better on her then him.

“I’m okay. What’s on my face?” He asked. Looking down to his nose and making him cross-eyed. I can’t see anything, he thought with confusion. He looked down his body and noticed he had a little dirt on him. He stood up, stretched a little to get out the kinks he now had, and shook. He looked down his body again, noticing that some of it stuck to him. Normally that might not bother him, he probably wouldn’t have noticed the dirt in the first place, but he was so blue that it was easily seen. He shook again, also including his head this time. Maybe it was gone now?

She giggled more as she watched him try to shake the dirt off. She didn't care if she was dirty. Which there was bits of dirt stains here and there on her fur. She flicked her tail. "Well that's good I didn't hurt you." She grinned. "Oh, you've just got some... dirt on your face." She giggled. "I'm sorry."

“Still?” he sighed in exasperation. He hated being dirty. Dirt clung and matted up his fur, and he wanted to feel the wind go through it. Darn you dirt! Darn you! “Is there a river or lake around here? Or maybe even a puddle?” Would he really clean himself in a puddle? Looking down his body, he mentally nodded his head. Yes, yes he would.

" I think there's a lake close." She said trying to hold in a giggle. She'd never seen a male wanting to be so clean. She flicked her tail looking at herself finally. "It seems I'm a bit dirty myself." She sighed and gave a small shrug." But I guess, if we are looking for a bit of water I should get cleaned up myself." She let out a giggle this time.
She turned her back from the male and then looked about trying to remember where she saw the bit of water. She had even stopped to take a small drink from it. Though, she could never remember where anything was unless she was paying attention. "I think it's this way." She took a few steps in the direction she thought it was in.

He raised an eyebrow. So she was uncertain? “Are you sure it is that way, because I kind of don’t feel like getting lost in the woods right now.” Sure, it was bright out now. But if he got lost in the woods until night fall, there was going to be some issues. Who knows what things could be in the woods!? His mind was whirling with all different kinds of scenarios leading to very unfortunate endings.

"Oh, well, not totally certain." she looked back at him and then shrugged. "well who said we'd get lost, a little adventure is at hand. That is, if you are up for the forest's challenge." She said with a joking voice and was fully towards him again.
"That is, unless you rather just sit here and do nothing. "She looked up to the trees then back at him. "It'd be easier to see it from up there. I'll be right back, and perhaps then I'll be able to tell exactly where we are." She wasn't use to telling where she was when on the ground.
She looked to the nearest tree to them. Wasn't too hard to climb. She looked back at him before she was going to do anything else. "It shouldn't take long. Then I'll know for sure where the water is." Though she still liked the idea about having a little adventure to it. But, if he was in a hurry, it wouldn't be too much of a problem.
