wthan the Ice Release: Twin Dragon Outburst maelstrom. is like i am makeing a dragons out of ice and fire so i celll it maelstrom. this will make me have the place whit ice and fire.

i have a genjutsu it is ice caves ithas genjutsu will place the battle in the snow in a big cave it will make the battle less of a borning for a time it's a rank S jutsu (75) to all who challenge me.This jutsu made me a missing nin frome the snow village.

( I believe you have to ok that with Chaos first. Also will keep it simple since there are three chunnins, just roll a six sided die 6 is a critical hit, 5 and 4 normal hits 2 and 3 are misses and 1 you hit yourself.
Critical hits=100 hp loss
Regular hits: 50 hp loss
Hit yourself= 25 hp loss.)
*The three chunnins scatter and chunnin A appeared in back of Kotaro a large sword drawn as he slashed straight down trying to slash Kotaro in half.*
Chunnin A: 300 hp

~As the battle begins both Kotaro and the first Chunnin are knocked over from excitement and over charging chakra into their jutsus taking damage
Chunnin A: 275
Chunnin: I got a bit too excited, lets try again....
*The chunnin jumps high into the air and slashes downwards at Kotaro trying to cleave him in half using the momentum and velocity from his descent as leverage.*
