Sienna nodded before bowing her head to the other. Not knowing about Moth an idea came to her as she watched him standing there. “ I see. Well perhaps I could accompany you, just till you tree. That why if you needed any help I could lend a wing. ” Always trying to be helpful, some thought her strange that way but she didn’t mind. Stepping slightly closer Flit looked up as he noticed her move but returned to eating. Sienna couldn’t help it as she drew nearer, her eyes focusing on his, where odd colors standing out even more then his pure white feathers did. She blinked and forced herself to look away hoping that he hadn’t noticed the rudeness of her action.

Moth turned quickly, watching as Sienna and Odd chatted. She fluffed her short, dark fur and was about to leave the branch in favor of returning to Odd, but then thought the better of it. From his posture, she could tell he was feeling better. "Seems so... Seems so..."
Odd blinked, studying her for a moment. The closer she was, the easier it was for him to see her, know her features. "I really appreciate the offer, Miss... But I am afraid my little Moth would not know what to do if I suddenly went missing. She didn't go far, just wanted to share a conversation with another chirop, I believe..." His words trailed off for a moment, then he spoke again, ignoring her eye gazubg as if it hadn't happened.
"Forgive my poor manners, Miss. I am called Odd Winter, I am a medic here."
Twilla balanced on one two toed paw for a moment and stretched her wings, thinking the question over. "D'y wanna know for real?" She paused for a moment, settling and placing a few stray feathers on her chest. "I wanted something challenging. I do like a good challenge. I can go on the floor and search for food, so it is helping others, too. I'd of been a hunter... But I think I enjoy having to land on the floor. It's dangerous, but it feels, oddly enough, rewarding to me... What about you? Why a Ranger? It is nobel, but why did you settle on that?" She tilted her head to one side, studying him.

“ Oh. ” Sienna’s voice seemed to become a mite cheerful as the mention of Moth. “ I did not realize you had a companion. “ She took a second to glance around for the bat like creature before her gaze fell on Odd again. “ No need to apologize, after all I have yet to introduce myself as well. My name is Sienna, I’m one of the hunters. ”
She glanced over to the small bird behind her, motioning to her. “ And this is Flit, my companion. ” At the sound of her name Flit was instantly exited and took to the air, flying around the two Sentinels a few times before landing on Sienna’s head and looking to Odd as well. “ Flit, Flit, Flit! ” Sienna giggled sweetly before tapping the young Parus on the head with a wing feather and having her fall silent again. “ That’s enough you. Where are you manners. Come on, say hallo. ”
Flit nodded and looked to the white owl, hopping off of Sienna’s head and nearing his then bowing with both wings spread off to the sides. “ Hello Odd. ”

"How do you do, Flit?" Odd answered politely, then glanced back up to Sienna. "It is a pleasure to meet both of you, Miss Sienna. I admire your profession, as well. A Hunter's task is one of utmost importance and keeps the bellies of the young and old alike full.

Stormbringer took a moment to rake at his head with his talons, balancing himself steadily on the branch as it shook slightly. Bright eyes turned back to Twilla and he tilted his head, as she spoke, an understanding look crossing his face. "Aaah, I see. You are strong and noble." He nodded, fanning his tail, then turned away to think about his answer.
He couldn't tell her the real reason, could he? No... it was too complicated.
"I heard stories about it from my Minder, of the what lies beyond the boundaries... of the brave rangers that kept the good things in, and the bad things out, so to speak." A short chuckle left his beak, his eyes becoming half-lidded as if in thought. "Ah, I guess I am adventurous... or imaginative."
But in truth, he just thought it was better to be alone.

"Interesting choice... That would be an interesting occupation... But too lonely for me, methinks. I like my alone time don't get me wrong Sir, but I do like to speak with others time and again... Have you seen interesting htings? Outside the borders, I mean." The female rattled on, clicking her beak as she did

Flit pulled herself from the bow and looked up to the great owl. “ Flit, Flit full, Flit happy. ” Flit launched herself off on the branch one more and again landed on top of Sienna’s head, acting as if this was the prefect spot of side and watch the world but sienna didn’t seem to mind as offer Sentinels might.
Sienna giggled slightly again before her pale blue eyes focused on Winter. “ Thank you. ” She bobbed her head at him happily, Flit wobbling and almost falling as she did. “ I admire yours as well. Medic’s are as important as the hunters. I personally could never do what you do, not the stomach for it. ”

"It gets easier to stomach, I am afraid to say, after you have worked in the area for a while." The albino chuckled softly and began to preen his feathers. "There is a great deal of learning involved, though, and one must always be ready to provide treatment for the sick and injured."
Moth quietly bade the other chirop farewell. She was glad to see that Odd was holding a conversation with another sentinel, but she didn't like to stay away for too long. She landed neatly on the branch beside him and gave Sienna a small bow. "G'd 'eve." She greeted.

She eyed him a moment before nodding. “ I’m just not to such I’d want to find it easier to stomach, but it is good we have clan members that can handle it. ” She watched him a moment as he preened himself before following suit a moment as doing the same to her wings. “ The leaning part I was always ok with, I quite enjoy leaning really… ” Stopping Sienna turned her attention to Moth as she landed at Winters side and bowed. She clicked her beak together and she too took a slight bow towards the little Chirop, the motion causing Flit to fall from her perch atop Sienna’s head." Good eveing Moth. "
Landing on the branch Flit shook her head, looking up to the bat blinking once and then again. “ Hello.” Flit had not seen one of these companions before, only the Mus. But to her this one almost looked like a Mus with wings.

"Hmm... Well, if you ever find yourself wanting to learn more, I am always willing to lend a claw." Odd offered quietly as he placed a few of his snowy feathers.
Moth scrambled up atop Odd's back quickly and peered at Flit on eye level. "Hiya." Moth chimed, grinning at the parus.

Looking back to Odd, Sienna's eyes seemed to light up a little at his offer and she didn't wait more than a second to give her replay. " I think I would very much enjoy that. Thank you for the offer. Everyone is always so busy, most don't have time to unless you're a fledgling. " Glancing back down to Flit Sienna was pleased that she was acting proper and being polite, not all she had to do was work on her speech skills.
Watching Moth, Flit tilted her head a little. Eye following her as she move up Odd's back and then peered at her. " Hiya! " Her voice mimicked the chirop's perfectly, if one wasn't looking they might even this it was Moth herself.

Although she had seen many a parus mimic, the little bird startled her. "Hey, y'sound like me." She stated, letting out a small, chirop laugh.
"It seems so, but the power to heal is something all sentinel's should think of learning, even the more basic things. You never know when it will come in handy." He clicked thoughtfully as he thinned his feathers back to their normal places.

Flit chirped happily a few times. “ Like me, Like me ” Again she mimicked Moth perfectly as she spoke the happy tone to her voice showing that she was happy to have someone her size to speak with.
Nodding Sienna’s attention as on Winter again. “ I agree… medics can’t always be there to help. I know they do there best to help everyone but sometimes things just don’t work out right. ” The tone of her voice has shifted as she spoke, a note of knowing held in it, hiding a note of sadness as she looked off into the trees.

Odd shifted his wings as he noticed the shift in her voice. The hint of sadness made him the comment that he had made and his mind strove to find some way to divert the conversation and to cheer her up... But socializing wasn't necesarily the sentinel's strong point.
"Have you heard of the egg? Rumors are spreading like wildfire, but I haven't the slightest idea of which to believe. I haven't seen the egg for myself." He spoke of the strange egg that Sleet had found and his eartufts perked as he spoke. He did not yet know what had hatched from the egg, nor did he know the egg had hatched at all.
Moth squinted her eyes at the parus, but her mood was light and cheery. "S'nice to meet y'Flit. You like to mimic?"

Realizing what Odd was trying to do with the sudden subject change she glanced at him out of the corner of her eye. As she spoke her reply she pushed the cheerfulness back into her tone, a little surprised by herself that she had allowed the slip in front of someone. “ I’ve heard, quite the ruckus over him. It hacked just the other night, during the storm. I haven’t seen him myself but I’ve heard things. I delivered food to the minders trees the morning after. There was talk all over. ” Standing there as she spoke to her she eyes stared off into the night, her mind working over time. She wished to see the young Spectre if she could.
Flit nodded as she watched the other companion. “ Nice to meet Moth, nice to meet. Flit mimic to learn. ”
