"Oh alright, if you insist." she replied simply with a smile and a chuckle. "You are a big old goof you know that?" she commented as he nipped back at her. She reached up and pulled on his mane. Something that only her and thier daughter did.

" didn't we already say we both a old goofballs?" laughing, he lightly tugged at her mane back. tori definatly was one who really started the mane nibbling and tugging as she was pron to doing that specialy to those with long manes like her mate who always hated his mane messed with. " i bet our kids will think we are nuts for doing this at our age."

Settia laughed and shook her head. "I guess in all my excitement I forgot that we already covered that!" she replied cheerfully as he tugged on her mane. Then she thought about what thier kids would do once they found that thier parents had just run off. "I suppose they will think we are nuts, but they can't really blame us. We need a bit of excitement in our lives and especially at our age." she said thoughtfully as they walked along.

" maybe just maybe but they will only be jealious we didn't take them along with us when they hear of what fun we had on our adventure." laughing, it was a nice change of pace from the current things that had been going on. atlest for the time being he would not worry about a thing and would concentrate on the time he had with his mate without the kids or their kids, kids.

"Very true. I know Jazz will but he always comes home to tell me about what him and Glow did and I was the one who would get jealous." she said laughing as well. It was her turn to come home and tell everyone what all she had done with her mate instead of the other way around. "Besides, it's our turn to do things together. They can't always have the fun. It's got to be shared!" she said giving him a mock pouting face and then giggled.

"yep its definatly our chance to get out and about for once and get to tell stories instead." Dyami always did enjoy telling grand tales of his adventures though sometimes he stretched the truth to make them seem far grander than they where but that was when he told stories to his kids and grandkids who where around when they where foals. " but i wonder if they are too old to hear their parents tell stories or if our grandchildren and great grandkids are even interested in it. after all they are all adults now."

Settia sighed at the mention of all the grandkids and great grandkids being grown. "You're probably right. I doubt that they would want to listen to the old folks telling stories. They are too old for that now. It was fun when they were little." she said remembering all the trips she would take Jazz one when he was just a colt.

" oh yes i do remeber the times i told stories to them. was always fun to do so though im sure they miss the stories even though they are much older." chuckling to himself, even though they where old it never kept him from having fun and amusment or tell stories to his children who where now geting up in age as well. " but no worries im sure they will still listen to our rambles."

She nodded and smiled at him. "You're stories were always so much fun to listen too. You have a way with words that makes it hard not to listen to them." she said and nuzzled his cheek affectionately. She remembered the look of awe on thier children's faces when it was story time and how they had reacted to each and every word.

" well im glad they are enjoyed and i never thought i had a way with words." nuzzling back, he had many fond memories of when their kids where foals and even now. " maybe we will have more grandkids or great grandkids we can tell stories to or maybe it's time we had more of our own."

She chuckled as images of Jazz and Tori taking care of younger siblings came into her mind. "You do have a way with words, whether you know it or not. More grandkids would be wonderful, though I would love to have more kids of our own. It would give Jazz and Tori more siblings and maybe even they would get another sister, since Tori is pretty much the only girl." she commented as they walked. Thier line did have a way with producing more boys than girls for some reason or another.

" would be interesting to have more kids and more daughters for that matter. though i got the feeling tori loves the fact she the only girl." chuckling, he had enjoyed being and father and even enjoyed being the old grandfather who liked to tell old stories though it seemed antirr had no care for family which Dyami did not approve. " i wonder though if maybe we a bit too old now to even think about more kids?"

Settia chuckled. "I think your right that Tori enjoys being the only girl. I would still love to have more daughters though." she said casually as she thought about the idea. She did have only sons and grandsons and even though thier company was nice, she would love to have a daughter to spend time with. "I would like to think that we aren't too old to have kids but I am not sure. I guess you never know till you try right?"

Settia laughed and nipped at his shoulder. "If we aren't too old to go exploring I doubt we are too old to still have more children. And if there were more little ones running about, things sure wouldn't be slow and quite anymore like they have been." she said, also highly amused by thier conversation. She could almost picture it all in her head. It would be funny to watch the boys try and babysit the younger ones, especially if it was a little girl, Jazz would be so protective of her.
