General used two of his healing techniques and was finally feeling a bit better.
"Damn it, I missed the fight!"

The Announcer cleaned up the arena with a puff of smoke, and there were bags of candy and bouquets of roses in a corner for Jack.
"It's time to see what our friend General Kcuf Ffo's got."
"Really? s**t."
He walked over to a weapon rack and picked up a sledgehammer.
"Is it that new hero who kicked my a** and calls himself ICEE-Freeze?"
"Yes."
"I'm ready."
He walked through the arena door.
"And now, ladies and gentlemen, a battle that will end... rather quickly. But I believe that General would like to make an announcement first."
"Thank you, mysterious voice guy. LISTEN UP EVERYBODY."
A caped hero appeared in a puff of smoke. He had blue hair, a blue outfit, and a blue cape. He had slightly enhanced strength and could fly.
"The ONLY REASON WHY THIS GUY BEAT ME IN BATTLE, IS BECAUSE HE EXPLOITED MY WEAKNESSES! HE IS A WORTHLESS PIECE OF s**t!"
ICEE-Freeze flew at General, his fist was out.
General caught the fist and crushed it. The pathetic hero was on the ground when General let go, screaming in pain.
The audience laughed.
"Oh my, it looks as if this battle really is going to end quickly. How about it everyone, should General let this man live?"
The audience chanted. "KILL HIM! KILL HIM! KILL HIM!"
And General began repeatedly bashing the hero with his sledgehammer until there was nothing left. The audience cheered. General walked back inside, tossing his sledgehammer aside.
"Glad that's over with."

"that mean I'm up?" phantom said eagerly jumping up and down altering the position of his feet every time eon forward one back switching with each jump as a warm up exerize

Jack smiled, returning from his trip to the mess hall to tell the cheifs to prepare the dog meet for dinner tonight. He got back as the battle ended, which surprised him, since he was only gone for about a minute in total.
"Wow...over already? Who was his opponent?" Jack asked, noticing there were few remains.

Phantom shrugged still doing his warm up "I missed it" he comments chuckling "i blinked" he explains then pauses thinking "are we a bunch of immortals stuck in a fight to the death?" he asks

"Not exactly..."
The Announcer began to explain.
"When you're here, you are mortal. Only during battle though. It's better this way. I doubt you'll be dying though. You're up next but it's going to take about 15 minutes."

Phantom made a a little woot sound and headed to the center of the arena a black long sword appearing in his hand the hilt had a ruby in it and a helmet the shape of a skull appeared on phantoms head all of this black. "bring me something at least a little formidable will ya?" he asks

"Oh of course, Phantom... I wouldn't want you to be disappointed now."
The Announcer then spoke to everyone.
"There was round one, round two... and now rounds three through nine! Give it up for THE Phantom Slasher!"
Everyone stood up and cheered, whistled, all kinds of stuff like that.
"Round one. Just a Tyrannosaurus Rex, no big deal."
With a puff of magic, a green T-Rex appeared, roaring.

"Do you really think that Cerberus was actually guarding a gate of Hell? As long as I remain in this arena, my friend, I can create my own creatures. I don't go crazy though, I create copies of things that already exist. This T-Rex is not related to you, now kill it."
The Announcer sighed.
"I could change it to something else, but what will the audience think? They'll think that the renowned Phantom Slasher can't take a puny little T-Rex."

Phantom sighed. and bursts into a run at break neck speed running between the dinosaurs legs he slashes both his knees on both sides then pauses behind the dinosaur and tugs on its tail to make ti loose its balance. after all it had recently been discovered that T rexs where scavengers because they could not run simply because if they feel down their tiny arms prevented them from standing up.

Phantoms sword vanishes he walks up to the dinosaurs head holding it down he uses his claw to slowly slit its throat. "we're having dino meat tonight too!" he cries out laughing
