" Are we very so much different? Do you need to know it all?" She asked lightly. She was tripping over herself in her mind. She finally caught up. She pushed herself up showing the rest of the white on her muzzle and was on all 4s again.

"A wound, sir, would not even fase a Helix of your stature." Smirking she stood and moved closer to the orange male. "All males are perverts its a fact of life. We females are only complex so you males can become intrigued."
Smiling teasingly at him she when right up to him and leaned down to look him straight in the eye. "And as for knowledge of us females you sir seem to have much more knowledge then should be legal for a male." Turning her tail skimmed over his head as she went back to her original spot sitting back down.
"Yes I believe we have enough difference that males need to figure out some things about us." Finally recognizing the female as being there.

Jackpot!
It took all he had to keep his tail from betraying him at this point. Instead of swishing over the ground eagerly, as it wished, it did however sneak in a slight twitch before he stifled it.
Warren chuckled, grinning again with a nod. "I'm grateful for the compliment, fair lady, however, I will not dare speak for my gender as a whole." He notably neither admitted nor denied her accusation. Oddly, he was taking 'illegal knowledge' as a compliment. Then again, he was a bit of a 'unique' Helix himself.
"Are you to say then, by your own admission, that females are not only mysterious and complex, but wily and deceptive as well? Dare I say manipulative? You sound as if you're trying to trap us poor males. And yet, what knowledge I've gained is more than should be legal?" A very sly, bordering on lecherous, grin passed over Warren's muzzle. "Am I to be punished then for my crime?"

Aura blinked at his grin towards the other female. She was on all fours and listening. She wandered if she should try to climb the tree again. Since they were destracting eachother she put one paw on the tree. She blinked still 'learning' about what they were speaking. The adolscent was the age and the size all of the others but her knolege had been left behind. She no longer was listening to them while she concentrated on putting her other paw on the tree.

"I only give compliments were compliments are due. I am no fool though I noticed that you avoided the question but I will let it slip for the moment."
Pondering his questions she looked over to see what the other was up to and watched her intrigued. "Hmmm I can not say that for that would make us sound quite evil but I will say we have our own tricks of the trade just as you males do. Isn't it the point of trapping that of your interest?"
The last two questions though were ones she knew she would have the most trouble......acknowledging. "Oh I do believe you know the answer to that question and it truely depends on the female if you are to be punished or not." Her own sly smile spread across her face as she turned her head coyly to the side.

"I avoided no question...unless said question was only implied and not asked outright. We males are simple, remember?" Warren shot back teasingly with a smirk. This verbal exchange was keeping the orange male on his toes...and he was loving it. Been far too long since he'd had a conversationalist like this.
"Anyway, I suppose both sides have their own sets of skills," Warren admitted, shifting position to something more comfortable, tail looped casually around his feet. He smiled cheekily at Starla, raising an eyebrow with a chuckle. "Though my mind is concerned only with my own fate at the moment. So I suppose I should be asking you...what is to be done with a male such as myself who has committed this horrible crime?"

Aura pushed herself off the tree because she would fall backwards or be able to climb. She shook her pelted she had gotten high enough to were there was more grass and leaves in her fur then before which was alot. She blinked once again not understanding.

Watching the leafy female she gestured to her side. "If you wish you can come sit here or you can continue to try climbing that tree." She rolled her eyes at the last part.
Starla then looked at the male "Ah yes I remember but simple though you may act even males have their own complicated features." Laughing gently at this she ponderd the last two questions asked. "Your punishment should be........" Leaving that for his mind to question the possible punishments she then moved on to the real things she wanted to ask. "What are you doing so far from the Southern Territory anyway? Won't your pack be angry that you left? And I imagine your mate would be enraged that you were here with two females.
Her posture and face gave away none of the sadness she felt talking about packs and mates. She hated being so lonely. The only thing that betrayed her sadness was her tail which drooped down.

Warren watched Aura with barely masked amusement. Helixes in trees? That was a new one! Kinda' like to see that one day actually...
"Seems you have us males all figured out, hmm?" Warren chuckled, grinning slyly at the colorful female. "But, you can't just leave me in suspense like that!"
He would have carried the teasing further, but her change of topics surprised him. Or at least threw him for a moment. But, only a moment. His grin was back in a moment and he waved a paw in the air dismissively. "Oh, no worries about things like that, my dear. I hate being tied down...by anything. No pack, and I'm not nearly that old to have a mate." He chuckled, winking playfully. "I know...it's my natural charm, yes? I had to be an older, wiser Helix, in charge of my own pack with a harem of lovely ladies..." He dropped his posture a bit, still smiling. "No such luck for me, I'm afraid. What you see is what you get."

The black female went next to Starla. She tried to shake a few leaves and they came off. She heard him say he had no pack and lightly said " I had a pack but our leader died and I got lost.... Autumn is in a clan and can not watch me..." She said lightly. She was close to the female because she trusted a female more then a male which is how she was raised.

Smiling kindly at the female she was glad to finally get her to join the converstaion. "I'm sorry about your leader. I have no pack of my own and naturally no mate but who knows maybe one day I will have both." With a wistful look she sighed.
Finally shaking her head of her thoughts she turned to Warren. "I never have everything all figured out but I just have a natural instinct for things." Smiling brighter she laughed lightly. "Oh but I have. What will you do about it hmm?"
"A natural charm you do seem to have yes. Though a harem is a little extreme even for a Helix like you." A sly look past through her eyes. "That's to bad I'm sorry you have no pack or mate. What I see still isn't to bad though......" Widening her eyes she realized what she just said and a huge blush covered her face. Trying to laugh it off she glanced over at Aura hoping she would help.

Warren's sharp eyes hadn't missed the subtle clues betraying Starla's true thoughts on the topic at hand, but he wasn't about to say anything. He'd just be sure not to push things in that direction...
Nodding slowly at Aura, he agreed, "That is quite a shame. I'm sure you'll find a new pack one day soon though. There's always packs looking for new, young members."
"Hmmph...I'll let you off easy this time, missy," Warren teased, referring to his so-called 'punishment' from Starla. He could have said so many things in response to that though...most of which would have gotten his ears boxed in most company...
He nearly fell over a moment later at Starla's passing comment. He nearly missed it except for her own reaction to what she'd just said. With a cheeky grin, he sidled over beside the female, winking. "Oh? Alright, so a harem might be a bit much...but are you offering to help me start one nonetheless?"

Aura looked between them and said " Warren and Starla are they you having babies? Are you starting a pack!" She questioned. She seemed some what fond already of the 2 but did they know each other.

Blushing so bright she looked like she had a red face Starla had no idea what to say. She hadn't expected the reactions from both but she had them none the less....."Are you being truely serious and are implying what I think you are?"
She had never been good with things like this. Never had she thought a simple walk through the woods would lead to a conversation like this.
Looking over at the one beside her she sighed. "Well I haven't done anything with Warren so I'm not having babies. A pack does sound nice though......" She smiled at the female again.

Warren couldn't help it any longer. He broke down snickering, having to reach up at one point with a paw and wipe his eye from laughing so much.
Shrugging and still appearing highly amused in general, Warren smirked. "Hey, you were the one who started it. I just asked if that's what YOU meant. Though, I'm sorry if I'm about to break your heart, but..." He held up one paw and bowed his head in mock seriousness. "...I'm afraid, as charming and desirable as I might be, I'm not ready to have little ankle biters running around just yet. Thank you for offering, however."
Oh yeah, he was probably going to pay for this at this rate...but it was so worth it.
