"Only it's...um...not. Meg, I think I'm going crazy. I tore off the 25 from the day-by-day calender last night and it's back. Where are you? I need some refuge from crazy town. Plus, I'm not sure how, but I think there's, uh, more snow than yesterday. Like it doubled." OK, not cool. Meg thought it was the next day, meaning, naturally, that yesterday had happened. And that the once-torn paper had now un-torn, however that was possible. Oh dear. Oh dear.

Meg sighed "Breath G. You are not going crazy. Dan woke me up this morning claming it was Christmas again, he even rewraped my ring! Come on over the the movies. Casey, Sam, Marissa, Andrew and a few others are meeting me here. The same thing seems to be happening with them to." Meg said to Georgie.

"I am breathing. Just not enough. I'll be right over. See you." With that, she hung up the phone, ran down the two flights of stairs, and left, getting into her car. She started heading down the road towards the movie, making a mental note to ask the others if they noticed the fact that the snow had doubled since the day that was today and yet yesterday. If that made any sense. It did to her, but other people often didn't understand her antics. Oh well.

Meg put her phone in her pocket and looked around. The snow has doubled. Meg thought as she waited for Georgie.

mellomeghan Meg looked up and saw Casey and Sam. "Guys! Yall made it. And might i say you two look adorable together." Meg laughed as Casey blushed. She stood up and chatted for a while asking how everything was and what allthey got for Christmas. Sam delighted in babbling on about what he got for Christmas. Video games, a weird nick knack from his aunt, etc. Casey folded her arms and huffed impatiently. She's opened her presents twice already and the excitement had... withered. "So," she asked abruptly. "What movie were we seeing?"

Andrew heard the horn honk and but on his heavy boots, coat, hat and gloves. It was frigging cold out there. He stepped outside and it took him a while to trudge through the deep snow, but eventually he made it to the car. He slipped into the back seat, teeth chattering a bit. "Oh man, the Dragon Ball Z stuff again? You guys are dorks. Awesome, but still dorks."

Laughing Marissa commented back with a retort. "Well would you rather listen to the Sailor Moon CD?" She couldn't quit laughing. Slowly pushing the gas pedal, Tristan found his car to slid just a little. "IF this snow continues to pile up like this, we're all going to die. No food will get in, and all we'll have for a while is nasty rotted food, and that's just gross." HE frowned, but laughed a little too. Marissa pretended to gag. "That's just plain nasty, and I can't believe that's you're playing the pessimist again." she said having turned down the music a little, and replacing the DBZ stuff with SOAD.

Jack was in his bed asleep, thinking of what he would do with his new Xbox 360. Then his mom had suddenly burst into the room with a tray of milk and cookies like she had yesterday. "Merry Christmas" She shouted. Jack rubbed his eyes "Uh, mom it's not Christmas. That was yesterday," he had told her, but she just called him silly and told him to get out there to open his presents from "santa". He looked over to his TV where his Xbox shouldve been, but it wasnt. He went out and opened the present. The Xbox was back in its box, brand new, and he could swear that he threw away the box. "OK mom what are you playing at" he had asked. "Why nothing dear. Today is Christmas!" She had said and went to go get the eggnog.
Now he was in his bedroom pondering what they could be trying to do. Did they want him to behave better? What would they want? He decided to text Andrew to see if anything was going on with his family too. He took out his cell phone and Texted
" Hey, something weird is happenin here. my parents think its still christmas. do u know whats happenin?"
Andrew had better reply, he thought.

{*Jumps in and dances crazily* xD}
In the whole town, there were only a few people who didn't celebrate Christmas. Katherine was one of those people. Sure, she'd gotten some presents, but she'd gotten them early, around the twentieth. So, on the morning of the second Christmas, she rose wearily to the sound of her phone ringing it's wake-up tunes. She didn't bother checking the date. But the time, that made her shudder. She only had a half-hour left before work. She rushed to get ready.
~20 min. later~
Katherine stepped out her front door, making sure it was locked behind her. Snow's gotten higher since yesterday... she thought as she unlocked her car, slipped in, and started it up so it might warm up. She had on three layers, yet still she was cold. While the car was warming, she stepped out and scrapped the snow off the windshield and side windows. She did have to see. For the second time that morning, she slipped into her car, now warmed, and backed out of the driveway, half-wondering why no one was out on the roads.
She drove the eight blocks to where she worked- the theater. She parked behind the place, looking around. Why's no one here? Lucy and Jill were also supposed to be working today... she thought, as she walked around to the front of the building--she didn't have her key to the back door. Coming around the side of the building, she saw three of her friends. She waved, and yelled, "Hey Meg, Sam, Casey!"

"Let's not have this argument. I'll embarrass us both with how much of the lyrics I actually know for some godawful reason. I don't even have a kid sister to blame it on." Andrew snickers, then pulls his cell phone from his pocket. He only half listened to the talk of being snowed in with rotten food as he fumbled with his heavy gloves and tiny buttons. Finally, he pulled one glove off with his teeth to male things easier. When he finally got to the message, he sighed. Of course. Why shouldn't more of his friends have nutty folks? Andrew texted back to Jack:
idk, same here. meet up at theater.
"Jack's getting the Merry Christmas again spiel, too. I invited him along. Might as well; at this rate the theater will probably be empty except for us anyway."

"yes, well feel totally free to blame that on Tristan. I give you my permission. "Marissa said as her fiance gave her a shocked look. "Ooooh no! You take the blame, you're the girl in this vehicle!" she said trying not to laugh. Soon they pulled up to the theaters and Marissa waved manically at their friends.

Andrew snickers at the two and watches out of the window. He was excited as the theater came into view, but he quickly became confused. "Guys, our movie isn't on the marquee." Andrew reached up and rubbed his head. This was starting to make his brain hurt. Theaters did not close down and lose money just to play a prank on a few locals. "Maybe we should head inside and talk to somebody." he mumbled, losing confidence in the idea that he'd get to watch a horrific horror movie and bust this Christmas, the sequel bit right in the teeth.

Seeing Tristan's car pull up, Katherine waved at the two- no three- in the car, before noticing the front door was also locked. "Where are Jill and Lucy? They were supposed to be here." she half-muttered to herself, while unlocking the front doors for all of the to get out of the cold. She stepped in, and held the doors open for everyone. As an after thought, Katherine pulled her phone out, to see if either Jill or Lucy had called to say they couldn't make it. The phone said, clear as day, Thursday, December 25th, 2008. 10:45am No new messages. Without realizing it, her jaw dropped. She stared at the phone, still holing the door for the six people to come in.

((Hope it's not to late to join in! sweatdrop ))
Aurelia kept looking at her phone. She had been waiting for her boyfriend to call her. He was to pick her up Christmas Day, but due to the weather driving from the small town in southern Minnesota, he had texted her saying that there was no way he could get to her on time, he was snowed in. But he had also promised to call every day until they could see eachother again. Aurelia looked around the house and sighed. It appeared as though the heater went out again. She decided on putting some logs in the fireplace and warming up by the fire. She noticed that the wood was missing. "That's strange. I thought I got some more wood yesterday." She shrugged off the feeling. "Well, I bet I can get some deals today, since yesterday was Christmas." She had sadly been home alone for christmas and she didn't feel like bugging anybody in town with their holiday cheer yesterday. "Today should be the shoppers rush." She said with a smirk, this was her favorite day, the day after Christmas. ~15 min later~ She decided to park in the movie theater parking lot. She saw a group going into the movie theater as she walked towards the theater door which was connected to the mall. "This is weird, I thought there would be more people shopping." She said as she shrugged the thought off. "I guess more sales for me." Aurelia smiled at the thought. She nodded a slight hello to the group that was ahead of her in the theater.
