Cassandra wanted to intrupt him and say no but pizza sounded good. She sighed, wondering how she got herself stuck with this guy. She hoped her roomate wasn't like him. She hurried to get in and sat next to him only because there was a seat and she didn't really know anyone else. She let her thoughts wander toward Paul and Jerry again. She wondered how they would get along without her. She would have to call later. It seemed like she was a mother hen to those two.

Anthony looked around the auditorium slowly. The speech was always a pain in the a** for him to sit because he was constanly writing songs in his head, which prevented him from paying attention. Anthony reverted his attention to the stage but began drifting off into his imagination. Silent chords played through his head and tapped the beat on the chair absently.

Adriana watched the people flow in and saw as Joshua, Vanessa, and Felicity took the stage.

Joshua cleared his throat and looked around the room. "Hello fellow class mates. This year at Ravenwood we have a new uniform. It consist of a polo shirt for the guys and a blouse for the ladies. ties are to be worn by the guys at all times and the ladies can choose to wear them or not. Guys need to wear kaki or dress pants and girls wear skirts." He said then looked over at Felicity. "Just not as short as my sister's" He added while pointing to her and letting out a small laugh. "The only exception is on casual friday. Saturdays and sundays you are free to wear what ever you want." He said then introduced his sister, Vanessa, to the crowd and let her take the podium.

Xander was thrilled when Cassie sat next to him. It proved his theory: most people want to be friends with you, but are too afraid to say so. To help them acchieve their goal of being his friend, Xander was bubbly, friendly, cheerful, and not a little pushy.
When he saw Anthony scoping the room, He gave a little half-wave, and the same homocidal smile he'd given to Cassie earlier. More new people. How fun!

Cassandra sighed, this was so boring. Instead of really paying much attention she tried to remember a song she had just learned on the guitar. She had her hands like she had her guitar and started acting like she was actually playing it. She noticed Xander wave a someone and wondered who it was but didn't really and truthfully care. She just wanted to get back to her babies.

Anthony was too zoned out to care whether Xander looked at him or not. He looked down at his own uniform. It was much more unique than most other people's. The pins in his tie stood out as well as his untucked shirt. He hated uniforms with a passion, especially the uniforms at a music school, they were much too proper and boring.

Vanessa scanned the audience before she began speaking. She didn't see Christian, but that didn't mean that he wasn't there. So, she began to speak to the crowd. "Well, thank you Joshua for that marvelous introduction. As my brother already said, welcome to a new school year here at Ravenwood Academy. I am up here to remind you all of the 'party policies' of this school. My dad knows that when you get a bunch of adolescent teenagers together, there are bound to be parties a plenty. However, we must refrain from sneaking in alcoholic beverages, or other drugs on campus. If you want to go smoke a blunt people, go do it on your own time, and property." She joked with them, a smile in her eyes. "Now, as I hope you all know, My eighteenth birthday is coming up soon, and we are going to have a big bash here at the school, similar to my brother's last year. Of course the whole student body is invited, and I hope we all have a good time. And now, ladies and gentlemen, My little sister Felicity!" She concluded, shooing her sister to center stage.

Shauna crept into the Auditorium silently, not attracting any scolding views. She stood against the back wall, paying attention to the rest of the Assembly. She didn't like the way Vanessa Ravenwood acted as if she was better than everyone else at the school. Shauna simply ignored the supeficial smile that was reaching out to the crowd.

Xander rolled his eyes at both the Ravenwoods. "Hey, Cass," He whispered, "Word of warning about the Ravenwoods: avoid them like the plauge. Josh is a stuck-up killjoy, and Vanessa's a total phony. I don't know much about Felicity, but knowing her siblings, I don't hold out much hope."

"Hey guys. Im Felicity as my sister Vanessa said. I would like to conclude this speeh with a reminder that if you need your classes changed or have any questions at all, please come to me and i will hellp you to the best of my ability." Felicity said after she walked to the center of the stage. "We also have several preformances lined up for yall and this year we have a talent show. The information for the talent show will be posted on the bulliten board outside of the doors. Thank you all and have a nice year." Felicity concluded the speech and dismissed her class mates.

Cassandra just nodded. She was just staring absentmindedly at the Ravenwoods on stage. Avoid them...like that would ever happen. Knowing her and her luck Cass was probably going to have a class with each of them. She tried not to think about them too much and soon found herself bored enough to fall asleep.
((in agreement with my post...not about boredum but my eyes are telling me its almost time to crash...I need to leave. Bye guys!))

Well, that was a waste. No one even noticed that his tie was done wrong. Maybe he was getting too predictable. Oh wnew how the rest of the day would go. The morning classes would be cut so they could meet their teachers. Lunch would be at noon, and the afternoon was to be used 'settling in'. Xander rolled his eyes at that thought. Dinner was at five-thirty sharp. Lights out was at 11:15.
Tomorrow, they'd all begin their regular classes. Xander was very happy about that. Despite the attitudes of the Ravenwoods, this academy was a good place to learn music. As the assembly ended, Xander stood, and offered his hand to Cassie. "So, which of your teachers would you like to meet first?"

Elsie practically jumped out of her mom's car almost without even saying goodbye, grabbed her stuff, and ran to her dorm. She really hoped she hadn't missed the opening assembly. She hastily put on her uniform and decided that she really liked the tie, so she wore it.
Elsie charged out of her dorm and was almost going to run across campus when she realized that the assembly was already over. Oh no! I missed the opening assembly! That's a great way to start the year. she thought. Now what do I do? Elsie decided that the best thing she could do was to go ahead and go meet her teachers.

Cassandra looked up at Xander slowly. "Do we have to?" She really didn't feel like meeting any of her teachers. Really she didn't know what she wanted to do. "Um...I really don't know. What about your teachers? What are your classes?" She took his hand and stood up.
