((I just had a whole plethora of naughty comments come to mind when i read the thing about him not being able to stand up any more >>;; wink )
Azul sat down, slightly farther away from Thomas than she had been, but still a considerably closer amount than they had been when they'd frst begun talking. She let out an aggravated sigh and rolled her eyes before nipping at Thomas' ear, in a way that her mother used to n** at hers when ever she'd done something stupid. "Don't say stupid things like that Thomas, why wouldn't we be freinds? If we weren't freinds you and I wouldn't be talking right now."
She couldn't help but shake her head at Thomas. She was about to say something more when she realised that he was suddenly not looking so well. She poked at the side of thomas' head with her nose in a concerned motherly manner.
"are you alright? maybe you should lie down?"

"Ouch!" Thomas yelped before smiling at Azul innocently. Hooray! His first friend! "Yay! I'm glad we're friends!" He was smiling so ear-to-ear, almost glowing with happiness. "You are my first friend, did you know that?" He inquired, a smile still plastered on his glowing face. "Don't worry I'm okay," He told her matter-of-factly. "I get like that when I'm sad. My..." He paused, and lay down again... "Mother... used to tell my I was the most self-pitying person she had ever known."

Azul smiled good naturedly at Thomas, playfully pushing at him with her paw. "I wouldn't go around shouting that out to the world." she said in a teasing tone of voice. She rolled her eyes and turned her head, shaking it slightly, a smile still slightly on her face. She looked at him out of her periperhal vision, before sighing and turning her head with out moving her body. "Hey!" She said before glomping Thomas and pishung his head into the ground like an adolescent before letting up, still pinning him to the dirt. "No feeling sorry for yourself unless you have a reason. You just made a freind! that calls for a happy face!"

"Ee!" He gasped with surprise as he was pinned, then started to laugh. "All right all right! I'm happy!" He exclaimed, wiping an eye with his paw. "See?" He struggled for a moment, and freed himself from her grip. "Hey..." He smiled slyly. "Want to play a game?"

(( OH NOES!!! IT'S SAW!!!!))
Azul LET Thomas slip out of her grasp as she returned to her oh so common sitting position. She looked at him for a moment, as if observing him. What was the game? She wondered absentmindedly, her claws extended and retracted a few times as she playfully tapped at the still cold earth. Finally, her curiousity got the better of her and she folded.
"What kind of a game?"

((Uhh... what's that? Honestly, I was thinking of War Games xD ))
"Uhh... I don't know." He shrugged, bored. "A fun one?" If what he was saying implied something inappropriate, he didn't know it. "How about.. We're brave knights, going to fight an evil God who has a helpless kit trapped in his clutches!" He stood up, getting louder towards the end of his suggestion. There was a child-like gleam in his eyes that faded as he thought of something else. "Or... We could go on a real adventure!" He exclaimed, pouncing on a tumbling leaf. The gleam was back now, but more controlled, though just as gleeful. "We could help the helpless, free the imprisoned or, ahh... Feed the hungry?"

Azul raised her eyebrow and tilted her head, smiling fondly at Thomas, he acted a lot like Ragdoll and Susan, it was cute, but refreshing in the fact that he was a new face. She wondered why she was his first and apparantly only friend... "Feed the hungry?" She asked, chuckling softly and shaking her head. "I don't think that's a game... And i think freeing imprisoned person's might get us in trouble or hurt..." She looked thoughtful for a moment as she tried to think of a fun game.She smiled wickedly as she looked at Thomas, pouncing forward and pinning him in the snow she laughed. "Let's play tag!" And with that Azul pushed up and off, pushing Thomas a bit deeper in the snow before bounding off into the woods.

"Ack!" Thomas yelped, and quickly shushed himself. Hadn't he learned at all? This female had already shown him how fast she was. Chuckled, he pulled himself up and briskly dusted the snow off off his back and shoulders. Shaking his head, he drew a deep breath... and charged in the direction she went. He was and inch shorter than your average ulaya, but it was hidden by his thick, springy fur. No one could guess he was as fast as he was. But really, he often thought he would readily give up his speed to make up for his inability to react properly in most situations. He had his weakness. All of this ran through his mind as he ran headlong though the forest... and past a bright blue and yellow patch of fur. What? Wait a minute... He shook his head, cursed his spaciness, and screeched to a stop.

Azul couldn't help the giggle that escaped through her lips as she watched Thomas go whizzing by her, she'd ducked behind a tree but apparantly she hadn't been that well hidden, he had after all stopped. 'He's fast...' She thought as she quickly looked around for a mode of escape, she was pretty sure he could catch her on the ground, so the only option was up...
She looked up and was extremely grateful for the fact that there above her head was a low lying branch. She reached out and jumped, snatching at the branch and clumisily pulling herself up. When she was finally up the tree and sitting safely in the branch (Thanks to Susan's teaching her), she looked down smiling at Thomas.
"If you can get me, I'll let you decide what we do next."

Thomas heard a giggle and ran back to the tree with the fur. He stopped right in front of it, but the Azul was gone. Thomas shook his head methodically and searched around the tree. Having no luck, he decided to think like Azul did.. What what she do now if she were him? Meditate? Take a good long look at the sky? He didn't know how to meditate, so he chose the later. He drew a deep, soothing breath and looked up. Instead of sky, he saw blue feet. "Gotcha!" He exclaimed with triumph, and leaped up to tag her-But he fell an inch short of the branch. That tad bit smaller he was always meant trouble in a pinch. Enough with this. I've survived much worse, even if I don't remember it. This is a stick. It's not going to beat me. He threw himself at the branch, flailing, and then he was hanging from one paw- He got it! "Yes!" He mumbled happily. This distracted him from holding on long enough for him to fall back in to the snow. His reaction to all of this was a small whine. That fall hurt.

Azul smiled victoriously as she looked down at Thomas, maybe he wouldn't find her there, and then, when he jumped for the branch, she felt it jerk slightly, and her smile was replaced with a look of panic, and then with one of horror as she watched him plummet back towards the earth. She let out a small cry of shock as the branch shook from the backlash, effectively ruining her balance and making her fall from the branch too. She twisted her body in the air so that she wouldn't land on Thomas, and also so she would be able to land on her feet. When she hit the floor with a *thud* she quickly shook off the shock and raushed over to Thomas, peering at him like a worried mother. "Are you alright? Tell me where it hurts!"

Thomas sat up, uttering a small gasp. His ribs were bruised, definitely. He looked up, and found that the branch was higher then he had thought. He was surprised he even got near the thing. Serves me right for think about them. Probably gave my a little extra spring. To bad I didn't get any more, I might've made it. It was at this point that he registered the fact that he'd been spoken to. He smiled blandly at Azul, into that bright face. Then he frowned. "I'm fine," He said swiftly as he got up. Slowly. Just in case. "It's nothing. See?" He said, and trotted in a quick circle as he wondered what was wrong with him. He was almost snapping at her. He tried at a playful smile, and he gave Azul a small, friendly shove with a light paw. "Tag. Now I get to choose," He said, beaming. Or at least trying to.

Azul brought her head back and the concern quickly vanished from her face as Thomas snapped at her. She looked at him for a moment or two, and when he frowned a look of curiousity crossed over her face as she tried to figure out what it was that he was doing. He was obviously lying through his teeth about the pain. She could tell by the slight squint in his eyes as he continued to attempt to reassure that everything was fine. When he finally shoved her playfully with his paw and proclaimed that it was his turn to choose, she wondered if she would need to take matters into her own hands. It had been a while since she'd helped nursed anything broken; after all, Ragdoll's bones were almost made of rubber, but she was still fairly certain she would be able to tell if anything was broken.... Sighing she knew he wouldn't let her outright check and see, but if something WERE broken, he could damage himself further by frollicking around like that...
Azul stayed quiet for a moment before finally gently placing a paw on Thomas side in an attempt to catch him off guard, she quickly did it to both sides and was happy to note nothing seemed to be broken. A calmer demeanor passed over her features when she realised he wasn't hurt and that it probably would be best for him to 'walk it off'. "Alright, what would you like to play?"

Thomas yelped as Azul placed her paws on his tender ribcage, and quickly bit his tongue. He was no pup, to squeal at the smallest sting! "Uh-I wasn't going to say play doctor, if you were wondering," He gritted through teeth clenched in pain. Gradually, the bolts of fire in his ribs faded, leaving him with clearer thinking. "Thank you, though. It's been a while since someone has been worried about me," He said with a slight smile and a tilted head. "It's nice. Now what about you? You fell farther then me, but you were... twisting when you fell." He tilted his head to the other direction. "Did it hurt?

Azul pulled back in a startled motion, she took a quick step backwards as well putting a step or two of distance between the two of them, not that she thought she was in any sort of danger, she just wanted to give him the space. She rolled her eyes and smiled at his attempt to make light of the matter. "who say's I was playing? You could have really hurt yourself? why wouldn't i be concerned about you? And the only reason i'm not hurt is because i saw the fall coming, and landed accordingly! you were surprised, so you couldn't land the right way, I'm sorry you got hurt!"
