Gina begins walking to Arlong wshen all of the sudden she gets stopped by a large merperson. A fist is swung in front of him. Ther person having ponytails ontop of their small shead. With little fin-like attachments to her arms. Ther person seemed to be very strong.
"Now then. I shall be the one teaching you. You must learn my techniques before you can go onto learning from Arlong." Came the voice of Kuroobi. then she said "My name is Kuroobi and you shall be learning from me today." she says quickly before letting Gina say anything. "That punch I almost hit you with was my Hundred Brick Fist."
"Okay then. Well my name is Gina. And I guess I shall be learning from you today."
Hundred Brick Fist 1/4
"So, you are going to be teaching me the Hundred Brick Fist?" Gina says in a clear and obviously questionable voice.
"That is correct. the basic premises of it. Well is too gather up your strength to your fist. then wshen you punch it can send an opponent flying. Since you are a Merman, I shall be able to teach you more of my techniques. Rather than having to fight these pesky pumans." Kuroobi says in response to Gina. At the same time explaining what the technique was as well as how to perform it.
Now Gina pretty much understood the technique as well as how to perform it. But then she remembers what she had just said. she would be able to learn one which is much more powerful.
Hundred Brick Fist 2/4
"Now for ther technique, stance is a very important thing. It might not seem like it, but it is. You must have a strong stance which means you must be strong. Concentrate about half of your strength to your fist. Which means you would have the same strenght as a lousy puman. then you strike. However it is easy to dodge meaning you might be open to attacks. Unless if you have a strong stance."
"So, shall you show me ther stance that I must be in. Order to learn ther technique?" Gina says, awaiting the answer of what Kuroobi might say. she was not sure what Kuroobi would say for she seemed to be one who is confusing.
"Of course I will. What kind of a teacsher would I be if I didn't show you the stance." Ther of course was a retorical question.

Kuroobi places her right foot forward. then she puncshes out with her right hand in slow motion. But muscles in him could be seen bulging from Gina's view.
Gina looks at the stance with great interest and detail. she takes note of the movements especially and how much space must be placed in between each limb. she then decides now she should try the technique herself.
"Now, your turn." Kuroobi says directing it toward Gina.
Gina then places her right foot in front of him then puncshes out with half force. A rock was in front of him and the rock goes flying forward with the great force.

"Very well done. Now the next technique is going to be underwater. Meaning it is going to be devastating to any puman. Or one of their pathetic ships. Well it is generally the Hundred Brick Fist, except for you do it underwater. It is what I would like to call the High-Rank Exploding Palm. Very deadly to any opponent. But it might be a bit harder to perform for you. Since you might not be too used to be going underwater. So you should perhaps practice being underwater for a bit and moving around while under there." Kuroobi says to Gina. then she begins stretching. she moves over to the water and then jumps into it. Awaiting for Gina to follow in after him. she looks up from the water, with her shead just barely popping out of it. Only her eyes and everything above being visible.

"However, there is one difference between ther attack and the Hundred Brick Fist. It is ther." Kuroobi has her fist clencshed and raises it above the water. As a demonstration of the Hundred Brick Fist. "And ther." she opens up her clencshed fist as a sign that it is an open palm attack. Not a closed fist.
Gina nods her shead. To show that she was paying attention to what Kuroobi had just said. Closing and opening her right fist while doing so. she takes off her cloak as well as her mask and the flaps that cover over her ears. she then jumps into the water. And begins swimming around in it. her gills breathing for him.

Gina begins swimming deeper and deeper into the water at an accelerating rate. then she swims back up to wshere Kuroobi was. Gina continues getting used to moving around in the water. For it had been a long time since she had gone swimming in the ocean. she then gets next to Kuroobi, who was also underwater then begins talking. "So wshere am I supposed to aim at while performing the technique?" Gina says while doing several underwater flips. Doing a series of backwards then one that was a forwards flip. she stops to listen more carefully to Kuroobi's instructions.

Kuroobi looks at Gina then points to her own chin. "You aim for the chin of your opponent." Kuroobi stops there. For that was pretty much all there was to it. "Now pay attention to ther." Kuroobi then opens her palm then pulls back her right hand. With incredible speed she snaps her palm forward. Water could be felt moving under the ocean.
Gina could feel a bit of the blow from the ten feet she was away from Kuroobi. Of course it didn't hurt that much for her skin was extremely hard. And plus she was underwater. But the attack must of been really powerful if a human had felt it. Now Gina was ready to try the technique.

Gina opens up her fist. Making her hand go against her arm at a ninety degree angle. Like someone telling another person to stop. she then moves her arm back like something charging it.
Kuroobi looks at Gina's technique. Making sure that there were no flaws in it whatsoever. she crosses her arms, nodding. Showing that Gina was going to get it right.
Gina pulls forward her arm at an alarming rate. A strong blast shot forward out from Gina's palm. the water literally bending itself to form its own current underwater. Ther of course was the strength of a merman underwater.

Kuroobi points upward to the surface. Showing Gina that they should go back up onto the surface.
Gina swims and then jumps up as she reacshes the surface, reaching the surface right before Kuroobi. the water slipping off of her skin.
Kuroobi jumps up and grabs Gina pulling him down deeper until they reach the ocean's depth. she then says "Ther is part of the next technique I shall show you." Kuroobi says while swimming around Gina in circles. Awaiting for Gina to ask what it was.
"So, what is it?" Gina says to Kuroobi hastily. Looking at him as she passes by with confusion.
Pressure Plunge 1/7
Kuroobi stops just as she reacshes the front of Gina once more. she then sets both of her feet on the ground about ten feet in front of Gina. "the technique I am going to show you is a devastating technique to a puman. the Pressure Plunge. It is almost the easiest way to kill one of them. By dragging them down to the ocean's depth and killing them by the ocean's crushing currents. Being ther far down will kill them." Kuroobi says in response to Gina's question, answering it just as soon as Gina asks it.
"So, that is just the whole concept of the technique then?" Gina asks Kuroobi in response to her response.
Kuroobi nods showing that Gina was correct about the statement and question that she had asked him.
Pressure Plunge 2/7
"In order to do ther we shall go through several trials. I shall be acting like an unsuspecting puman while you try and pull me underneath the water to the ocean's depth. Come at me at any random time." Kuroobi says as she begins swimming rapidly up to the shore. she jumps out of the water and lands right outside of the fifteen foot by fifteen foot square pool which lead to the bottom of the ocean.
Gina nods before Kuroobi left. she then begins swimming around to get the feel of moving around the water more often. she still wasn't as used to it as she was, but was getting used to it rather fast.
Pressure Plunge 3/7
Kuroobi begins pacing back and forth and around the large square. Awaiting when Gina would try and pull him underneath the water. then drag him to the ocean's floor. she wasn't going to make it easy for Gina, that's all she knew. she stops and looks at the water then continues pacing on once more.
Gina on the other hand continues swimming back and forth. Eventually glancing through the water and seeing Kuroobi in her positionings. Gina was just marking ther as a way to tell wshere she was going to be at and when. Using mathematical calculations to give him an advantage. Of when Kuroobi was paying most attention to the water and when she was not.
Pressure Plunge 4/7
Gina begins slowly swimming up the shore. Stopping in the water each and everytime Kuroobi looked back. At ther moment Gina was using her camouflage reflex, which stretcshed the skin pigments changing the color of Gina's skin. It was, at the moment, made to look like water with the sun rippling through it. If she stood in the same spot and moved around just barely, it would look as if she were part of the ocean. Just some water in it.
Kuroobi glances in the water for three seconds then continues walking around the large square. Walks around it until she reacshes the other half then stops for three seconds to look at the water.
Pressure Plunge 5/7
Gina turns off her camouflage reflex. her skin turns a blueish color with a tint of gray in it. Gina swims to the depth of the ocean then begins swimming upward at great speeds.
Kuroobi looks at the water then looks back up just as Gina nears him.
Gina jumps up out of the water, just barely and pulls Kuroobi in, dragging him by pulling her legs.
Kuroobi falls into the water and is immediately bear-hugged by Gina from the back. Making escape pretty much impossible.
Gina makes sure that her grip is tight enough then begins going down to the depth.
Pressure Plunge 6/7
Gina reacshes the ocean's floor with Kuroobi in her arms and releases him there. her opponent, if it were to be a human it would not be able to swim. the weight at ther time would be crushing a human. If they would try to swim away, Gina was right there to pull them back down. So ther would ultimately be the end of any opponent if she were to drag them down to the bottom of the ocean.
"Congratulations. now then, there is only one more technique that I shall need to teach you. then you may train with Arlong if you wish." Kuroobi says to Gina, sort of smiling with one of her thumbs up. she puts it back down and puts on her same monotone face.

"How about, let's make ther interesting. Race you to the top. Anything goes." Kuroobi says to Gina. Ther was more of a challenge that she was offering to Gina. Now Kuroobi awaits Gina's response.
"Sure." Gina says while beginning to swim upward.
Kuroobi follows Gina quickly and then aims a punch at him saying "Thousand Brick Fist."
Gina narrowly dodges the attack and then puts her feet on Kuroobi. she kicks down pushing Kuroobi with great force.
Kuroobi grabs onto Gina's leg, pulling Gina with him. she sends another Thousand Brick Fist attack at Gina.
Thousand Brick Fist 1/8
Gina narrowly dodges the attack. But she feels it rippling at her hard skin. It surely was highly powerful underwater and would be highly powerful on land. Gina watcshes the technique. Knowing ther might be the one that Kuroobi was going to be teaching him next. Paying close attention to the stance that Kuroobi has been talking about. All about the stance. Don't let your gaurd down.
Kuroobi then begins swimming up to the surface quickly. Trying to beat Gina in the race. Of course there really was nothing at stake. But ther was to see who could beat who in a situation like ther.
Thousand Brick Fist 2/8
Gina swims quickly up to Kuroobi and grabs her right arm and right leg. Gina begins spinning rapidly and then releases him after enough momentum was picked up. A small spiralling current was created from ther and the attack would be enough to catch Kuroobi off for just enough time. there would be a small barrier that was created from a rapid moving current that Gina had just created. With the force of the throw it would make him tumble around in the water for just enough time. By the time Kuroobi would reach wshere Gina had thrown him Gina would be jumping out of the water and onto the land.
Kuroobi gets thrown by the attack, tumbling in the water itself for quite some time. she looks up and sees Gina almost already at the shore.
Thousand Brick Fist 3/8
Gina jumps out of the water and lands up onto the rock. Water dripping off of her skin and off of her hair. she looks at the water below. Waiting for Kuroobi to come on out.
Kuroobi continues swimming up. But then she goes about three feet behind wshere Gina was. Underneath the cement. she puncshes upward saying "Thousand Brick Fist" the floor begins to crack then it starts to crumble. Parts of it chipping off and falling into the water.
Gina was cought in the attack and falls into the water. she quickly swims back up onto what was left of the surrounding rocky terrain.
Kuroobi himself now swims up and lands right in front of Gina. Cracking her knuckles then smirks.

"Now you see the destructive power of the Thousand Brick Fist. Ther was all just a part of your training. I hope you were paying attention to my stances." Kuroobi says while looking up to Gina. To pretty much explain what the whole thing was about.
Gina of course had all of ther already thought out. she knew that ther was part of her training. For she knew that they wouldn't want to waste their time on something that would of been no importance to them. That was just how most close-minded Merman were.
"Well then. That was a good bit of exercise. Don't you agree?" Kuroobi says to start up a bit of a conversation.
"Yeah, it was quite a good exercise." Gina says quickly, responding to Kuroobi.

Gina at the moment was already ready to perform the technique. However she would not do it now. she would wait until it would be the right time to. But at the moment it didn't seem to be. "So then. It is a good thing I was paying attention then." Gina says quickly to start up the conversation again. she sits down and pulls out the old bamboo canister and cup from her cloak which was on the floor. she poors a bit of sake into the cup and drinks it quickly, then puts it back into the cloak before Kuroobi could possibly notice it.
Kuroobi at the time was practicing her stances. Getting ready to do anything that might come at hand.

"Now then, Gina. Are you up to the task of performing ther task. Now, you just stay shere for a minute." Kuroobi says as she begins running and hops over the large gates.
"Wonder wshere she had to go in such a hurry. Oh well." Gina goes next to her cloak and pulls out the bamboo canister once more. she takes out the cup and continues drinking more sake. Wondering what Kuroobi went to go do. But she wouldn't linger on it too long. then would focus her attention on the task that was at hand. As well as when she would get a promotion next. But now she finisshes up most of her sake and puts it away back into her cloak.

Minutes later a large and seemingly extremely sheavy boulder gets hurled over the large gates. It lands just a few feet behind Gina. then Kuroobi comes jumping over the gates. she walks casually over to the large boulder and puts her arm on it and says "Well." she pauses for a second and continues "Ther is what you shall be trying the technique on. Only way to be sure if you have mastered the technique."
"It'll be easy." Gina says as she takes the stance that was very important. she clencshes her fist and then puncshes the rock with great force and speed. What appears to be a shockwave effect occurs and the rock breaks into hundreds of pieces. Scattering all over the place.
"I have nothing left to teach you. You may train with Arlong." Came the voice of Kuroobi. she then goes back out of the gates to possibly do some more training.
"Wasn't even able to say thank-you. Oh well."

"Ahahaha! So, you are that new girl! Who has been training from all of my merman pirates. So, finally a task that I might be up to hand!
Gina looks at Arlong, knowing that she must be extremely strong. To be recognized by other merman as a captain of them. she must have incredible strength. Not that Merman weren't already incredibly strong. Just she must of been the strongest of them all. Gina now did not know what would lie ashead of him. "Yeah, I'm that new girl. So can you teach me."
A grin that looks happy goes upon Arlong's face. then she says "Of course, but it's not going to be easy."
Shark and Awe 1/6
'As I expected.' Gina thinks to himself. 'she is a merman and a pirate. Good thing they don't know I'm a member of the navy.' Gina continues to think ther to himself. then she looks at Arlong. Getting ready for any attack that Arlong might throw at him. she knew Arlong would be more of a fighting while teaching person. That's just how most pirate captains were and are.
"Now without further interruptons." Arlong says as she goes up to a wall.
Gina looks at Arlong with great confusion. 'What is she doing? And thinking about? Gina thinks to himself without saying anything outloud. But then she realizes something. she now begins to look at Arlong's stance against the wall. Paying close attention to it.

Arlong launcshes himself at incredible speed, chipping the wall she was on with the incredible force. her nose, which was very sharp and pointy was aimed right toward Gina.
Gina's eyes open sort of wide and then she moves over to the side just barely dodging it.
Arlong lands right next to a wall once more then aims for Gina. her long nose pointed directly at Gina she pusshes off of the wall with great force going at incredible speeds. she says aloud while doing so "Shark and Awe." she goes faster and faster at incredible speeds.
Gina jumps over to the left. Barely dodging Arlong's sharp nose.
Shark and Awe 3/6
Arlong lands in the small square pool. A smirk goes accross her face. she aims her body high into the air.
Gina not knowing wshere Arlong would come out of gets himself ready for a high-paced strong attack. Looking all around and trying to shear the slightest bit of water moving.
Arlong now pusshes himself off of the water itself. Launching him skyward at insane speeds. she goes up and then starts coming down with an insanely fast moving nose dive. Literally. she comes in closer and closer to Gina.
Gina looks at Arlong as she sees him finally up in the sky. she rolls to the side and then jumps backwards to try and dodge Arlong's attack.
Shark and Awe 4/6
Arlong's nose hits the stone extremely hard. It cracks through the surface and Arlong goes down into the water once more. Rubble went flying everywshere and parts of the stone surface begin going into the water below. Cracking off quickly. It stops as it reacshes a strong point in the ground.
Gina had to run in order to avoid being tossed into the water. That would leave him like a sitting duck. But now she completely understood the concept of the move. Gina begins running over to a wall to await Arlong to attack once more.
"So she was able to dodge a few of my Shark and Awe attacks." Arlong says, talking to himself under the water. Now she puts her eyes on Gina, getting ready to perform the attack once more.
Gina at ther moment unssheathes her two swords. she knew that there must be a sharp point to the attack. Otherwise it would just be the Awe attack. the shark part must mean the part with the sharp weapon.
Shark and Awe 5/6
Arlong now starts swimming and propels himself out of the water. Aiming right toward Gina.
Gina uses ther as an advantage. she runs over to the side and then she himself jumps into the water.
Arlong couldn't change her position. her body now flies at the wall itself. she hits it and her nose gets stuck. For a moment she looks like a dart that was just thrown into a dart board. she then moves her stiff body and tries to get out of the wall.
Gina moves around in the water. Swimming to the depth of the ocean. she kicks off and before she knows it, her body begins moving at an incredible speed. her swords up by her face pointed at Arlong. Both of them being aimed for a part of her arm.
Arlong gets her nose out of it, but by ther time it was too late. her arm gets cut by Gina's blades. "I did it! But Im tired so I'll see you later." Afraid of what would happen if sshe stayed, Gina ran away still happy that sshe became that much stronger.

Cindy had been running for a very long time, she really never wanted to see Captain Kuro or Buchi ever again. The only problem with Stealth Walk was that it made it so Cindy couldn't see at all so sometime where she stopped was a mystery. Cindy looked around her surroundings and realized that she wasn't even in Cocyoshi village anymore. She was just in some forested area though the trees were different. That's how she could tell she was no longer in the same area. She eventually saw a large building and knew she had to go there, so she did so.

She eventually came up to the building and realized it wasn't a building at all but actually a giant fortress. Cindy thought about it for a second and despite her better judgment knocked on the door anyway. After a couple seconds she heard a lot of chatter and even heard someone say "I'll handle it boss." But she couldn't be too sure. She was just about to leave when all of a sudden over the wall a Fishman appeared! He had somehow managed to scale the entire wall though he also appeared to be wet.

The Fishman stared at Cindy once he landed, a look of pure hatred in his eyes. "I am Kuroobi of the fispeople. You are treading on land where you don't belong Puman!" Cindy gulped lightly and then said "I didn't mean to offend you. I'll be going now..." Cindy then turned around to walk away but Kuroobi wouldn't let this happen. Kuroobi brought back his fist in order to hurt her but Cindy managed to duck and instead the wall took her place. From the impact of his fist bricks actually begain to fall out. Cindy was starting to get scared.

Cindy looked back at the wall impact in fear. Kuroobi merely chuckled as he could tell how scared she was. "Leave Puman, and never return to our land ever again!" Cindy nodded her lightly and left. Slowly walking away Cindy looked behind her to see Kuroobi going into the place laughing. Cindy had once again been made a fool of by an outside force. It was no matter though, Cindy would come back here eventually when she was stronger and show them all what she's made of...

Screchin walked along the island yelling out a name.
"Gina! GiNa!gInA! GINA!!!! Where are you!"
Screchin walked along the shore speaking to himself out loud..
"A merwoman ,merwoman how could it be so hard to find a merwoman! their big fat and ugly!"
Screchin gave up and started off on the swim back to the bay

 Technique Name: Shark and Awe
Description: The user launches themself at their opponent like a torpedo, hoping to spear their opponent with a sharp, pointed object. If they are a Merman, the user can propel themself from the water at insane speeds, but it is also possible do it on land, as well, by jumping or kicking off a solid object.
Requirements: The user must have a sharp weapon.

Ariana walked on the beach in her bikini thinking it was time she took a break especially after her close call with that giant worm in the south blue. She looked at the sunset as she walked smiling as the wind blew. She felt warmly and comfortable just wishing Maya was here or she wasn't alone. Off in the distance she saw a fin but didnt think much of it and kept watching it come closer to shore. So distracted she bumped into a rough and very muscular figure. The figure caught her in its arms before she fell. She looked up seeing a Shark man. He was well known as Arlong but she had no clue who he was but she didnt over react she just treated him like another guy.

"um...sorry."
Ariana said looking up to him and waiting for him to release but he didn't. His hands slid to her biceps and he clutched her arms tightly bringing to the ground from pain. Ariana made a few sounds of struggle but when she felt the tight hold she stayed quiet and was then thrown to the ground. Ariana felt as if he was capable of breaking her arms but he hadnt. From behind her stood another huge figure that had crawled out of the water. Feeling the presence she turned her head to look and the figured grabbed her by her neck picking her in the air smiling with its sharp teeth then brought her close ready to take a bite out of her neck.
"What are you doing here?"
Arlong questioned as if no one was supposed to be here except for mermen.

Ariana 's eyes began to water as she choked dangling in the hands of Kuroobi unable to reply. Seeing this he dropped her and she fell to her hands and knees coughing trying to breathe. Arlong pushed her over with his foot not really kicking her but more of a strong thrust. Ariana fell over ans sat up coughing still.
"Answer me!"
Arlong yelled to Ariana looking down at her walking towards her
"I'm sorry I didn't know I wasn't permitted to be here."
Ariana said simply looking up with a bit of hate forming.
"Throw her to the fishes..."
Arlong said taking offense to her statement and the way she looked at him. It all made him angry and her tone only convinced him of her sarcasm. Ariana turned quickly and crawled into a run but as she stood she felt something plunge into her back and she fell feeling extreme pain. She woke up to see she was on a ship with a crew of mermen.

"What the...?"
Ariana said as she came to looking around but not moving. She was tied to the sail as they took bloody raw meat and tossed it into the waters so sharks would come. Then took Ariana off of the sail and started to make her walk the plank.
"Please I really didn't know! I'm from the North Blue."
Arlong laughed shaking the plank a bit causing her to stumble. She could barely keep balance due to her hands being tied behind her back and the plank was narrow.
"What are you doing all the way over here?"
He asked stabilizing the plank.
"I'm an adventurer/doctor and I wanted to learn about the world help people and learn some fighting techniques."

Kuroobi nudged Arlong making a suggestion
"maybe we can train her then have her join us."
Ariana looked back hearing them. She knew she shouldn't have eaten that fruit. She sighed looking down her hair blocking her face and remembered what Maya had said about waiting for god. Arlong pulled her in off the plank and cut her wrists free.
"Okay we'll let you live but your our property"
Arlong said looking down at Ariana as she looked down not looking him the face her hair veiling her face as well. Arlong grabbed her face pinching her face by her cheeks and tilting her head up. She looked into his eyes and gave no reply.
"If she is going to be in my crew she's gonna learn our moves and learn some respect for me"
Arlong said pushing her away by her face. Her back hit the sail and she leaned against it waiting for what was next.

As the ship got close to the shorehe tossed Ariana over into the shallow water. She hurt her arm a bit but nothing too serious where she couldnt stand. Arlong hopped off then stood next to her.
"This is the move I performed on you. Its meant to rip through people but I was generous. Ariana glared at him but watched wanting to learn it to kick his a** with it. Arlong jumped up ending horizontally in the air and extended his legs pushing off the side of the ship and launching into Ariana smashing her into the ground and pinning her under the seafloor by her throat. She flailed her legs and held his hands with of hers but couldnt fight it and was about to give up. Arlong then let her up and she gasped for air breathing heavily. After catching her breath Arlong repeated this numerous times to give her a work out to develop her leg muscles for these techniques. He then let her up and smiled picking her up by her neck. Her head limped to one side tilting down her wet hair sticking to her face and his arm. Her body dangled for a few minutes then as she came to Arlong dropped her

Ariana was lost and stayed on her knees and hands. Arlong kicked her then walked away leaving Kuroobi to help her with it. Ariana stood up and growled jumping up and pushing off the ship launching herself at Arlong but Kuroobi caught her one arm and put her down
"I wouldnt do that. I know arlong is a d**k head but lets not. "
Ariana sighed giving in turning to Kuroobi
"well its seems you know how to do that"

Ariana looked at Kuroobi knowing it'd be him who'd slack and be the reason she got away. She could just see it on his face as she stared at him emotionless with made him feel weird. Kuroobi cleared his throat and started
"Well this is called hundred brick fist. It is an extremely strong punch capable of sending someone flying if you use it correctly no matter how small you are."
Kuroobi built up power in his arm and threw a punch to Ariana missing intentionally cracking a hole in the boat behind her.

"hmmm arlongs gonna be pissed. Non the less thats how its done. This technique can be looked at anyway you want whether you use brute strength raw speed or go half and half just get it because Along is short tempered and doesnt want you alive. He has other plans for you especially if you slip up. So shape up and lets see you do this right."
Ariana bit her bottom lip playing with her lip rings clinging them with her tongue ring. She punched Kuroobi in the stomach not even phasing him slightly.

Kuroobi said looking down at her really having no patience for this he punched her in the stomach watching her hurl over.
"For everytime you ******** up you'll get ******** up. Come on!"
Ariana held her stomach and feel to her knees and coughed up a bit of blood. Her physique was weak and her body was tired from what she went through earlier.

Kuroobi looked at her losing his cool a bit and grabbed her hair tugging back making her look up. Ariana refused though and closed her eyes.
"If you don't get moving this will only get worse...."
Ariana didnt respond to him keeping her eyes shut as blood dripped down her chin. Kuroobi then began to count down from 10 aloud waiting and timing her. Once he got to two Ariana sprung up and struck him in the groin area using the punch loosening his grip on her hair and sending him flying. She got up and ran off trying to get as far away from this place as possible and hide maybe get some help

----- イくぜ！ --After Hisao's failed attempt to find some peace and quiet in Syrup Village after weeks of intense training, he had given up on that town and doubted he would ever return there. Mainly because that was where Kuro and his crew resided. That man, Captain Kuro, was probably the man Hisao hated the most in the entire world. His father had taught him not to feel hate towards anyone, and he hadn't, except for that man. He was just so cold, and rude. The young Swordsman's blood boiled in anger at just the thought of that suit-wearing jerk. At least he was in another town now, far away from Kuro and his group.(Hundred Brick Fist)

The sky was nearly in the middle of the sky, meaning it was noon, but there were several thin clouds that covered the sun and kept it at a cool temperature. Birds chirped and sung as they went about their life. Rabbits and other small animals scurried through the grass, foraging for food and whatnot. This was much more peaceful than Syrup Village had been. Although he hadn't seen anyone in the town yet, that was fine with him. Just meant that he didn't need to worry about people staring at him while he took naps, and stalking him. For all he cared, he would be happy if he was the only human on the island.(Hundred Brick Fist)
(2/4 posts) If only Hisao had heard of the saying, "Be careful what you wish for", because it was just that. Commi Island was completely populated my Merpeople. To be more precise, Arlong, a Shark Merman, and his Pirate crew. Of course, Hisao didn't know this. He hadn't seen the hundreds of signs warning "pumans" to stay away, and that entering the town would mean certain death. The young Swordsman had been so busy relaxing and staring at the clouds while entering the village, he had totally missed every single poster. This was extremely unlucky for him, because his relaxation trip was about to go very, very wrong.(Hundred Brick Fist)
(3/4 posts) While walking, Hisao suddenly walked into a wall and fell back onto his a**. Moaning in pain with his eyes closed, he rubbed his nose and looked up. He opened his eyes, and realized it wasn't a wall. It was a Merman. The Merman slowly turned around and glared at Hisao, who was still on the ground. All of the sudden, the Merman pulled his arm back and shot it forward, creating a giant crater where Hisao had just been. Luckily, the technique was pretty easy to dodge, so Hisao had predicted it and leaped into the air above the Merman. Hisao landed a few feet in front of the Merman, pulled his arm back, and leaped forward, punching the Merman square in the gut and sending him flying several feet back, knocking him out cold. If only he knew what he had just done.(Hundred Brick Fist: Complete!)

----- イくぜ！ --After he had used Hundred Brick Punch to knock out Kuroobi; in self-defense of course, Hisao had inadvertently opened a can of worms that would come around to bite him in the a**, metaphorically speaking of course. Either way, after he had done this, that's when everything went to Hell. The gigantic Merman named Kuroobi was now on the ground, out cold, and Hisao ran away, not wanting to get in trouble for anything he didn't mean to do. If Kuroobi hadn't attacked him in the first place, he wouldn't of had to attack back to defend himself. Although, maybe mimicking the technique and knocking him out was a bit too much.(Shark and Awe)
(1/6 posts) Everything was dark. Hisao felt something wrapped around his head, covering his eyes. There was also a pressure around his chest, back, and arms. Rope? Hisao though as he shifted slightly. What was going on? Hisao had no clue. The young Swordsman hung suspended over a pool in Arlong Park, tied to a metal rod with thick rope. He wasn't sure what was going on, but he really didn't like it. Especially the ropes part. They freaking hurt. Hundreds of sharp bristles poked and rubbed against him through his keikkogi, and whenever he moved, it only made it more and more uncomfortable. Hisao was in a bit of a jam, as the saying goes.(Shark and Awe)
(2/6 posts) Hisao couldn't remember how he had gotten into such a predicament. The last thing he could remember was running away from the Merman he had knocked out, in self-defense. He had decided to go somewhere else to relax, seeing how this place was full of bloodthirsty Mermen. Hisao had read all the signs on his way back and had just realized how deep he was in it. He was about ten feet from the docks when he heard a cracking noise, a sharp pain in the back of his neck, and then he was out. And now, Hisao awoke to find himself hanging dangerously over some kind of pool, not sure who had done this, but he had a guess.(Shark and Awe)
(3/6 posts) Hisao had been awake now for a good minute, wiggling and shifting as he tried to escape the bonds. But it was no good, they were too tight, and it only made the bristles dig in deeper. Luckily, part of the blindfold fell near his mouth, so he bit it and pulled it off his face. Momentarily stunned from the sunlight, it took Hisao a moment to recover from his blindness. When his vision finally recovered, he regretted pulling the blindfold off. He was in the center of Arlong Park, hanging over a pool full of what Hisao prayed to be dolphins and would soon learn were not. There were dozens of Mermen walking around, going about their fishy lives, or whatever Mermen do.(Shark and Awe)

This Merman sat in what Hisao would consider a throne, and instantly recognized the Pirate, unlike during his battle with Shanks (Misty Peak, pages twenty-seven and eight). It was Arlong, leader of the all Merman Pirate crew called the Arlong Pirates. Not the most creative of names though. This was not good. Not good at all. The young Swordsman had heard stories of this Merman's cruelty. As if mentally hearing his cue, Arlong stood up with his arms crossed. Something bad was about to happen. Hisao could feel it in his chafe marks.(Shark and Awe)

"For attacking one of my subordinates, I sentence you to death! Say hello to my cousins." Arlong yelled, pointing to the not-dolphins below the hanging Samurai. The Shark Merman crouched down, and then suddenly shot through the air, cutting the rope that held Hisao up, and sent him falling into the pool below. For a solid ten seconds, nothing happened. The sharks had dived to chase after their prey, but there was no blood. Suddenly, Hisao, and the sharks, exploded out of the water. Hisao had used the technique he had just seen Arlong use to cut the rope to escape. The Swordsman landed on the ground and ran off while the Mermen were stunned. Why did he get attacked wherever he went?!(Shark and Awe: Complete!)

Takehiko Naoki took his first step in Commi Village, this was the town closest to the once incredible Arlong Park, destroyed after Monkey D. Luffy destroyed it, saving his nakama Nami from the clutches of the Shark-man Arlong. It sounded all very dramatic in Naoki's mind, now was his chance to see if these merman were all they were cracked up to be. He decided that seeing the ruins of this once great structure would be seeing a piece of history itself. When Naoki arrived at the ruins he saw that it was still populated with mermen, he couldn't do anything whilst they were there without getting attacked, he looked around for a suitable costume that would hide his human features, with a paintbrush he sketched out what looked like a believeable pair of gills, then using some palm leaves he made what he hoped looked like webbed hands. He also spiked up his hair, it seemed to be something that all mermen did.
1/4 - Hundred Brick Fist.
As Naoki walked through the gateway into the park, all of the mermen who were sitting about talking stood up and armed themselves with weapons. Naoki put up his hands, signalling for them to stop "Gar, gar...I be mermen, gar!" Naoki said, trying to sound more like a mermen, problem being he was an artist, not an actor. All of the mermen looked confused by Naoki's appearence, he tried to put this to rest by saying that he was an eel mermen, which made them look even more confused, they even asked their own eel mermen if he looked like one. It was amazing, but he said that Naoki did look like his Uncle Kim. Naoki sighed, he had gotten away with it.

"You idiots! This is obviously no mermen!" Kuroobi shouted out, charging at Naoki with his fists ablazing. "Crap!" Naoki shouted out, he had been found out, this must have been one of the smarter fishmen. Naoki had felt punches before, he was sure that he could take this punch aswell. He was wrong, the punch sent Naoki flying backwards into a wall, breaking through that wall and sending Naoki a few more feet. He stared up at Kuroobi with his fist still in the punching motion. "The hell was that?" Naoki asked, climbing through the hole in the wall. "My hundred brick fist! You are not dead, wonderful" Kuroobi said, running again towards Naoki who had just recovered.

"What?!" Naoki said, he saw Kuroobi running towards him again. He ripped off the palm leaves attached to his hands and he too started running towards his opponent. He attempted to analyse the punch's power, he knew that if he attempted it, there wouldn't be the same effect due to him being human, but he had the rest of it down. He stopped running, digging his foot into the ground, he threw a left jab at Kuroobi's chest. It connected and he moved the mermen back a few inches, there was a look of bewilderment on Kuroobi's face as he realised that the human had copied his attack.

Naoki smiled as he saw the shock that another human was able to injure him somewhat, it was short lived however as he dodged another hundred brick fist. He looked up at Kuroobi from the crouched position he had adopted to dodge the attack, he saw Kuroobi's eyes veining, he was in a berserk mode, this being when a mermen finally snaps and goes crazy. Naoki hopped backwards a few steps as it started to become too intense to stay at a close range. "Alright then, lets get serious!" Naoki said, pulling his claws out from his bag he adopted a low battle stance, his arms hanging low. He was about to attack when he saw a shadow move out from behind Kuroobi, he slapped his hand on Kuroobi's shoulder and pushed him backwards.

"Step back Kuroobi, I'll finish him off" he said, Kuroobi followed his Captain's orders and moved backwards to be with the rest of the mermen. Naoki knew that face, the sword that he held, he was about to face up against Arlong, the one who was defeated by Monkey D. Luffy all those years ago. Naoki had to take this even more seriously than usual. "Ah good, finally someone worth a challenge, don't disappoint me Arlong!" Naoki said, running up to him he swiped his claws at Arlong's chest, he doubted they would do any damage though.
2/6 - Shark and Awe
"But how can someone with so little time left be disappointed?" Arlong said, as he saw Naoki swipe his claws at him he swung his sword out to the left, bringing it in to attack Naoki as he got close enough. Naoki was sent flying behind Arlong as he became trapped between the saw blades. As he got up again he saw Arlong flying towards him like a missile, he jumped out of the way to see Arlong fly into the ruin wall, breaking through it and creating a cloud of dust. Naoki didn't have time to breath as he Arlong once again performed the Shark and Awe technique, cutting through the cloud of dust with another suprise attack.

Naoki didn't know what he could do to defend himself, he only knew how to run, thats what he did. He used a quick Stealth Walk and appeared a few metre's in the air, then came falling down to the ground, smashing into Arlong just at the right moment. Naoki was amazed by the immense stroke of luck that had occured. He jumped off Arlongs back and hopped back, making sure not to jump into the mass of mermen pirates who belonged in Arlong's crew. That would have been a foolish move on Naoki's part.

It wasn't long until Arlong was getting up from his hole in the ground, Naoki wouldn't let him get ready to attack again, he ran towards Arlong with his claws dragging along the ground, he swung them upwards into Arlong's face, this would have knocked any normal man onto his back, it didn't with normal mermen, let alone Arlong. It merely shocked him and caused him a cut or two, Naoki was soon thrown back by Arlong's fist, yet again falling through a wall. He pulled himself out of the rubble coughing and spluttering, Naoki was impressed with how he was faring against Arlong, it started to make him wonder if he needed to escape all the time.

Naoki looked over at Arlong who was now back on his two webbed feet, he had that same Berserk look in his eyes as Kuroobi did. It was not a good sign, Naoki had to escape this as soon as possible, he didn't care if it made him seem a coward, he wasn't strong enough yet to defeat a berserk mermen. But he couldn't leave through the entrance, he would lead them to Commi Village, he couldn't leave his problems with the townfolk. He remembered the technique Arlong used to make him like a missile, Naoki saw a rock close by and stepped on it, he pushed off and went flying into the crowd of mermen, like a missile, he then used a stealth walk to appear directy above the mermen who he then used their heads to run across and into the forests behind them. With that, he left Commi Village and left for the next island.

Shō arrived to Arlongs Island, he didn't feel like having pointless conflict with the infamous mermen so he decided to stay close to shore so he wouldn't be spotted by any of Arlongs men. Shō heard stories about this island, it was said a woman in the Straw hat pirates that went by the name of Nami once lived here. Monkey D. Luffy defeated Arlong and freed his navigator from the clutches of Arlong. It was quite the heroic story that Shō never got bored of, even if someone had told him already he was willing to hear the story again. NOAHHH!!! YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND!!!" Shō quickly drew his revolver shooting it up above him, he was still having images of and even nightmares about that poisonman, Lazy Eyes.

Shō than came back to reality, he had an idea of a new technique he wanted to create but didn't know if he had what it took to create it. He had to try, if he was able to learn this new created technique it would definitely be awesome for him. Shō looked around shore seeing only the blue ocean around him in the distance, hes been a pirate for a while now. It hasn't been that long but for his bounty its a bit surprising how long hes been a pirate, he could still remember when he didn't have a Devil Fruit. Those days were so hard to live through, now that he had enough strength to protect himself he was a lot more confident in being a pirate. Things weren't as scary, he couldn't get himself in bad situations since it was very difficult for others to even hit him. It was time to get into training mode and learn this technique.

The technique Shō created went by the name of Curve Shot. With the flick of the wrist the user is able to curve a bullet, the bullet can be guided around an object to attack the enemy at their blind spot. With much practice if mastered the bullet can curve a long distance around an area to attack the opponent right behind them, this depends which direction the bullet is curved. He planned everything out and knew what he had to do, the basis for the technique was to learn the wrist action, once he got the hang of twisting his wrist when firing MoonDoggie he could definitely learn this technique. It wasn't that hard to accomplish, especially not for a sharpshooter like Shō. "Okay once I get the hang of twisting my wrist at the right timing I could than learn this technique, it's going to be difficult for me but with a lot of practice and a little determination I'm sure it can be done. I will make the impossible possible! I promise!" He than cocked the hammer back on the revolver, directing the gun towards a tree that was at the right side in front of him.

Shō fired his gun with 1 Shells, the bullets were slightly curved from his first attempts at using the technique but it was no good. He wasn't curving the bullet good enough for the technique to be a threat to anyone he was fighting, he had to cross that line. The line that would finally tell him when he learned the technique to be efficiently used against any target with good precision of the shot. Shō was begginning to realize this technique was possible to use, he it least knew he was capable of curving the bullet. This meant that Shō just needed to get the hang of using the curve shot, once he was able to curve his wrist he would be able to curve a bullet. The young man in red was really determined, each shot he made at using the Curve shot was starting to get better. He was making amazing progress with using the technique, his last shot curved the bullet around the tree to hit a bird that was in one of the branches within the same tree.

"....Technique learned." Shō than packed his weapons back into the Lone Man Boat, that included his Burn Bazooka and Rifle than jumped back within the boat. He pushed off the shore than began to direct himself back to the town, he didn't want to leave East Blue just yet but he definitely wanted to continue training. He was starting to get stronger each technique he learned, he was nothing like he was before. Shō use to be a weak kid that couldn't do anything but shout about how one day he would be the greatest shooter ever, now he was making his dream his reality. Shō had become quite the shooter, he had no crew as of now but he definitely was capable of being in one. He was stronger than the majority of pirates that crossed his path, there were legendary pirates of course he stood no chance against but as of now he was truly making a name for himself.

Rake had been sailing for some time now and was quite happy to be able to find an island and begun to sail to it. He really needed an navigator but even the Forte pirates needed one as well last he checked. Maybe his captain had recruited a navigator to join their crew. That would be so good for then they wouldn't have to guess where to go. In the sea of the grandline it was all so very easy because of the fact then you just followed the log-pose that everyone needed to posses.
Shark and Awe 1-6
What seemed to be up ahead was something resembling a a port, so Rake headed there. It seemed at first sight, far away that was, to be a good looking port but with a strange structure. The closer one came the clearer it was that this place had been severely damaged in time but even though it hadn't happened so long ago. Yet how could Rake know? He was no architect or archaeologist for that matter. He was just guessing but he could see a motion or several people moving around.
Shark and Awe 2-6
Soon Rake's boat hit the ground and he jumped to land and kept his boat tied down. He would hate to buy a new ship later on just because that he forgot to tie it down to a pole and let it float away with the streams of the sea. Well now he looked around the area and noticed that it was all mermen around. They seemed to be the inhabitants of this place. So they probably knew what had happened around here. Yet it didn't feel as if he was truly welcomed here.

Well not that Rake would care about such things. He went where he wanted and did what he wanted. Nothing would ever change that and no one ever could. Rake looked around and noticed a man who seemed to be the leader of this sorry bunch but on his way there he turned to one of the mermem and asked what had happened. He was told to mind his own business and that was annoying to Rake who tossed the man away. Weaklings it seemed like they where.
Shark and Awe 4-6
Did they not know who he was? He who was so much more then life when it came to swordsmanship. He who was a member of the Forte pirates. When he asked one answered but Rake would have no time to discuss that for the big blue sharkman seemed to jump into the water and had started to swim. Also to note was that the fish had quite a great speed and was going straight towards Rake. As a rocket Arlong tried to spear Rake who dodged by turning into fire.
Shark and Awe 5-6
Yet what this merman did wrong was shortly after as Arlong did the same move twice. Then Rake knew exactly what to do and waited for the opportune moment to strike. As Arlong came at him then Rake dodged the attack and did the very same move. Sending the big fish away. With this he sighed and left this sorry place. He took his boat to sea and turned away which was good. For if not then he migth have been pulled into the sea. Arlong attacked him again and Rake hit him with the b*****d sword and sent Arlong to swim back in defeat.
