Laffitie stood up, and said," Ok stand straight." Jesbero stood strength, and then Laffitie said," Run in place for as long as you can." Laffitie and Jesbero then ran in place for as long as possible. Jesbero began panting for air before Laffitie, but because his eyes were closed Jesbero believed that Laffitie wasn't even running at all. Laffities sighed ,and said," Seriously you ran making one to much noise, and you were breathing. Now even if you get tired out you need to breath silently." Jesbero didn't get what he was saying, but he knew this wouldn't be fun.

Laffitie waited a few minutes so Jesbero could get his breath back, and they tried running in place again and again. Sadly not even after the fifth time did it change anything. Laffitie then gave Jesbero his clogs and said," Put these on." Jesbero put on Laffitie's clogs, and was told to run in place again, but even though he did his steps just became louder. Laffitie then told Jesbero," Seriously that is your problem. You have no rhythm." Jesbero said," Rhythm?" Laffitie nodded, and said," You know like dancing. Well your feet have to be in sync or else you will never silence your steps." Jesbero understood, but sadly he believed that this would be a lot harder then he thought.

Laffitie then took the spare cane he had in his bag, and his spare clogs and he said," Ok lets do this." Putting his spare clogs on and giving Jesbero his spare cane Laffitie said," Now mimic my movements." Jesbero watched Laffitie's movements, and he said," Wow this seems super easy I mean all I need to do is dance, and I'll learn how to silence my movements." Jesbero got way to excited, and really believed that the dancing would be easy, but what he was in for wasn't anything easy.

Jesbero stood next to Laffitie and then he said," Ok I'm ready." Jesbero and Laffitie in the middle of the town began to dance in clogs without making a lot of noise except Jesbero was the loudest person in the town with the clogs on. Laffitie was cheered on for his skills while Jesbero was booed off stage, so to say. Jesbero then began to step his game up, and his steps began to get softer and softer, but still they could be heard. Jesbero then silenced the clogs, but Laffitie then said," Ok put on your normal shoes and do it." Jesbero didn't know what difference this would make, but maybe the clogs are the only shoes you can do the technique in.

Jesbero put his normal boots on, and he then performed Advanced soft step with so much grace, and skills it was like he was a gust of wind. Swift and silent just like Laffitie. Jesbero then used his skills to follow Laffitie to Jesus's gym. Walking in he saw a ring with two punching bags in the center. Jesbero didn't want to know what the punching bags were for, but he also saw two huge, and thick logs behind the bags, but still Jesbero was puzzled, scared, and non optimistic at once which wasn't good, nope not good at all.

Jesbero walked up to the ring, and he asked," What is this about?" Jesus then said,"I have kicks that can destroy trees, and punches that can throw a human being into a wall." Jesbero nodded, and he then said," Ok and how do I learn from this." Jesus then performed a Dynamic punch to the punching bag in front of him throwing it into the wall and then performed a Megaton kick to the thick log, and shattered it with no problem. Jesbero then thought," Oh s**t this looks a lot harder then dancing." Jesus then said," First off though you must warm up."

Jesbero then was told to put on ankle, wrist, and chest weights which all weighed at least twenty to twenty five pounds each. Jesbero was told to do push ups, but thankfully the weights were so much on his body that he was already on the ground. Jesbero tried to lift the extra weight, but it was way to much and he just collapsed. Jesus laughed, and said," Seriously is that all got I mean three push ups and you collapse." Jesbero said," If you wanted more then you dumbass shouldn't of made me lift these." Lifting his body up once more his arms gave out and went numb. Jesbero felt like he was weak with the weights on, but he knew they were of some use.

Jesbero felt horrible as the pain from his legs, chest, and arms was overwhelming. It was like his spirit was sucked out from the warm ups it was just to much for his body to bare. Jesus said," Wow Laffitie I mean even your slim self could lift that." Laffitie said," Oh yes even I could do that with eas." Jesbero then was compared to be weaker then Laffitie, and his arms then pushed themselves up, and Jesbero kept pushing and pushing until he had realized what he was doing. Jesbero then jumped up with the weights on and they all fell off of him and to the ground. Though when he saw Laffitie had simply cut them off with his pocket knife. Jesus laughed ,and said," You thought those weights were for building muscle or god no."

Jesus stated," The weights were to ruin your spirt you know make you feel horrible, and then by taunting you your emotions would push you body to its limits. This is how the Dynamic punch works, and same with the Megaton kick." Jesbero then stood in front of the punching bag, and then punched it with all his strength. Doing this though made it move half a inch. This was no where near where Jesus had tossed it ten meters into the wall. Jesbero lost all hope in completing this task.

Jesus then said," You can punch it harder come on. Your body will mentally push the physical to its extreme limits, so come on." Jesus was right, but Jesbero had a better plan. Jesbero took his Violet stance, and then performed echoing fist hitting the bag twenty times, and moved it a foot. Laffitie said," Idiot you took to many punches." Jesbero though no one could see his Echoing punch, but he then was told," Any pirate who is as experiences as me could see straight through your technique." Jesbero had a smug look on his face now knowing his move wasn't as full proof as he thought.

Jesbero was staring down the punching bag, and he glared at it before calmly closing his eyes. Jesbero put his mind at eas, and then just simply thought," Your fist have the strength of a giant, and the bag is as light as a feather." Jesbero in one swift punch hit the bag with a Dynamic Punch. This caused the bag to be sent flying into the wall. Jesbero freaked out and jumped for joy, but now there was a log that needed to be kicked down.

Jesbero smiled, and then said," Ok so what to do with the log?" Jesus wrapped two ropes around Jesbero's ankles, and then gave them a quick tug and threw him to the ground. Jesus then said," If you can't resist my tug and pull your leg to your shoulder then you will not be able to break this log." Jesbero felt like this was torture almost, but the heavy weighted push-ups did help, so maybe this would as well. Jesbero had no choice, but to let him tug on him.

Jesbero got up onto his feet, and Laffitie said," Ok in three...two....one." Jesbero threw his leg up as high as he could, but Jesus pulled it as far as he could behind him. Jesbero kept trying and trying, but it felt like he was just going to end up snapping his leg off. Trying and trying he failed and failed Jesbero saw this challenge as impossible when the man who is one of the toughest pirates is yanking at your leg which makes it feel like you have no chance in hell. Jesbero had no trust in his own physical body, and neither did he have trust in Jesus's training.

Jesus watched Jesbero try over and over, and as he kept failing he felt like his physical body wasn't being pushed hard enough, and he said," Hold up a second." Jesus then signaled Laffitie to get the ankle weights, and Jesbero stood and let Laffitie put the ankle weights around him, and he said," Try again now." Jesbero lifted his foot up two inches before he fell to the ground thanks to Jesus's tug. Jesbero's body was pushed to far, and his mental body wasn't in great condition either. Jesus laughed as Jesbero kept failing, and Jesbero then just said," This is enough." Jesbero then tried one last time.....

Jesbero had pulled so hard that even though Jesus tugged the rope he threw him to the ground, and lifted his leg and with so much force he performed a spin kick. Jesbero then landed on both feet, and he removed the weights, and said," That is it I'm going to demolish this tree, and not only was the training useless, but all I am doing is hurting it to give myself strength." Jesus laughed, and said," Isn't that a battle I mean when we fought I saw that the more I hit you the stronger you became." Laffitie nodded in agreement, and Jesus said," That is the will of a pirate to never give up, because to give up is to lose that will."
