She folded the map and gripped back on to her bike's handle bars.
"You can ride on the pegs"
She tapped her foot on the pegs connected to the back wheel.

Ree aligned the bike. She kept her hand on on of the handle bars so it wouldn't tip over.
"Get on the bike, push off, and petal. Come on, third times the charm! I'll hold on the handle so you won't tip over"

He slowly, tried to get on the bike and this time actually did it.
"Well, I'll be damned."
He scratched the back of his head again.
He didn't want to push off though, a danger light flashed in his brain.
"Don't we need helmets or something?"

Ree started running with the bike, pulling it.

She had a tight grip, and was pretty speedy.
