*Kobbeh carefully began to move across the roof tops, her eyes falling upon each of the hybrids, her smile becoming more twisted. She would wait for the gaurds to come, to see traces of these hybrids and attack them thinking they were the ones responsible. And in the confusion, she would have her fun. She stopped a few houses down from the one she was origonally perched upon, several of the faceless dark followers following her like an ominious shadow. The snow continued to lightly fall, the night still and quiet. The sent of blood from the few humans who had already fallen victim had stained the once clean sent of the air.*

Apoc quickly devoured the last bits of flesh he could pick off the girl's bones before following after Kobbeh. Blood stained his once white muzzle, adding to the odd red markings scattered across his fur. With a slight hiss the Tigon passed a few of the other followers and made his way back towards the front, where he felt he belonged. He'd fight his way to the very top of this little group one day... The only one he felt worthy of being above him was Kobbeh herself.
A rather twisted grin formed on the hybrid's maw as he once more found himself near the front of the pack. Red flickering eyes looked down on the streets below, he too wishing more people would show up. Hell it'd make the night more interesting, that's for sure.

Tasaaki whimpered quietly. "What's wrong, Corann? I don't understand!!" She momentarily panicked as she saw Kobbeh's eyes flash at her for a second, then move on to look at another hybrid. "Oh no... Hisoka!!" Her little [unblood-related] brother might be in danger... Shivering from fear, she nodded at Corann. "Please... be all right," she whispered, then jumped onto the balcony she'd occupied earlier, searching for her light fur-colored brother. "Hisoka!! Let's go before things get really bad...!!!"
Hisoka heard a soft thud, then Tasaaki's voice. "C-Coming," he called, his voice stammering out a reply. He felt Tsuzuki's tiny claws cling tightly to his back as he crept out to meet his sister. "Ta-Tas... I'm scared..." he whispered.
She beckoned to him. "C'mon, 'Soka! We have to go meet Ciara and Danny!!" She pointed to the ticorns and tigon in a small group a little ways away. "Let's go!" She jumped off the balcony, moving quickly. Luckily for her and Hisoka, they were used to the snow due to where they were born and were able to manuveur themselves quickly to the other hybrids' side. "Danny!!" Tasaaki cried out, her voice showing her fear.

She obediantly followed Polaris' lead as he gave her the aids to move from side to side. hearing Tasaaki's vioce filled with fear she wondered if another attack had accured. She peeked behind her to get a quick glance of the scene. Tasaaki and a blonde-ish foxen were running over to Daniel and Tunilio. She kept her head forward and padded on quietly, much like a canine when they know they've done something wrong. She stared up at Polaris thinking of an answer to his question she came up with one thing, "I sorry, again." She kept her head down avoiding those blue eyes.
Light smile across his maw he watched as Danny scrambled to see what creature was taking shape about him. He inclined his restrained head slightly to acknowledge the manners of the small tinix.Responding to the young question he tilted his head over to the large gathering of humans and the bloody mess, "There was a murder. You know the great Kobbeh, Leader of the dark house, do you not?She was the one responsible. She killed the guard of the pub for her own meat." He shook his heavy skull at the ground, "Disgusting...Ciara, promise me you'll never end up like that." He looked into her eyes, ears drooping slightly. His head finally free, he shook his great purple mane and cracking his neck to rid himself of the stiffness being in that position. he spoke, the bit in his mout clanking a bit with his fangs, "Thank you." he bumped head with her to show his gratitude.
Danny felt the presence of another somewhere around his person and lifted his paws to look beneth his form, though it was too late. He watched as Ciara flew to the post, such grace and talent is something he admired about the flying breeds. Keeping his bright green eyes on her watched as she nimbly untied them both, something he could never do due to the size of his paws. He kept quiet as Tunilio and Ciara conversated, but the disturbance came when he heard someone scream his dubbance. He looked around ears, pricked and eyes wide, "Nim?" he called. Though a black pelt did come into view it wasn't that of a ticorn, "Tasaaki! Whats wrong? Are you hurt? Hisoka? You okay?!" his warm vioce was suddenly filled with urgency as the two young foxens made their way over.

The little boy was hardly a meal for the large tigon, but utterly satisfactory. In less than a minuite, there was nothing but bones and small scraps of flesh left. The toy, (Presumably a wooden boat)now dyed read with it's late owner's blood, fell off the roof, anto a small clump of red snow, where blood was still dripping from the roof. Only after this, did Kirit wonder about the human's reaction to all this. You can't just go killing them without expeting them to try and defend themselves. the town guards would be here any second. Let them come, he thought to himself,Let them die.

Stella watched high up above the group of dark tigons, large body perched in a tall tree. Her sapphire orbs stared down on the group with both disgust and curiosity. What was this group doing there on this cold night? This town was mainly occupied by humans and although hybrids often visited to enjoy the foreign scenery, they did not often make their presense known. Unfolding her wings, she stretched them out, preparing for her flight back to the ground. She would need to speak to Maion about this matter. Surely something wicked was going on and the light house would have to discuss it. Not a friend or an enemy of the humans, Stella was surprised that this situation had bothered her so much. She thought back to the expression both Kobbeh and Apoc wore as they awaited the arrival of more humans. It was not only hunger that drove them to kill, but they seemed to enjoy the thrill of death.
Layla walked alongside Feoren, already feeling quite a bit more relieved. It had taken so much off of her to only see him coming in her direction. Being alone with her mate and walking through the snow eased her nerves nearly completely. With a smile, she nuzzled him affectionately, but in the back of her mind, she was wondering what was going on. Although the pink ticorn often distanced herself from her family, she worried something might happen to them. For once, she somewhat wished that she had stayed, or at least spoken to them before her departure.
Corann turned his head from the foxen and looked up to Kobbeh with the same interest. She had begun to leave and he would need to follow her on the ground before he could speak of joining. Before he began off, he heard the well wishes that the female had offered him. Okay, he thought to himself, It has been quite too long since I have been okay... As Corann walked down the path of buildings Kobbeh made her way above, he felt a tinge of pain and guilt soar through his body. When will this uncertainty leave me? My loyalty is no longer with you, dear brother... his inner voice seemed to still be attempting to change his mind, but this time it seemed Corann was determined.
Although Polaris seemed much better than the others, the entire scene was playing repeatedly in his mind. This season went nothing as he had imagined it would. The holidays were often a time of celebration and happiness between the hybrids. An urge to look back towards his brother ran over him, but he faught, knowing what he would see. Corann had always wandered to and from the dark house and although Polaris hoped the neutral territory might settle his rough nature, it did not seem to truly win him over. His loyalty was plain and there was nothing the other tigon could do to change his mind. As Obsidia spoke, Polaris nearly missed what she had said. Her voice was delicate and between his thoughts he only caught the 'sorry'. "Have you anything to apologise for?" He asked, attention returned to her, "No event that took place this night was of your fault, Obsidia." His expression was kind and his tone was gentle, it seemed this male had quite a way with words.
Ciara's eyes widened as the large ticorn spoke to her. She was shocked that Kobbeh would act out so loudly, her actions already affecting so many of the other hybrids. Could her actions not harm the others as well? Surely there would be chaos within the town in merely a few hours! Which hybrids would seem to be the culprits? Those remaining close or those leaving the scene, frightened? Looking out towards where both Layla and Polaris had left to, she frowned. Her eyes had already begun watering and she could not hold back her emotions. If any harm came to her siblings, she would fight the dark house leader herself! With her wings outstretched and a few feathers flying out with her anger, she finally responded, "I could never end up like that, Tunilio! My respect is not with any house, but with my friends and those I care dearly for..." Cut short from her conversation with the lighter ticorn, she turned her gaze towards the approaching foxen. She had seen them before, but did not remember their names. Surely they were upset about the present going ons!

Gasping as she reached Danny, Tunilio, and Ciara, the dark-furred foxen shook her head, more to clear the scene that she'd seen before. "Da-Danny..." she whispered, "I... I don't like it here. I don't like what... what Kobbeh is doing. But I..." she looked down, and then at her brother, who was cringing behind her. "I..." She shuddered, realizing what Kobbeh was up to. "Kobbeh's killing might attract the other humans... I don't... this is..." She realized she was also stuttering. She had killed before, but it was always for food, and even then she usually let her instincts take over her so that she wasn't truly there to feel or see the kill.
"..." Hisoka couldn't say a word, he was so frightened. That is, until he saw Ciara. "Ciara?" he asked as loudly as he dared. Although he was slighter bigger than Tasaaki, both he and his sister were still young, and new. Tasaaki looked as shaken as he, though probably a little less, now that she was closer to some of her hybrid friends. He mentally berated himself for acting like a little coward, but he couldn't help it. "I'm scared..." he whispered. He moved so that he was closer to Tasaaki, not for warmth, but for comfort.

Feoren looked back in the direction that Layla kept glancing to, and saw her family, looking just as worried as she was. "Do you want to tell them that we're getting out of the way?" He asked, his eyes meeting Layla's. "This place isn't somewhere that any Hybrid should be; the humans will blame whoever happens to be closest to the carnage, and I have a feeling that the Dark House leader will be the farthest away by the time that happens..." He frowned, taking a moment to shake out his mane. "I am starting to feel that we should leave this place, or at least get out of the town, ne? What do you think?"
K'iamari sighed a bit, trotting past Feoren and Layla so he could be alone. Turning into a small alleyway, the Zondou smiled, settling down in a sort of crouch. His tail swished back and forth behind him, picking up a large amount of snow before he flipped it foreward in a sort of catapult-like motion, throwing the snow on top of him. "Ahhh, that's cold!" He said, louder than he meant to; with a quick shake of his brightly-colored body most of the snow was on the ground again, but some of it had melted already, leaving him a bit damp. "Hm...Sort of like the ocean, just...solid, and cold..." He nodded slowly, lying down completely in the alleyway and waiting for something interesting to happen. Considering all of the killing that had just gone on (and may still be going on), there would be cause to act in just a short time.

She still kept her gaze fixed on the fallen snow below her, "One was," she said quietly, "I shouldn't have put you through this much trouble over me. It's just, i was supposed to meet with the two ticorns back there and I was too scared to move anywhere."Her voice began to brake up as she fought back the urge to cry, "And...I saw...you.." the tears came on anyway, "You...only...one...knew..and..I left..Mars...come here" her warm tears melted the snow as the hit the frozen mounds of Ice. She tried to wipe them away with one of her paws but they only came on faster.
Tunilio beamed at the apparent pride shown in Ciara toward her family. Then something finally clicked in his head, what hybrids are the humans going to come after? The one leaving, the ones still here? Either choice they were now untied and the humans surely will come after the two largest and most likely to commit such a hanus crime, He and Danny. "Ciara, are your siblings near by? And how many of them are there? Tasaaki, Your brother is the only one with you, yes?" He needed to be sure all and everyone was accounted for before he made his way to leave the city.
Danny heart went ten feet under as he watched the two foxens, no one should be that scared and alone. "Its alright," he said as he laid down beside them, "Its almost christmas! And no one should be angry on chistmas." He curled around his body to make a large doughnut shape around them, a large protective mass of hybrid. He threw his shaggy white mane to the opposite side of his neck.

Ciara nodded as Tasaaki spoke, understanding every word despite the stuttering. She had been thinking over what the foxen had been saying and agreed completely. As evil as Kobbeh was, she must have been very intelligent, because in the process she could have easilly gotten the rest of them in trouble as well. Finally resting her wings onto her back, she tried to calm herself a bit. The sky was already darkening and no longer did Ci feel comfortable there. Having visited only to enjoy some company of her friends, she decided that her planned trip was by far not going the way she had planned it. Hearing her name being called, she smiled towards Hisoka. A blush couldn't help but make it's way over her cheeks as she remembered their last horribly embarassing meeting. Stepping forward, she offered a nuzzle in both greeting and comfort, "We should be fine. Our numbers, despite the different houses, are nearly as large if not larger than Kobbeh's followers!" Ciara did not mention that her true fear lied in the humans.
Layla shook her head at his first question, "No... I c-can't go back..." Her voice trembled as she spoke and all of her fur stood on end, once again. The female was in no mental shape to return to the image that had bothered her so tremendously. Keeping forward, she looked towards Feoren and nodded, "I would like to leave this town... is there anywhere we can go nearby?" Sighing softly, Layla felt an incredibly trapped feeling come over her. Why was it that this holiday, the first holiday with her mate was already going so horribly? Keeping close to Feoren, she raised her head to rest near him, listening to his heartbeat quietly.
Polaris paused as the other smaller tigon began speaking. He could sense by how she paused between words that she was not feeling all right, although he understood this the moment he spotted her in the first place. Trying to cut her between her words so she would not put the blame upon herself, he but in suddenly, "Obsidia, you have put no burden on anyone! I feel you are a dear friend to me and I would not leave you to fend for yourself back there. The ticorns are fine..." Though with this he paused. Why didn't he untie them back there? Had he forgotten when he noticed Obsidia in distress? As she cried, he approached her slowly and offered his large head in a warm nuzzle. With the same gesture again, he wiped the tears from her eyes, "No need to cry..."
Ciara heard the urgency in the ticorn's voice and listened carefully. It seemed with each passing moment the hybrids pieced together more of the malicious plot of Kobbehs. Having to deal with such a large group of hybrids was probably bound to be a downfall to her plan, "I have not seen any of my family, although I am sure that they are here..." Looking forward she was shocked to see her brother Corann eyeing Kobbeh. A sudden urge to go to him came over her, but something kept her back. A knot tied inside her stomach as she realised he might soon join the dark house.

Silence now filled the air around the small Tinix kit as he shivered. Thomas lay, curled in a small ball, in a thick bush, sheltered by thorned branches and prickled leaves. One bright blue eye opened as he woke, noticing that Stella's warm and comforting form was no where nearby. he lifted his head quickly, letting out a small meow. He stopped himself halfway through the meow, knowing that he was to stay quiet when Stella was not about. Now alone in the dark, Thomas began to grow a bit jumpy. Stella was gone. But why? She never left during the night. The absense of her softly hummed lullaby's and steady breathing brought the kit to his paws. His wings fluttered as his ears strained to hear the voices of not only Stella, but any of his family. His breathing quickened as he realised he was alone. Sniffing the air and slowly creeping to the edge of the brush he was hidden in, Thomas could hear distant and very faint noises, almost as if they were voices. Stretching his wings and flapping them a few times he now padded into a nearby clearing, ready to find out where his family had gone, and what had been so important to leave him.
With a swift shake of her head the snow that had gathered on her maw tumbled to the ground. Morrigan opened her pink hued eyes as she caught the scent of blood in the air. Nearby was the human's village and it seemed as though that, in fact, was where all this commotion was coming from. Lifting her large, yet slender frame she stretched out her massive wings, shaking the snow that had began to gather on them. The snow crunched under her weight as she stoos, her black and hot pink form clearly visible to any who cared to gaze out into the small nearby meadow. Curiousity seemed to take over the cat in her as she slowly made her way towards the village, head low and eyes and ears at attention.

Tasaaki began to relax as Danny "sheltered" both her and Hisoka. She half-giggled as she watched Danny toss his mane, then shook herself. "Um..." she looked over to Ciara. "Ciara... Corann... You know...?" she whispered. She had a bad feeling that Corann wanted to join the Dark House, especially with the way he was eyeing Kobbeh. "..." Shuddering, she moved her small form closer to Danny, putting her forepaws over her head to try and shut out the awful scene. She dislike humans deeply, for they always found a reason to blame someone else who was innocent before realizing that it just might have been someone else's fault... and then it was too late. Humans were strange, and she didn't like how they just didn't analyze certain situations sometimes.
Half-smiling at Ciara's light blush, Hisoka shook his head, feeling intensely guilty. "I... No, Ci. I'm... I'm all right. My sister's here, and Daniel's watching us... but... the humans... What is Kobbeh really up to?" He shuddered against his sister, but he wondered if it was more Tasaaki shivering from fear than him, because her element was flame, and she shouldn't be cold, and his element was Dark, so he wasn't... too... scared of the Dark House hybrids... really... So he kept trying to convince himself. He was scared witless. Looking at Ciara straight in the eyes, he whispered, "I'm... I'm sorry about our last meeting. I was just... eager to meet someone, and... well, you looked like someone who needed to meet someone too..." He felt his face heat up, and knew that he was now looking away, a bright, red blush upon his face.

The night was unfolding well. He had a meal, and the other hybrids were still standing on the ground like idiots, bound to be blamed, and attacked, for what he, Kobbeh, and her other followers had done. Blood was still dripping from the roof, leaving a wet patch of red ground. Kirit slinked back, to the far side of the rooftop, away from the street.

"Sure, Layla, sure...." Feoren said, trying to make his voice sound reassuring, although he was quite scared himself. "We can go out in the forest, sit under a nice tree and keep each other warm, ne?" He smiled softly, nuzzling his mate gently. "Everything will be alright..."
K'iamari's ears perked up as he heard Feoren and Layla approach. He nodded slowly, stepping out from the alleyway. Leaving would be a good idea; he would follow the couple and make sure nothing happened to them, as best he could.

*what was left of the quiet night was quickly shattered. The rest of the Gaurd and several men from the village had hurried to the street infront of the pub. News of the murder spread quickly. Forms of hybrids could be seen by the men in the dimly lit street, hybrid foot prints littered the area and offered a clear idea as to where those who left where hiding. One of the gaurds drew out his sword and spoke to the others in his booming voice* "This is a large attack! Keep up your gaurd and slay every one of those hell beasts you see!" *no sooner had he finished then the men began to fliter rapidly out. Some followed the foot prints left in the snow, others charged towards the moving shadows still out in the open.*
*kobbeh smiled with evident satisfaction. She knew that she, at lest, was safe. If her followers were stupid enough to leave enough evidence to be found then they should be killed. She slowly glanced back to where she had left her kill, her ears perking lightly as she watched the blood run onto the street. She had left a clue, and with a soft growl she kept moving along the rooftops, silent as a shadow. She would wait for just the right moment to attack*
