Down in the mess hall, the chefs had prepared roast beef, duck and many side dished. the men all gathered round and ate happily. Jack stood up from his chair and taped his wine glass. "I would like to give a toast to our new crew member!" Jack said happily pointing to Bavie, who was next to him. All the men cheered and toasted to Bavie.

Bavira blinked, surprised. He's making me a crew member!? All the same, he gave a courteous smile.

all the men drank and ate, their voices filling the mess hall. Finally late at night everyone went to bed, either drunk or slightly drunk. "So how do you like the pirate life?" Jack asked smiling.

"It's...interesting, to say the least." Bavira said, yawning. "Aside from the stealing...it's not bad at all." He smiled. "Thank you."

"You're welcome. Now follow me down to the sleeping quarters." Jack said and went down. He show bavie a bunk under his and then climbed up to his and got under his covers.

Bavira looked at the bunk for a moment. Pirates sleep in these things? After cautiously testing out the cloth, he climbed in, only to fall out the other side. "~~~." He frowned, rubbing his head where he hit it, his cheeks slightly red. I...better not do that again. He was successful the second time around. He then settled down to sleep.

Jack snickered lightly and turned over to view his mates. A couple of men were snuggled together, asleep apparently together. Jack yawned happily and fell asleep.

{I've watched a video once where someone fell out of a hammock. They hit their head hard into the wall. XC}
Bavira woke up the next morning to the sound of everyone moving about. He sat up and looked around confused.

Jack then jumped down from his bunk. "Morning Bavie!" Jack said as he yawned lightly.

Startled, Bavira gave a short yelp and felt out of his bunk, backwards, and ended up hitting his head. Again. "... ..." After righting himself, he gave Jack a look that said: It hurts a lot but I'm not saying a woord because I'm too mad. "I. Don't. Like. Surprises."

Jack laughed lightly as he looked at Bavie. "come on! I never meant it! be happy!" Jack said as he went to pet Bavie on the back.

Bavira sighed and stood up. He then put a hand on the slight bump on his head. He sighed again. "Well...I'll get used to this eventually."
