Did you even read the rules and regulations? It clearly tells you how you join a dorm... but, what the heck, I'll tell you. (:
First, search the dorms for an open spot. If you find a spot that you'd like to take, PM a mod telling us your character's name and what dorm you chose.

Hey, just a quick question: do we have to have our characters approved, or the like before we can rp? i've been in a couple like that, and i don't wanna break the rules by posting right away xp

(Dorm takes way longer to be assigned)
