"I vote for Aidan and Nadia. I keep a mental list of palindromic names on hand just for times like this~"
Grim's composure returned as he stated something that even Kewnew didn't quite fully comprehend.
"Good enough~"
Kewnew accepted the Ghost type's names which were presented to him none-the-less. Not having any ideas of her own and Rico's having sucked just the slightest, she wasn't about to complain to anything that was suggested.
"A-aidan?"
The male twin repeated his name after it first hit his ears, head tilting to the side as he struggled to get the pronunciation down. Meanwhile the newly deemed Nadia kept her hold on 'daddy'; now eying the Charmeleon up cautiously and pondering why he looked nothing like her.

 Rico"Sounds nice to me," Rico said in reply to the names.
It was a lot better than Kids One and Two.
Looking down at the Riolu, he smiled a little.
She really was really cute.
"So, uh... What should I do?" He asked Kewnew, pointing to little Nadia.

With a token toothy glare, Grim approached the still seated twin, nearly scaring poor Aidan half to death. The Riolu quickly bolting from his position and racing over to Kewnew who greeted him with a surprisingly maternal disposition.
"You just gotta' show them that they're safe I guess."
Kewnew shrugged, though she too was new to this, simple instinct guided her as she lifted up the slightly larger than norm Riolu off of his feet and into her arms. She tried her best to explain the sudden onset of natural guidance her body had to handle these situations, but it seemed that words just gave her maternal instinct absolutely no justice. Aidan, within the Grovyle's grasp, settled down quite a bit. His eyes fighting to keep open as he rested his head atop her shoulder.

RicoRico hesitated before nodding nervously and looking down at the cute little Riolu that was still clinging to him.
"C'mere, mija," He said softly.
The Charmeleon bent down and put his hand under Nadia's armpits, lifting her up and holding her like Kewnew did.
She was very light, of course, so holding her was no problem.

"I don't think I can exactly do anything for the rest of the night; sorry that you wasted the trip..."
Kewnew apologized to the Charmeleon next to her. He most likely shown up at her door expecting a nice night out with just the two of them, and that ended up practically the opposite of what he had received now. The Riolu in her arms had fallen asleep by this point, he maintaining his state easily without disruption despite the clamor of the room. Nadia however was a tad more rowdy still, curiosity getting the best of her as she reached up from her cradled position and began tugging on Rico's horned extension from the back of his head.

RicoRico winced a little as his head was pulled back a little, but he didn't really seemed to mind.
"I-It's fine. Besides, you probably need all the help you can get with these two," He said with a wincing and a chuckle.
"By the way, I brought something for you. It's on the floor by the door," The Charmeleon then added, gesturing as best he could to the little pink flower he had dropped.

Just as the forgotten gift was pointed out, Nadia was quicker to react than the weighed down Kewnew. The small Riolu squirming from her captor's arms before racing to the floored flower. She understood the part where it was in fact a gift for her Grovyle parent, but the concept that such items of beauty were fairly fragile kinda' escaped her a bit. Roughly picking up the flower and racing back to Kewnew with arms flailing, Nadia gladly presented the now bent and tattered item to her.
"Thanks."
The Grovyle couldn't help but chuckle out as she cautiously bent down to accept the gift, sure not to drop her precious cargo in the process. Though the beauty was lost out of the flower, at least the thoughtfulness behind it all remained.
"From the looks of it these two may be a handful for awhile..."
She noted after the show was over. Nadia having escaped from the scene of the crime to hunt down Grim who seemed to have departed without notice to avoid the burdening children. At least there hopefully wasn't too much danger the little Riolu could get into inside their abode alone.

Rico"No problem," Rico replied with a little smile.
The two Riolu looked like they'd certainly be a handful for the next while.
"Y'want me to help? I can come during the day to take care of them with you. Or for you, it doesn't really matter..."
Although he'd rather have some bonding time with the Grovyle while watching the two little balls of fluffy love.

"You sure...? I mean I'm fine with this killing my entire social life for awhile but I don't want to put you through the same hell.
Kewnew explained with a shrug. Sure, she would kill to spend all that time with Rico but not under these circumstances.
"Either way, with any luck I can get them both down for the night soon.."
She continued to speak as she walked toward the nearest couch, scraping away the eggshells that still remained there before placing down Aidan. From the looks of it, for the time being that area would just have to suffice as their crib.

RicoRico gave a little smile and moved forward to where Kewnew stood.
After she placed the baby on the couch, he lightly took her hand in his.
"There's no way I'm letting you stay cooped up in here without me, alright?~" He said softly.
The Charmeleon wished Kewnew had hair, cuz' then he could have brushed it over her ear, which she also didn't have.
Everybody knows that brushing someone's hair over their ear is the cutest, most romantic thing one could ever do.
Oh well, it seemed that kissing her on the cheek would have to suffice.
So that's exactly what he did.

Kewnew blushed as she was kissed, this moment of pure bliss having the opportunity to move forward but suddenly the mood was quickly killed.
"Daddy! Look what I found!"
A familiar voice appeared along with the figure of a tiny Riolu; accomplishment apparent in her light voice. Behind her seemed to be a lone Flareon, dragging by it's tail as she walked along with him in her grasp. It was quite alarming how easily she could carry the much larger Pokemon but what was even more disturbing was the fact that Kyle looked still dead asleep through all of this and oblivious to his abuse.
"Put that back where you found it right now!"
Kewnew scolded, though her voice ended up as a whisper as if she was trying not to wake the Flareon that was being used similar to a teddy bear.

RicoThe Charmeleon raised a hand to his mouth and snickered a little as Nadia came in with her new toy.
"Mija, go put that back. You can play with it later," He said, using a paw to shoo the little Riolu back from whence she came.
"If anything, he'll be a nice fluffy pillow for the girl," He whispered to Kewnew.

Ignoring both the orders directed at her, Nadia dropped her treasure right in place before stretching her arms upward toward the ceiling and letting out an exhausted yawn. It was a shock to all still awake in attendance but it seemed the little ball of energy met her limits. Without hesitation the little Riolu raced to her brother's sleeping figure and curled herself up right against the other warm body without waking him. Within moments she was also out like a light.
"Thank Arceus that's over..."
Kewnew sighed in a whispering tone, fearing she may startle the sleeping twins.
"Shoot me if I ever want any of my own."
She then added impulsively, the statement probably not coming across the greatest to her company.

RicoRico shrugged a little at the order.
"I think that's between you and your mate," He replied.
Yes, the Charmeleon still had his doubts about the relationship.
Unlike some Pokemon, who fell in love and thought they would be in love forever, he tended to be realistic.
Kewnew claimed to not want kids, but he did want kids some day.
"Besides, look at 'em. They're so damn cute," The Charmeleon said with a smile, observing the two little fuzzies.

Kewnew remained ignorant to the Charmeleon's first statement; knowing far too well of the Fire type's doubts in the first place. She was simply more concerned at this point over countering his argument that seemed to be more in favor of having kids in the future. Permitting they were still together of course, settling this argument now would only be for the better.
"But if you think about it it's only a lose lose situation. Sure they're cute now but they're annoying as hell to constantly take care of; and when they grow up and the nuisance in them wanes so does the cuteness."
She explained with a solid point; her voice once again sure to stick at nothing more than a whisper.
