 ~^~ Ally Mirrera ~^~ -Frontier Brain, Battle Arcade- "Pretty sure we have some." Glancing next to her at Landors, she gave the Mud Fish a slight nod...
...which he returned. 'Swamp.' With that, he padded off towards the (rather large) refrigerator near the back of the kitchen, which both Brains could easily see from where they were standing.
"Somehow, Landors knows the contents of my fridge as well as I do."

Lord knows why she loved them so much, but Calvin knew better than to question his Pokemon's quirks - he found it more productive, and most often, more fun, to just accept them and get on with things. ~^~ Ally Mirrera ~^~ -Frontier Brain, Battle Arcade- "It's no problem, Calvin." Ally smiled, lightly waving her hand back-and-forth in a dismissive tone. "So long as Templar doesn't eat himself into a sugar-induced coma, I'm pretty sure he'll be okay."
Moments later, Landors returned from the (large)refrigerator in the Arcade's kitchen. 'Swampert.' Walking on his hind legs - built up from when he was a Marshtomp, walking over muddy terrain -, the Mud Fish held a decently-sized bottle of apple juice in his thick cobalt arms.
"See?" She swung an arm in Landors' direction. "Told you he knew his way around." A wry grin crept across her features.

┏━━━━━━━━━┓ Calvin sent a grateful smile Ally and Landors' way, accepting the apple juice from the Swampert before returning to Templar's side - the Mightyena was surprisingly cooperative, glugging the juice down with gusto, before falling asleep, his tongue no longer the colors of the rainbow. As the Dark-type began to snore, Calvin looked to Ally, an eyebrow quirked in question. "Would it be all right if we left him for a bit, while he sleeps off all the sugar?" He shrugged, looking around for a moment. "You know, I've never been to the Battle Arcade before - never had a reason to. Mind if I have a look around?" ┗━━━━━━━━━┛

~^~ Ally Mirrera ~^~ -Frontier Brain, Battle Arcade- "I don't see why not." Shrugging to herself, Ally glanced down at her Umbreon for a moment. "Keep an eye on 'im, will ya Robbi?"
The Moonlight Pokemon nodded. 'Umbreon.' She padded over to the slumbering Mightyena, intent on keeping an eye on him(as instructed).
"As for lookin' around," she continued. "...Sure."Waving for Calvin to follow, Ally headed towards the main room of her facility; Landors and Ghido joined her(Yusei was still cleaning).

┏━━━━━━━━━┓ Calvin was quick to follow Ally, making sure to be careful of Landors and Ghido - any Pokemon with arm muscles capable of breaking brick and/or unable to get along with its own heads was worth being careful around in Calvin's book. "So how long have you been Arcade Star? I believe that, when I first arrived in Johto a few years ago, someone else was ruling this roost - can't remember their name off by hand, though." ┗━━━━━━━━━┛

~^~ Ally Mirrera ~^~ -Frontier Brain, Battle Arcade- "Dahlia, yeah." She nodded, tucking a few strands of raven-colored hair behind her ear. "I challenged her for the title of Arcade Star after bein' recommended here by Karen, back when she was an Elite Four member." The blue-haired former Elite had spawned Ally's current fascination with Dark-types...which would probably explain why she had four. "It was about three, maybe four years ago when I challenged Dahlia for Arcade Brain...she put up a terrific fight, but I ended up winning in the end."
Landors nodded, in agreement with the words of his master. 'Swampert.' Dahlia's Ludicolo certainly threw him for a loop, that much was for sure.
"I've been thinkin' of brightening up th'place..." Ally tapped her chin in thought. "Or at least make the walls a bit lighter in color..."

┏━━━━━━━━━┓ "Well, if you need any help painting, Queen, Bishop, Briefs, Winnie and Leon would all be very happy to help you out - Leon in particular loves painting, mainly because some of it inevitably falls on him and everyone can see him." Leon was the name of Calvin's strange but (to the Battle Castle Brain, at least) adorable Kecleon - he often fell asleep cloaked, and had to catch up with his trainer when he woke up and realized everyone else had moved on. ┗━━━━━━━━━┛

~^~ Ally Mirrera ~^~ -Frontier Brain, Battle Arcade- "I'll be sure to keep that in mind," she replied, nodding to both Calvin and Queen(the Duke's Venusaur) in turn. Once she finished nodding, she tossed a decorated PokeBall(orange petal Seal) and Great Ball(green lightning-bolt Seal) into the air.
"Might as well have everyone on me currently out for a while."Shrugging lightly, she watched as the two capsules erupted open with their respective Seal flairs, revealing two more of the raven-haired Brain's pokemon...
...Xander: 'Ba~arooRoo!' He grinned, waving at Calvin with both of his orange clawed hands.
...and Levi. 'Torterra~' He shook his head briskly for a few moments, stomping his two front feet on the ground. He then gave Queen - a fellow Grass-type starter - a respectful nod, always wondering what the Venusaur was like in battle.

┏━━━━━━━━━┓ Calvin waved back at Xander with a genial smile upon his face - he'd always liked Dragonite best of the Dragon Pokemon, finding them to have a grace and amiability that appealed to him. He'd often considered catching one, but it had never seemed like the right time . . . Queen, meanwhile, returned Levi's respectful nod - in her capacity as one of Calvin's frontline team, she'd faced a few Torterra in her time, and found them more than adequate opponents. "Your Pokemon look to be in fine health, and well trained too - can't imagine many challengers get past you." Calvin couldn't really say the same of himself, given Templar was detoxing in the kitchen. ┗━━━━━━━━━┛

~^~ Ally Mirrera ~^~ -Frontier Brain, Battle Arcade- "Actually~." Ally couldn't help but let out a nervous chuckle as she rubbed the back of her head sheepishly. "Landors is easily my most-powerful; people hardly get past him, and he's the last one I send out on my main team."
The Mud Fish puffed out his chest proudly, three-fingered palms on his hips. 'SwampertSwampert^^' Experienced Trainer or not, it wouldn't do an Arcade challenger well to underestimate Landors.

┏━━━━━━━━━┓ Calvin examined Landors a bit more closely, noting the ease with which he moved his sturdily-built body - he'd clearly had a long and illustrious history with Ally. Perhaps the longest? He didn't know where Ally originated from, so couldn't guess what her starter might have been, but the smart money said . . . "He wouldn't happen to have been your starter, would he? Which would mean you're a Hoenn native? Or am I completely wrong?" ┗━━━━━━━━━┛

~^~ Ally Mirrera ~^~ -Frontier Brain, Battle Arcade- "Right on the first part." Smiling softly, Ally scratched Landors on the top of his head, between the two black fins that stood up from it.
A pleased look washed over the Mud Fish's face. 'Swampert^^'
"Wrong on the second, I'm afraid." She chuckled to herself. "You're lookin' at a native of Saffron City in Kanto, Calvin - I traveled to Elm's lab in New Bark to select Landors as my starter." She then felt a slight nudge behind her, which could only be Levi.
A glance over her shoulder proved her to be correct in her assumption. 'Torterra~^^'Lumbering to her side, the Continent Pokemon affectionately nuzzled his raven-haired master.
"Of course I got Levi here from Prof. Oak, once I beat Johto's Elite Four."

┏━━━━━━━━━┓ Calvin snapped his fingers, pointing at Ally with a look of realization on his face. "You're Sabrina's niece, aren't you? I remember someone told me that her niece had a fancy for Dark-types . . . I imagine she must be very proud of you." He was quite impressed - it took a very strong individual to rise up out of such a woman's shadow and become their own person. From what he'd heard, the current Cianwood Gym Leader wasn't quite as lucky . . . ┗━━━━━━━━━┛

Landors nodded. 'Swampert.' His mater's Dark-type pokemon looked up to him, especially Yusei and Ghido.
"Truth be told, that's pretty much why I don't own a single Psychic-type." She chuckled.
