I'm a 3rd year university student with majors in economics & Poli Sci. I also now work at the university P/T when i'm going to school. I enjoy working with alot of the clubs on campus, and divide my time mostley between the students union helpdesk & the environmental club.
In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors. I love to swim, and am working on my lifeguard currently. I love gymnastics, basketball, track, digital artwork, and reading.

Have you had any past experiance with any of Gaia's Ball's or event hosting of any major kind?: i haven't but i hope that will change.
Where do you live?: seattle, WA

If chosen how would you contribute to this room? i'm good at contests, and it seems like you are in need of some(: i can also keep it going by staying active. and just help in general, with funds and such.

I'm vixii, 15 year old, soon to be 16 { ON SEPTEMBER 21ST~ 8DD }. I'm a sohomore in highschool {WOTWOT} and I love to draw and roleplay and be a spazz.

Well, I'm working as a substitute teacher now, though, I'm thinking of going back to school where I'll try for a bachelor in nursing.
I love hiking, skiing, swimming, basically anything athletic besides running.
I love reading fantasy and comics, and playing video games, because I'm so cool. *sarcasm* (My newest obsessions are the Silent Hill games and the Bone comic).
I like throwing on the potter's wheel, even though I'm not that good at it.

Yeah, im really swamped right now.
I was thinking of maybe doing some kind of halloween shop or contest that everyone in our room can participate in chat & help out? That way, we can get to know one another better, and get some more funding for our room. heart

@ vixi-substitute teacher is fun, but unless you make the kids realize you're still the boss, it really sucks.

@ truebliss-that sounds like a great idea. Maybe we could have a charity (heh, heh, get it? ... anyone?) attached where we give away items to the first few people who visit the shop.

I could probably draw some line art if we sell art (I can't color to save my life, though.)
And for ideas, we could give out an item or art for every 10 or so customers/pages. That way we could keep it alive.

Guys, I just wanted to say sorry for the inactivity.
My computer is currently dying and wont turn on.
The few times I've been on, just as now, have been through my iPod Touch.
This isn't bad, but since I don't have my computer to do and type and print homework on I have to do it ALL through my iPod, which is a lot slower. This leaves me with less time for the things I actually want to be doing.
But! Alas, tis not... Something in Old English about how it won't be broken for long. It should be fixed by tomorrow, if not tomorrow, than Saturday. It's being worked on at this VERY MOMENT. mrgreen

@kissme- I know how that is. My laptop broke a while back and I had to use my cellie. It takes FOREVER to load gaia.
@truebliss-I can definitely do sketches and head-shots then. I can't do cluttered avis though. Takes too long.
@vixi- I know I'll be trick-or-treating. smile With my neighbor's kids so it makes it almost acceptable.
And the ideas sound great. Twihards will be mad about no werewolves/vamps, but we don't need them (no offense to anyone who has read the books and liked them). And the scary story contest will be fun.
Another way to raise money could be Booty Grab. I can usually make 30K an hour even when I'm doing other stuff on the site. (wow, this post is long...)
