Up in the sky there was a shimmer and a flutter of color, a shifting of hues that was rarely seen save for the moments after a storm. A shriek split the peaceful air of the area around the stream, shattering any illusion of tranquility that might have built up.
Beady black eyes scanned the ground as a shadow swept across the river and the surrounding soil and boulders. A small bird was fluttering in the wind above where the woman was resting on her back, floating as if without a care. The dark shadow above the river suddenly veered off to the side, and the shimmer of rainbow that was streaking through the air impacted the bird.
There was a small cry of alarm, then silence. Feathers drifted downwards towards the girl, one resting on her nose. The creature that had plucked the unfortunate bird from the air was now resting a dozen yards away from the woman, the corpse of the bird held in one taloned hand as the prehensile neck twisted around. The jagged beak of the creature ripped flesh from the bird and swallowed.

She notice a rainbow color feather flouted down to her and snatch it before it fell to her noes. Pix does not seen this strange feather before. It's so unnatural. She looked over to the trail of normal feathers when the sound of a bird being attack ended. Pix leaned against the rock from the sight of the colorful serpent like bird, chowing down on it's pray like a eagle would eat birds as well. "Such a sight to see the top pray in action." Pix told herself very quietly from the sight of an creature near by. "Such a bruit to see such a blessed creature in living mother nature and it's circle of life... To bad this life ends here." Pix grow an devilish grin. This is what she was waiting for.
But today was not the day. She quietly went down the hill and out of that place.

The first landmark Nai encountered on her little detour was a rushing stream.
{The famous Luscious Stream. Don't tell me you don't know about it?} X sneered.
Nai made no comment either verbally or physically to X's comment. She simply looked at the stream and then around her as she walked.
The girl continued to follow the stream for some time, before walking away from it as she set off down what seemed to be a deer path.

The shadows cast by the trees lining the gushing stream shifted and then completely popped out from the ground, swirling into a large cocoon. The black shell split open to reveal a kneeling hooded figure with an owl perched on the shoulder. As the split shadows sunk back into the ground, the girl stood up and then stepped forwards. She had only been kneeling because a certain someone (coughcoughXcoughcough) had decided to trip her to simply irritate her. After feeling that she was in as safe a spot as she could possibly be, Nai halted and first took what seemed to be the note. Before bothering with anything else, she opened the note and read through it. Rather than writing on the back of it as she had done before, the girl instead crumpled it and threw it into the stream not two steps away from her, knowing that the water would soon make the piece of paper unreadable. Instead, she took out a fresh sheet and began scribbling on it. If Fenrir was still searching for the Sins, then she would need to be more careful. Taking care to not give away any specific information in her reply so that only "Crimson" would be able to understand, the girl started the note: Heading there.
Thought you were talking about someone else.

X {What, no thank you?} X drawled in Nai's head as she folded up the letter. The girl ignored the summon. She was never one for manners and it was unnecessary to mention the items. Even just saying that she got them would be potentially providing unnecessary information. Untying the bundle of items on I-con's leg and then tying the note where the items had been, the girl then gave the owl the go-ahead to fly off back to Pix.

Pix's first stop was at the cold stream flowing down the mountain side. She only come here so that she could gather some of the plants here, so she wouldn't have to by at the market. Pix started picking and digging out as much need plants with her so she doesn't come her too often.
With all the stuff gathered in her bag, she set off.

He cracked his neck as he tilted it to the side, it'd been a long time since he'd been in the real world...he wondered why he was summoned to this area though. "Argh, this is why I hate rift-hopping...nothin' makes sense anymore." In the same vein as Haruki, he rubbed the back of his neck and strode forward, with him he carried a sword that was about the size of a fully grown man. "This...thing is marring the landscape." Leon muttered to himself as he glanced at the house. He drew his sword and ran his finger along the edge. "Why not...let's break it!" The man exuded energy beyond a mortal body...he was unique in that way.

With a single swipe of his sword, a shockwave flew off of his gigantic sword. He aimed it directly at Kurai since it'd cut her in half and destroy this eyesore along with her. He wasn't against destroying the landscape, in fact...he was calm. His blade rested on his shoulder, and he only slightly used it whenever he needed to. He walked calmly, but he had an aura of cockiness that betrayed an almost child-like nature himself...despite his age, of course.

She howled just as the shockwave was about to hit her and pulled up her reaper arm to protect her. Debris flew everywhere as it was unknown if she lived or not. That is until the debris cleared the area and a large floating arm that was the size of a truck was guarding her. She moved her arm to her side and the larger arm followed it. Using her speed she dashed forward with the floating arm and thrusted it forward in an attempt to crust her opponent against the rock behind him.

The floating arm came in contact with the tip of his sword, but didn't get beyond it. With one hand in his pocket, and the other holding back whatever attack Kurai had planned...Leon looked like he was having fun here. "Shatter." With the slightest twist of his blade, the created arm would explode. Leon rested his sword back on his shoulder, smiling a fanged smile. "Do you really want to do this? I don't hold back against children." Despite his cockiness, there was a certain...discipline to the way he moved.
