Did you send you trade to Annual Ball? I sent one to that account about two or three weeks ago, and it was accepted. Surely yours would be too if it were there. You don't think that the time expired and the trade was canceled, do you? I PMed Angel to accept the trade, so it didn't take too long.
I've been sick, so I haven't really been posting in here either. I'm kind of surprised that more people haven't jumped on board yet. But, every little bit helps, even if we don't have 50 artists in here.

trades expire? O_o i've never run into that wall before kinda thought they go until one of the people involved cancel it... <_< this shouldnt be a problem though since i occasionally resend the trade adding more to it
and yeah i did send it to annual ball, it has to be the right one cuz its the owner of the guild O3O in any case the mule was Lady E's mule from last year's fundraising event thing that kinda flopped. its got 200k or so from daily chance crap and random other things over the year. maybe its cuz i didnt pm angel to accept it... meh she doesnt really have to accept it now anyways just some time before the starts would work since the mule is still gaining gold.

Does it still show the trade as being active in your trade section? There should also be record about it in the trade logs.
I was thinking that we might could do a ball theme for this auction. It's elegant, and to the point. I wonder if it would be too difficult to do ballroom graphics. I'm currently running an auction for the Sloth room and Wrath room. It's kind of how I got the idea to branch out and do one for the rest of the ball. Wills was heading up an auction for the Wrath room, I took over for her and threw in my own room. I made some attempts before to try to draw in the rest of the ball, but it didn't seem to work too well. I guess it will be simpler to have a separate one anyway. I wonder how the other rooms are doing with fundraising. confused

I don't know, Moo. I think that we're doing pretty well with fundraising in the Sloth room. If we could move the rest of our art in the auction thread, that would be even more gold in our coffers.

Not really. I think it's just going to be us. I'm going to give Harmonic an order form for the layout soon. Hopefully we can add a million gold to the ball funds.

Neither of you are too late. biggrin I was just about started to get working on getting this auction in motion. The first thing I need to everyone is to make sure that the links that you give me provide samples of what you are offering to draw. I need links to individual pictures, and I request that they be labeled. I'm trying to tackle a ton of projects at once, but hopefully all of them will come out swimmingly. And, even if the gold we raise in this auction is over what we need, it can be used for next year to take off a bit of stress.
Also, what do you think would be a good name for this auction? I was thinking that we could go plain and simple and just call ourselves "9th Annual Ball Fundraiser" so people would remember who we are. Do you think that we should try to have a more elaborate name?

Oh, man, thats good. I have homework to do now, plus my scanner is down so I can't provide any samples off the bat, but once finals week is over I'll have plenty of time. My finals end on friday- is that day okay? I may or may not be on during the weekend either since my cousin will be here, but I can sneak on on saturday and sunday. At the moment though, exams are killing my time.
In the mean time, I will try and see if I can do my art with my tablet instead, its been awhile but I might be able to do it. I'll try and get my art priced sometime soon ^^

My computer died, so I will be absent for a few days. I will be getting a new computer next week, so there isn't too much to worry about. In the mean time, I need to make sure that I have links to specific examples of your art (as apposed to galleries) so we can showcase your work more easily.
