Nope, he's definitely on there: Motoujamii Lands X || Houzin || Teh Angel Yuna || Vanhi x Souzin I think Fayth has gone through a number of different usernames so that might be where the confusion came in? EDIT: From the looks of old cert and new I think there has been a spelling error somewhere along the way. Since 'Hou' is used a lot in Firekin names, I imagine that that is the part of the name that actually means 'fire'.

Motoujamii Lands I think Fayth has gone through a number of different usernames so that might be where the confusion came in? But nope, he has always been on the members list.
