Iori: God of Fate "Everything is preordained..."
Iori was a little surprised to hear that she was from Japan, "What a
coincidence I come from New Edo too," he said wondering why he had not
seen her while he was there but New Edo was a fairly large city so it would be
impossible to meet everyone who lived there. He opened the door for her
and asked, "Where is it you are headed?"

Hisako shrugged when he opened the door and asked where she was headed. "Thank you." She had to think about it for a second "To find a coffie shop and read this book." She held up the book "Wanna join me in my adventure of finding a coffie shop?" She really hadn't expected to find a coffie shop she just wanted to walk around and see stuff.

Iori thought for a second. "Sure I dont see why not. We may even get to see
the outdoor shows the casinos hold," he said. He'd seen them many times
but he was always impressed with them and the crowds they gathered. "A
coffee shop should be simple enough to find but the crowds in the street
should be had to navigate around."

Hisako smiled as they walked down the street she turned a corner. "You want to lead the way? Cause I have no idea where I am going." she gestured in front of her. "So how old are you anyways? " She knew age was nothing to some one who could live forever if they wanted to. but she decided to be more polite.

Iori walked her in the direction of the best coffee shop. He looked confused for a second, not because of the question itself but because he wasnt sure he knew how old he was. "I'm not sure of my actual age. I think I look around 25 years old, but I couldnt tell you my age even if I wanted to. How about yourself?"

Hisako giggled when he didn't know his own age."550 and counting."She gave a smile then frowned she was getting old she didn't like that alltho she could never age so she figured it wasn't that bad. "You have no idea what it's like looking like your 16 for 535 years" she gave a smile as they walked.

Iori had thought about the scenario of being enternally young and immortal. "It must be tough people treating you like a child just because you look young," he said. "I do have a friend who's looked 15 for 500 years."

Hisako didn't mind it all the time she usualy hung around places where people knew what she was so it didn't bother her. "It's not that bad all the time. It has its advantages" They were walking and it was slightly snowing still from lasnight she loved it "Your no to cold are you?"

Iori wasnt sure of the advantages. "I've looked like this since 1940, I think. So
far I havent seen any advantages. The people who took care of me are gone
and so are the friends I had. I think living forever is a bit of a curse," he said
watching a nearby crowd. When she asked if he was cold he shook his head,
"I'm fine trust me. I've put up with colder weather."

Hisako knew there were alot of bad things but she never had any of those things to begin with. "That is sad but if you are cursed to live such a life. Then why look at only the bad things about it? You get to go along with all the different fads and watch all the movies other people will never get to see. There is always something new to do. You can have a million different occupations. master a million different weapons." She nodded when he said it wasnt that bad. she gave a smile. "Well if you look at it from where I stand. You could even live a million different lives. break a zillion hearts." She gave a smirk "Yea it can get boring."

"The bad things always involve things that matter. I will never see them again and if I were to make friends with mortals I will keep having to see them die. Doesnt that seem like a lonely existence? Of course all the things you suggested are good too but they're not really important," he said. This conversation sounded all too familiar to him.

Hisako didn't really like his down attitude about life. "Would you rather have a little bit of happynes? or a lifetime of sarrow?" she looked at him intently. "And if you really do see it that way then why are you still alive and most of all why do you carry around a sword to protect yourself if you see so poorly of your life?" she never really understood why people were always so depressing she never really liked any of them turns out this guy was just as depressing as any normal human was if not more.

He realized he was being a little too negative. "I do not use this sword to protect myself. It is used to destroy things. I can't die until I finished what I promised. If anyone wants me dead they can wait until I'm done," he smirked. He realized he was sounding a lot like Kaito which scared him a little because Kaito was completely insane. "I'm sorry if I'm being too negative but I cant be happy about outliving people who have been a great part of my life."

Hisako never got close enough to any one for them to be a big part of her life she moved fairly often so she never had to deal with that. she would get a friend they would die but she didn't have a problem with that. "What friends I do make when they die its just life its how it works. " Hisako shrugged she knew life went the way it was for some reason here or there it didn't bother her that people died "Then again I have never been very close to any of them"

Iori felt that her life was a sadder one than his if she never had the chance to
get close enough to a friend to actually feel the loss. "I see," he said. "Is
there a reason for not being close or is that just the way things are?" He
asked this because he had been distancing himself from people for a while
trying not to get attatched to people who wouldnt last.
