Jake gave her a thumbs up, though from his height, it could have looked like any finger and hopefully she didn't misinterpret it, but he heard you Sherry.

Jake was doing a good job of that.
Another quick check on the stabilizer, then her eyes went back to Jake. She'd probably toss him some bandages soon. Maybe. She had a feeling he'd not ask for help until the last possible moment.

Sherry was right. Even on the verge of death, he probably wouldn't ask for help, so it was probably a good thing she was keeping an eye on him.
For now though, he was still find, and continued striking the creature.
Slowly but surely, they would bring it down.

She might have pressed the issue, but she found her hands full with rope and titan. She didn't need to talk to Jake to keep him alive. She hoped.

If anything, talking would probably distract him and put him in more danger.
As it was, he could barely hear half the things she said anyways. He assumed it was her worrying over him, as usual.

Of course she worried. He was on a titan thing and it was a lightning machine. And this was Jake- she'd seen his scars and watched him bleed. There was no way to not be worried.
But mostly it was the whole giant titan thing that had her worried. Armagnac was still chuckling about how awesome it would be if it ate him.
One eye on the titan, one on the stabilizer.... she was out of eyes. Darn it!

Sherry must have pro... whatever the opposite of cross eyes skill if she was able to do that. All Jake had to do was watch out for the spiky electric things, and he was having trouble doing even that.
At least he wasn't doing too bad in the attacking department.

If Sherry had anything to say about it he would.
Which was why she'd brought bandages. Just for him.
And now seemed like a decent time to use them. The titan was kind of holding still for the moment. Quick bandage time.
