In an empty section of the arena a rippling of the air gave way to a human form. Soon enough a young looking witch could be seen standing there.
"Let's see... One of them would come. Yes, that's the kind of cocky they are. Right about now, whoever it is should be here... Oh, I do wish it was Illo. Too bad he's not ready yet.... Uvuvuvu... Some day."
Paradox held a certain distortion around her as she waited.
Decus says nothing as small bits of celestial flames form and his glaives end.
I can't tell you that… You'll have to figure it out. I make my own decisions, and see them to the very end. Decus slices horizontally sending a flaming arc at Paradox.
What I did: (read this and you won’t have to read the rest of the post)
Paradox used her Motion/Location ability to "bookmark" an area. She moves an innumerable amount of times in the span of a simple second, and so it looks like she's leaving a trail of her own essence.
Paradox covered her mouth and giggled. "Oh? This will be fun then!
As long as you can tell when You've had enough!"
Paradox floated out of the way of the blast lazily, a thick, ink-like trail of energy flowing out behind her. She managed to get out of the way, but she took some fire with her on her sleeve. She stood there looking at Decus blankly as she brushed off the little ember.
I'd be careful if I were you. My Tentai Hi (天体の火, Celestial Fire) seems to be taking a liking to you. Of course I doubt it can cause any physical harm to you,so you should have no immediate cause for alarm. Decus takes a deep breath and then slashes his glaive rapidly sending several small arcs of pressurized wind in such a manner that they are dispersed over an expansive range, enough to make it difficult to avoid them entirely without taking any damage. Unlike most who would rush in Decus knew better. When combating a witch on needed to constantly be on guard.
What I did: (read this and you won’t have to read the rest of the post)
Paradox used her bookmarked places from earlier to return (teleport) back to them without giving up her momentum.
Amid an array of slicing wind blasts, Paradox looked composed and ready to deal with the attack, an aloof expression on her face as she began to teleport rapidly around the blasts. To say she was teleporting was a facile way to put it indeed, for her technique was much more complicated than that. It would appear to Decus to be the work of some illusory magic.
Eventually she stopped to speak. "I'll give you credit, you aren't bad. But if you're finished, I'm quite sad." A drop of blood danced its way down the witch's face.
"Then again and maybe perhaps I'll take that back, my judgement lapse. Terpsichore in heels, the calf make warm. Will you enjoy my more deadly form?"
Then a veil of dark energy enveloped Paradox, and the witch appeared to be quite different when the inky black shroud cleared out.
"This should do much better!" Paradox said as she charged a blast. When she fired, the blast shot out in a series of energy orbs that would pelt the arena like hail.
Paradox's attack is the "wave blast." If her opponent focuses on one blast, then that blast disappears leaving other possible impacts to occur. If Decus tries to counter all blasts, then one will remain. Whether or not the blast(s) that are left are headed for Decus is up to chance.
Decus made sure to focus on Paradoxes movements. Being experienced in fighting his sister and their friend Rihan, Decus could differentiate between teleportation and illusion enchanted walking. It seemed to him Paradox was doing neither one. He then recalled the distortion shed used earlier;surely the secret lied in that moment. How underwhelming. Eternal Recurrence Saigetsu (Rebirth Moon) Decus splits his glaive into two halves and crosses them together. When Eternal Recurrence is activated, Decus must use two swords. With them he blocks and catches a good bit of the projectile attack,he then slices a cross through it to redirect the blast. This technique allows Decus to avoid heavy damage , while returning and magnifying the potential injury to its source. As he releases it the last one catches him in the chest sending him backward a few feet. Hmm perhaps I spoke to soon.
What I did: (read this and you won’t have to read the rest of the post)
Paradox raised an eyebrow at Decua' technique. It certainly was an interesting one, but Paradox didn't seem too flustered as her attack came at her with full force.
The orbs began multiplying and condensing in number at a dizzying rate until there was nothing. The witch held a hand over her mouth.
”A maneuver like that would undo an opponent below me with no worry, but should I point a dual-edge at you? This I won't do, my offense shan't hurry."”
At this point Paradox began charging another blast. She circled slowly around Decus. She needed to figure out a way around his ability. Sure, he couldn't exactly harm her with her own skill, but one shot at a time wouldn't do, especially since he didn't look damaged at all.
She left an inky trail wherever she went, like some repugnant slug of the night. She would wait until she was at Decus' three o; clock to fire her next wave of surreal energy orbs. Needless to say, this attack was charged a little longer and would therefor pack a harder punch.

Demon of the Silver Moon
The worst part about being strong is that no one ever asks if you're ok.
------------------------- Decus watches her carefully as his mask falls apart. While he was mostly unharmed his clothing didn't fare to well. It was clear she was trying to deceive him,but he couldn't bank on her getting tired. She was clearly trying to toy with him. We all owe a permanent death. We all owe one no matter who we are. No matter our power…eventually everyone dies, one way or another. Only an arrogant fool would think otherwise.Whether in battle or in disease, due to bad luck or in age, death will take us all when our time has come. To make sure that it is not in disease make sure to keep yourself healthy. As for the other three it is up to fate to decide, but I for one will make sure that if it is to be in battle that I will make my enemy work hard for their prize. No stop playing around. Said slowly as he watched her. As Paradox made her move Decus quickly uses his Requip ability to switch to his Tsukikage no Tsurugi and his Midnight Maboroshi Coat(Midnight Illusion Coat) The sword takes the form of a thin broad sword with purple lines on it,and the coat is simplistic, with long-sleeves and goes down to his calves, which are covered by a pair of black boots. All that is revealed of his skin is a small V-neck portion and the face underneath his eyes. Gripping blade with both hands, Decus unleashes an almighty slash, releasing a powerful blade of pressurized Tentai Hi at high speed cutting a direct path to paradox. Decus leaps forward the remaining blast being absorbed into his blade, aiming a horizontal slash at Paradox to follow up from the Tentai Hi. ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒░░░░░░░░░░ ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒░░░░░░░░░░
OOC: Saigetsu magnifies what it reflects. Even if its her technique she'd be hurt a little due to the power increase.

A slice wince could be seen in the face of the witch, if one were close enough. She didn't like Decus' technique too much, especially when it was so difficult to make her attack go away completely. In order to do that, Paradox would have to focus on all the orbs as independent attacks at once. This is something that is largely impossible to do, so a few of her attacks got back to her. She didn't look too damaged though.
”Such a lovely little speech, but I am deaf to this preach. Give me fire, I'll show you timely your sword to me won't reach."” At this point Paradox used her teleportation to appear behind Decus on the ground. She began teleporting all over the place, tracing a track of the path she'd taken so far. The teleportation would continue to speed up until there would be no way to tell that teleportation was happening. After a moment of this, three more Paradoxes could be seen on that path. Basically, the purpose of the inky path earlier was to beat down a path that Paradox could teleport in instantly and rapidly to the point of forming what looked like copies.
"If you don't mind me, I will show you most potent skill. Trifle with me, I am not what I look. Instead, these looks kill."
As soon as the copies seemed to solidify, the Paradoxes would all take aim at Decus with their blasts. The direction which these blasts come from would be from four points, and would seem to be simultaneous. A counter attack would render the attacks from three out of four angles inert, since Paradox would have to stay moving to keep the attack going, and any attack would force Paradox to deal with it. However, figuring that out is another story, and if Decus didn't he would face a tsunami of powered orb blasts.

The worst part about being strong is that no one ever asks if you're ok.
------------------------- Decus keeps track of her random location jumping. He could just barely start seeing Paradoxes pattern If I can't tell which one is the real one....I'll just aim at all of you. Decus spins with his sword to create a pressurized tornado of Tentai Hi that both slashes and blows away Parodox. Now that his sword had absorbed her energy slicing thru her attacks would be child's play . If she didn't get serious Decus would get the best of paradox.
What I did: (read this and you won’t have to read the rest of the post)
Rather than the sword cutting into Paradox or any of the other copies, Paradox would disappear in the instant before Decus' sword could reach her. Since the illusion of copies was made as a byproduct of paradox's rapid teleportation, the time it took Decus to complete his circle was more than enough to move out of the way. Paradox, if you want to be technical, was slowing down the teleportations considerably so she wouldn't be in the way of Decus' blade for the duration of each pass.
It was much more difficult to dodge the energy flying around in the air, and this would come to harm paradox slowly. However, it remained that Decus' sword would not reach the witch, nor would Paradox be able to attack with her energy shots. If was a stalemate until Decus changed his tactic, lest he feel like spinning for his while Paradox' soul ebbed away. ””

------------------------- Decus keeps track of her random location jumping. He could just barely start seeing Paradoxes pattern I have nothing but contempt for the way you beings do battle. Rather than face your opponent in fair combat, you prefer to toy with your enemy, and spouting childish nonsense . You are a disgrace of a witch. A shameless coward who deserves to die. Now, how bout you face me,and stop toying with me. Embarrassing. I had hoped for more of a challenge. Am I to believe this is all you've got? I actually thought you'd be a challenge the way you threatened Ren earlier,as far as I'm concerned your just a weak as Illo. Decus "Palm" gives off a noticeable aura revealing its lunar designs. The clouds and shadows of a rabbit glow as Decus channels a little of Paradoxes power from the blade into his rune. He'd been watching her carefully,so he could ascertain Paradoxes techniques strengths. By channeling the swords energy Decus creates a black orb of dense lunar energy that contains a darkness deeper than night. This orb then forms a crescent moon with a star in the center. ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒░░░░░░░░░░ ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒▒░░░░░░░░░░
