Hiroki "Turq" Allans So, he didn't have to worry about paying him back. That was good, since he didn't have a job. But, it would make him feel better to think of them as payment for helping Julius. For now, at least. Until he felt more at home. "About myself?" Turq took a piece of bread and bit into it, trying to but some time. He didn't know anything about himself. Not as far as where he came from or who he was. "I like reading and art and animals. I'm allergic to pineapple, but I think they're really cute for some reason. I think it's the leaves. Looks like a funny haircut. Uh....Oh! I had a dog once. When I was a little kid. I don't remember it's name or anything, but I remember playing with it."

Julius listened to Turq as he slowly ate his stew, dipping his bread into the gravy. "We've similar interests, so that's good" he replied. "A dog, huh? I doubt it was at the warehouse place you mentioned. It must be an early memory from before you were taken there. You know, I should look at missing persons files from more than ten years ago. See if any child went missing that could be you, I suppose." But if he found out who the boy was, he'd leave right? But it would be cruel not to tell him if he did find out anything.... "What happened about schooling at the warehouse when you were younger? Did you get a decent education? How did you end up to be wandering down the lane? Feel free to reciprocate, I don't mind what you ask me."

Hiroki "Turq" Allans Turq blinked and ate the bread slowly. "You'd....You'd really help me find out? I'd like to know. Just so I can...know who I am." He smiled softly before he started eating the stew. "If it helps....I don't remember very much of anything from before I was seven." Education? He wasn't going to have togo to school, was he? "They taught me math, science, literature, and history. The...everyday things, I guess. Why?" Turq took a few bites the bread and stew again before answering. "They woke me up, bound and gagged me, and took me out to the van. We drove for a long time before they tossed me out here. They drugged me, too, so they could remove the chip they put in my neck when I first got there." Questions for Julous? He didn't really have a lot of them.

Julius listened to Turq in utter shock. Just what the hell had he been put through? Where had he been and why was his memory so poor? Perhaps because he'd been drugged? Or had subconsciously blocked it out? Trauma could cause amnesia too right? This warehouse certainly didn't sound like any care home or orphanage he'd ever been too. He'd certainly never been chipped. A registered home would certainly never drug you and bind you then dump you in the middle of nowhere to whatever fate dealt. It was a distressing story. "Dear god, just what sort of people were they to do that to you? You poor soul!" he exclaimed. "It sounds as though they needed you gone quickly for some reason but I can't imagine what that reason might be. Yes, I will help you find out who you are. I just hope that if you do discover who you are, you'll decide to still stay here with me."

Hiroki "Turq" Allans Turq smiled a bit. "They weren't mean. They only hurt us when we did something wrong. They kept us in...decent shape most of the time. Some of them were really nice to me, and snuck me some extra dessert from time to time." He was happy to hear Julius would help him. "I....I don't want to leave here. I know I have a family somewhere, but....I don't even remember their names or what they look like. I couldn't possibly go with them."

Julius frowned a little and shook his head. "You only believe it was acceptible treatment because you've known nothing else" he replied. "Hurting you even if you did something they deemed wrong is not acceptible, physical punishment never acceptible. The whole thing stinks of criminal cruelty to me. We will find out who you are, who and where your family are. There must be clues we can follow. I wonder if I should have a doctor check you over if you were drugged and dumped here? How are you feeling?"

Hiroki "Turq" Allans Turq frowned. So, they hit them when they were bad even though they didn't have to. He suddenly felt betrayed. "Criminal? They were criminals?...I guess that makes sense." Hearing Julius say he should bring in a doctor, Turq dropped his bread and panicked. He didn't like doctors. Not at all. "I feel fine....We don't need a doctor."

"There's no need to look so worried, Turq, I wouldn't let anyone hurt you" Julius told him when he saw his reaction to the suggestion of a doctor. "If you say you feel fine then we'll leave it at that for now. But I will keep a close eye on you. Any nausea or fever and I will have to call the doctor. There is a small village near here with a very nice elderly female doctor. I assure you she is pleasant and kind." He finished up his meal.

Hiroki "Turq" Allans Turq was relieved Julius wasn't going to call a doctor. Not unless Turq got sick or something. He'd just have to be sure not to get sick then. Even if the doctor was an elderly lady with Julius' confidence, he didn't like doctors. His experience with doctors had never been pleasant. "I didn't mean to panic....I'm sorry." He picked up the bread again and finished his food, pushing the bowl away a bit to say he was full. Turq wasn't; in fact, he was still very hungry. But, he didn't know if the drug wore off and how much he could eat. He'd ask for more in a bit if he was able to hold it down. "How often do you have to see the doctor, Julius? Do you get sick a lot? One of the kids at the warehouse did. She was sold at one of the auctions, though, so I don't know if she still does or not."

"That's okay, no need to apologise" Julius replied with a warm smile. "It will take time to get used to a normal way of life and not be scared by certain things." He took the empty bowls and put them in the dishwasher. "I didn't give you a larger portion because of you being drugged. You may vomit. If you keep that down then there's more in the pan I can heat up later, okay? You don't have to worry about being hungry at all. You can eat your fill here." He sat back down to eat one more piece of bread. He choked in an explosion of crumbs when Turq said about the auctions. "SOLD?" he exclaimed. "You kids were being SOLD? What the f... Makes sense. Kids being stolen, kept in a secret warehouse, auctioned off. Either your family were close to tracking you down - which, sadly, is pretty unlikely after over a decade - or the place was being raided by cops and they needed to get rid of the evidence and dump you kids. Don't know, just an idea, that could be what happened."

Hiroki "Turq" Allans He hoped he would be able to adapt. Turq didn't want to be a hindrance on Julius' life. Hearing that there would be more food later if he was able to hold what ate, Turq smiled happily. That was great, because the food was really good. Julius was a great chef. When Julius suddenly spoke up at being told about the auctions, Turq jumped and poked his fingers together again. He upset him. "Y-You think so...? It was pretty quiet, though. Maybe it really is because I broke the vase. I've broken other stuff, though. The chairman never really cared so much."Puppy Peter Hi, hi! How was your night?

CLCyrus Sister Brigit took my phone away! I just got it back after class smile Julius realised he'd worried the lad. He sighed and shook his head. "I don't know. It just all so surprising and shocking to me to find out this was happening to you, is happening to others" he replied. "You broke a vase? Well, I guess if they thought your clumsiness a liability... Nasty, just to dump you! But let's not talk about any of this now. Let's forget all about it. You belong here with me now. We belong together. Let's just focus on that, okay? If you're not tired now, we could tour the house and garden. I can show you my laboratory. No one else has ever been in there, I don't welcome visitors." And he certainy wouldn't welcome anyone who came to take the boy away from him either. He'd likely wring their necks! He'd never had family or friends, never dated or had relationship, he didn't know what it was to share a life with someone. He'd never missed that, never felt the need, never felt lonely before, but now with Turq turning up in his life out of the blue like this it was as though a hole had been filled in. He would protect him...possess him. He was his and that was that.

Hiroki "Turq" Allans Turq tilted his head again before beaming. So, Julius thought he belonged here? That was great. Now he really did feel special. In fact, he felt so happy that he hugged Julius enthusiastically. "Can I see your laboratory? I'm really curious what it looks like." Turq wanted to see the garden and rest of the house, too, of course. But, he was mostly curious about the laboratory.Puppy Peter Possess him?? Also, sucks you got caught.

CLCyrus I reckon Sister Brigit is a witch - she has eyes everywhere! lol Julius is VERY possessive, he will see Turq as a possession. But a treasured one. Julius was surprised by the hug, he wasn't used to physical contact. Not that he objected, it was nice. He patted his back. "Of course you can see the lab. This is your home now, there's nowhere you may not go. Though it's probably best to knock before entering if I'm working, just for safety reasons, so I can switch off anything hazardous." He was pleased Turq was so enthusiastic about seeing his laboratory, he was actually very proud of it. "It's in what was a garage. This way, there's a door from the utility room." He led Turq to a strange fabulous door that opened up onto his amazing rather bizarre laboratory.

Hiroki "Turq" Allans The door to the laboratory was weird, but cool at the same time. Did he make it himself? When the door was opened, he was greeted by an equally fascinating room. Turq's eyes sparkled. "So cool!! It's awesome~!"Puppy Peter Well, Turq will be none the wiser unkess someone says something to him. ^^
