This was going from bad to worse. And even worse.

Syth wanted to scream at him, but considering that she couldn't read his mind mentally screaming him down until he was a curling ball of flesh. Attacking him wasn't an option. Getting the armor less so. Kira's actions made her doubt whether or not.

Aaaaaah. She was going to kill him one day.

But he was out of power now, or at least she hoped. Gripping her fists as he'd feel a strange feeling come over his hands as the grip on his sword became tight. Moving to slam his sword into his right the foot, attempting to stab his foot.

Meanwhile she remained silent, overcome with fury, but taking deep breaths to keep herself from accidentally slipping into a trance.

The command had been given and it was obvious it had worked, but for some reason Maras companions continued their attacks. He wasn't sure why her pets didn't care about her well being, but he hadn't expected them to do anything to endanger their masters life. The girl with the spirit pulled her punch at the last minute, missing on purpose but it seemed she was the only one who would hold back for Mara's sake. The backup power supply was grasped by the mysterious woman who had tried to aid the doctor, her body somehow fitting between his back and the wall. After the order he had expected them to become docile and so he didn't have time to respond as she disconnected the backup power core. Warnings began popping up on the display as the suit locked up, however that wasn't the end of it. The woman pressed her foot against him pressing him forward, but as he was moved the suit didn't. Her own strength acted against her as she freed Kylar from the suit, the locks and clasps that held it together coming undone all at once.

Kylar stood in the middle of the room, the armor in a pile behind him, his suit torn in the front where the doctors blade had cut into it. A tugging came from his blade as it began to move on it's own towards his foot, however he had been prepared for the woman who had made several swords float to make him attack himself in some way. She was the only one who could get away with something like that and make it appear as if he was doing it to himself. No longer requiring the blade anyways he released it, the weapon becoming a small key that was slammed into his foot.

Mara spoke and his view of the situation changed in an instant, her well being was of no concern only taking down Kylar. He shook his head after she finished speaking, his own voice following hers. "I tried to end this without bloodshed, but it seems it wasn't possible. You want me to be the monster, you want me to be the bad guy?" He looked at the other Metas before continuing. "I tried to save Hexxis once, before she became a pet like all of you. I tried to save her again while not hurting those that were misguided, but I can see now that was a mistake. SIU is a plague, controlling our kind for their own purposes, creating machines like Hexxis. I tried to resolve this without bloodshed, but I'm done playing nice."

Kylar took a step forward as his body began to shimmer. For a moment he was visible, fading quickly as he became translucent. Weaponless and silently Kylar moved about the room a slight bit deciding a position out of the way to wait so that he could prepare to attack, assuming they couldn't see him. However, he had made several assumptions already that were all incorrect and so he kept his guard up not presuming himself to be safe just yet.

Taking in another breath, making a slight hissing noise, he closed his eyes and shook his head. "She's gonna hate me for this.." he muttered, moving to stand up. Turning his back to the window, he looked at his shadow, and glanced back to where Hexxis was. "I'm sorry." he whispered, pulling out a dagger licking the pommel [Thieves Venom - Shadow Bite], holding it in his fist before he dove into his own shadow. As he teleported through his own and lunged out of Hexxis', he went to waylay her in the back of the head halfway between the ear and the spine on her right side [Daggers of Returning - 15 Damage + 4 Shadow Bite = 19]. Not even taking half a moment to think, he wrapped his left arm around her, trying to keep her close as he leaned in and licked the side of her neck, right where a bruise was from a week ago, leaving a purplish goop on her neck [Thieves Venom - Venom: 4 Damage].

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Staring as Kage stepped out of the suit like the darn freaking ...... ..... thing! he was. The sword a key now but Zira now had the pack and the suit.

Mara was still unable to activate anything even the thought of moving forward to punch him was slowed and made her blink as she felt sluggish which only made her more angry as she clenched her hands into fists wanting to slam them into the being ahead of her.

"Still crazy as always" she growled under the helm and blinked as he faded from sight. Sh** invisibility?! he had that now? he did look a little older than when she last saw him. Did he get a new power set? sh** sh** sh**.

Even then she couldn't summon her guns to fire in his general direction, this was -really- frustrating. "......what?" she blink as metal made a dull swishing sound as it wrapped around her armor. Holding then lessening as she snapped her heard toward Melody and good an uncomfortable breath but said nothing as she watched her...try to find him? Glancing around she looked for any sign of him, did he had teleport to? shadowed armor fingers clench tightly.

Mara was looking past Syth at the moment she teleported and it took her a few second to realize she had materialized one of the guns to her hand and was trying to aim it upward toward her head, bending her wrists as her helm went down. [Dancing Guns]. "Sh**!!!"

Melody seemed focused until Syth disappeared and then she felt him. He was still there. "...found y-... wait, nonononono.." The wires began to fade and the panic set in as she was already moving her gaze to see Mara trying to crane a gun to position to shoot herself. Her heart began to sink as fear was overtaking too quickly to react. She was doing so well, and now Mara was going to die. Her thoughts raced, roaring up as she was trying to think of any way to stop this. Taking a short but deep breath, she closed her eyes and put up Golden Form again. [Golden Form Lvl 3]

She opened her eyes as they had changed again. 'About damn time..' she thought calmly then narrowed her eyes at Mara as she lunged towards her immediately and moved just past her and brought back her elbow into the nape of her neck for a knockout [Rolled: 10 called shot to GB20]. "Zira! Don't ******** this up or you won't live long enough to see how angry I will be if you mess this up."

Zira reflexively had moved to wrap her arms around Mara to keep her arms at her sides to keep her from moving as soon as the wires were gone. She was considering options and moving on Alice's thoughts now, in sync and already ready for the next step. She focused and shadows pooled up beneath them as she dropped them into it and teleported the two of them to Mara's room, still holding onto her as tight as possible [Shadow Manipulation: Teleport].

Hexxis was well on her way down the street, turning down an empty side street, taking some route to someplace that was a bit more out public view. As she had turned the corner, focused on moving toward her command goal, she was caught completely off guard from the attack that suddenly landed against the back of her neck and everything went black for a second or two only to return blurry and her five shadowed swords dropped to the ground around her and disappeared. [Takes 19 damage] She made a noise of pain as she lurched forward at the impact, only to be pulled back suddenly into a grapple and the person licked the side of her neck and her heart beat quickened. [Takes 4 damage] The act alone seemed to cause her to hesitate as she inhaled sharply and made a slight breathy noise. A memory flickered for only a moment, this seemed very familiar. Even if it was different, her body seemed to react like it had been a very familiar situation.

"..don't." she muttered, not actually fighting back as she seemed on the brink of losing consciousness, struggling against her own body to just stay awake.

She closed her eyes and began to push against his arm weakly, not enough strength to put up much resistance. "...please.." she muttered and seemed confused and out of it.

Aaaaah this thing was a pain to get on in a hurry. It didn't help this was her first time using it. Cursing to herself all the while staring at the helmet. Oh that was going to be the fun part.

Aaaah Mara why did you hold out on giving me this?

A few frustrating moments would get her suited in. Grabbing the helmet and trying to slip it over and tink. Her horn was in the way.

Great. She adjusted the helmet so her horn went in first, slipping it over the rest of her head before finding there was still no room for her horn. A silent groan escaped her as she forced the helmet down, her horn piercing through the helmet, managing to get it on all the while she took in a deep breath.

Things were booting, a couple cracks were on the HUD. Beggars couldn't be choosers, but at least now things were on and going. Just a quick check of what she had.

2 Daggers (Which was nice since we wasn't able to summon), a gun, and then well the abilities of the suit. She knew of at least the concussive blast now.

Taking out one of the daggers, letting it float in the air with her telekenesis as she took off to get back into the fray. Bursting back through the door, her sight catching... Melody in there by herself. No, her HUD was going off, Zylar was still there, a smile coming across her face as she dagger sailed forward towards him [Telekinetic: Damage 22 (Rolled 7d6)] while she launched herself at him, throwing a single punch at his gut. [Adult Punch: Damage 18 (Rolled 3d6 + 10 Bonus from Suit)]

The next few seconds were all a blur, the shadow using woman attempting to restrain Mara, the child attempting to render her unconscious and then Mara herself, successfully getting off the shot before the other two could stop her. Mara went limp just before the two of them connected, the shadow woman dragging away a heavily injured and bleeding Mara. Their timing was just to perfect and he couldn't help but actually laughing for a moment, perhaps not the best idea when he was invisible.

The woman with the swords returned, wearing asuit the same suit his own had been before a few custom modifications including a paint job. The only reason that he could tell it was the sword woman was because of a horn that poked through the helm of the suit visibly damaging it. His laughter seemed to give away his position or the woman herself had some ability that allowed her to see through his invisibility as a dagger flew towards him. Kylar attempted to block the small blade with his own, but it had much more force behind it than expected. The dagger slashed at his side as he only altered the course slightly despite his efforts. The dagger wasn't a fluke either as the woman rushed forward attempting to lay into him with the suit. The fist that followed wasn't as difficult to block as the blade, but still offered some issue as she successfully connected with his chest, a blow that would leave some slight bruising.

After the unexpected attack by the horned woman, Kylar had a choice. He had summoned his blade intent on dealing with the child shielded by gold, but she didn't seem able to see him. The suit however, something of the horned womans allowed her to see past his stealth. The suit was a threat, she just didn't know how to injure him properly yet, thank god. Kylar made up his mind quickly, rushing towards the suit. He shifted quickly getting around the suit as he unlocked the security clasps on the battery and pulled it from the suit. He didn't stop there however since even in lock down the suit wouldn't be able to hold this Meta, at least it wouldn't have been able to normally. The battery pack now pulled he thrust the sword into the opening where it would have gone, piercing through to the woman inside. There was no pain however or even damage to the suit as the blade served it's secondary purpose, acting as a key. The blade twisted as he directed his power directly inside of her, the ability to teleport being sealed off from her as the suit would lose power and lock her within.
