She shook her head. "I should be able to get used to this. So when are we gonna start?"

oh that is right. First you must let your energy cover your body, then fouces the wind/air around you toward your hand, then slowly take the energy that covers your body and slowly move it toward you hand allowing the ball of air to grow and become denser.
There is one down side to this spell when the ball hits anything it releases the air at a high speed hurting every thing in the area even the user.
so don't drop the ball of compressed air.

Gem bit her lip and then concentrated. She breathe in at a slow even pace, then let the air out. Pushing everything out of her mind, she let her energy cover her body. Her body gave off a wave of energy as she pictured a ball of wind. Still closing her eyes, Gem lifted her right hand up and pictured a ball of wind. She mentally gathered up the energy around her and made it into a ball. Even though she couldn't see it, the ball started to apear, swirling around with gusts of wind. Just when she was almost done, Gem opened her eyes and gasped. The ball disappeared as she kneeled down on the floor, taking in deep breaths.

She took in a deep breath. Though she was tired, Gem couldn't help but be pleased. She forced herself up and focused harder. The ball apeared more quicker in her hand then before and Gem held it out. "What am I suppose to do with it now?" She asked.

"Okay.." Gem closed her eyes and held the ball near her body. She let the energy return to herself as the ball faded into her body. Opening her eyes, Gem saw the ball fade. "That....was...so...COOL!" She exclaimed.

biggrin well i am glad that you think so. There is one spell that i have to teach you so that you can get to the hidden rooms of the dojo as you saw there are only three rooms. you have to learn the spell wind walk so that you can get to the student rooms that and it is a quick way to travel.
(sorry about being gone so long my brother need the phone)

She looked up at her Sensei and blinked. "Is it as draining as the wind ball that I made? Because if it is, I might not be able to take the draining."

yes you will feel lighter because of the pressure that your body has been under and the high the pressure goes the light you will feel when leaving this room or the dojo.
