now for a game I just reciently got my paws on

Nascar: 2005 Chase for the Nextel Cup

not for those who have no clue what Nascar is

Race to the Top:

you start out as a no-name driver who just so happens to have a very good car. you stop at a stop light and you look at this racing magazine which features Ryan Newman, you look over at the car beside you and, lo and behold, Ryan Newman is driving it wearing some of his sponsor gear, you double check and sure enough he's acually there. he smiles and points at the light and you race him, you CANNOT start the game unless you win (so this is extremely easy), he complements on your racing ability and gives you a car in the Featherlight series and an agent

so now basicly you race and win, get prosteige and get to test for different teams, if you beat the time they set, you get in that car and race for that series. eventually you can buy and manage your own team and might even win the Nextel cup!

Series:

Featherlight: beginner
Craftsman Truck: tricky but not all that hard
Bush(National): hey you get to acually race cars!
Nextel: the best of the best

aside from that you can do various other things

Race Modes:

Race Now: pick your driver and race!
Race Online: ok so you can beat the computer, but what about other humans?
Season: skip the beginner crap and race in the season!
Lightning challange: pull off some pro moves and get some stat points!
Dodge Speedzone: your racing moves are dull, you can't get anywhere and keep getting into the wall or other cars, well go through this and train yourself and you will be outracing everyone, from Dale Jr., to Jeff Gordon, hell even Dale Sr.!
Chase to the Cup: 10 races left, only the top 10 are within reach, chose your driver and your possision in the top ten and race for the cup!

Features:
Nascar 101: so you don't really folow Nascar but you want to try this game anyway, or want to know what's new from the last game. well this will tell you race lingo like Wedge adjustments and features like Share Drafting and Intimadator to make your way to the top easier, and hell, even driving!

Custom Car Garage: what racing game would be complete without this? decide the color, the paint scheme, and the sponsors you and your team will have, the only thing you can't change is the interior and motor!

My Nascar:

Thunder Plates: unlockables galore! Tracks, Drivers, Sponsors, Cars, you name it!
Skill Points: what you need to unlock the unlockables
Best Laps: well you need to know what you gotta beat right?
Favorite Driver: changes your background scheme, pick anyone in the Nextel Cup, Including Dale Sr.!
Settings: you should know this one

EA Sports Extras:

Replay Prologue: basicly you kick Ryan Newman's a** in different cars you unlock
Season Reviews: see what has happened this past Nextel Season
Credits: you should know this one

all in all, (well as far as I've gotten it) it's a great racing game. chalinging but It literly simulates you in a Nascar situation, you have to worry about Fuel, Tires, Wedge adjustments if you need them or not, weither to Intimadate for your track possion or Share Draft. and that's in the race alone!

so basicly what i'm saying is, this is NOT for the weak minded *coughcough*Kutterman*coughcough*

Anyone getting Smackdown vs. Raw? If ya do, we can create an online company, like the BTWF and can have matches on there and stuff. 3nodding
