Baha maybe I'd just be getting tired of emotional kids (who it pains me to say make up a lot of zim's fan base) kept coming up to me blatantly knowing who I was and wearing my merchandise asking me to stop and sign an autograph. Dur.

No one ever said he had to be nice. I'm not saying that it's okay for Jhonen to be an a**, I'm just saying that he probably doesn't feel like dealing with squealy/crazy fans every time he's out.
I don't know if I would want to meet him whether he was in a bad mood or not. Jhonen is scary to me. xd

It's still inappropriate to behave like that. If you're famous and liked you should expect people to ask for autographs and possibly want to sell them on eBay for cash afterwards. Which is why they hold autograph signing sessions and change $10-$40 for a signature!

I'm not surprised, he may have been having a bad day thanks to publishers and so on. He claims that people he works for always stress him out.

My best friend some how managed to find Jhonen's AIM account, he was very sarcastic and anti-social but he talked to her for a bit then logged off. When she checked the next day the AIM account had been deleted.

So Jhonen is a real jackass. Doesn't make his work rule less, in my opinion. A man has a right to be an a*****e. Man has a right to be a saint, too. Apparently Jhonen finds it more preferable being an a*****e than a saint. Who are we to say he should change his attitude?
From what I've seen, most of you don't give a lesser slark if he's a world-class hater or not. You like him, his work. You give the man respect.
That's all I have to say about that.

Well, if I was in a bad mood, and crazily obsessive teens kept getting in my face asking for autographs, I'd probably do the samething. I think nothing less of him. Besides, it's Jhonen, what would you expect?
But if it happened to me, I'd probably feel sad at first, then I would stare him down as he walked away, then I would probably laugh. Only to be further saddend by realizing that I still had no autograph...
