OH GOD YOU TOO!?! I returned that game..

Yeah playing that game is basicly like losing....

It wasn't hard it was annoying, you had something like dragon power and once it drained you died. but when you died you kept all of your exp and items and started over and the begging of the game and had to go through the same crap again. to beat the game you had to go through some places about 3-5 times!

No, no, Kieo, no. Because there might be a fraction of fun there. BoF biggrin Q is like... Let's say I take my head, right? I'm not quite satisfied with it. For the most part, it's a fairly good head, but there's a few things wrong with it. Now, I decide that I just can't deal with this, so I have to fix it. But instead of doing something constructive, I decide that the best way to deal with the flaws in my head is to make MORE flaws by beating myself in the face with a hammer until I pass out or my skull cracks open to reveal the horrid core of all this insanity.

And that's just the FIRST time you play through.

And actually, you don't keep ALL your experience. The way it works is that you get 'normal' experience (which goes straight to your characters) and 'party' experience. The normal experience disappeared when you restarted, but the party experience didn't; you could assign party experience as normal experience when you wanted to - converting it from your stock to stats for your characters. This way, when you restarted you ended up at a higher level so you could get a LITTLE farther each time. x_x;

I restarted my game seven times before I beat it. SEVEN TIMES. And in the end, you don't even WANT to use your dragon powers because all they do is make it so that you'll have to restart again, since your meter goes up way too fast. So, basically, it's a stupid game that makes you play itself over and over and over again until you get ready to break the disc and stab yourself in the eye before slitting your wrists because such an atrocity has come unto this world.

Honestly though, I'd sooner play BoF biggrin Q than something like Superman 64. But Superman 64 doesn't even really qualify as a GAME. Water torture's more fun than that. At least parts of BoF biggrin Q count as a game.

...uh. I liked the faerie village. Yeah. That was the "game" part. |D

I thought it was OK but still I had fun playing it, which is FAR more than I can say for BoF biggrin Q

.... I never really liked the series either... I played a few of the older ones, but they couldn't entertain me....
