m-shell I would have to say my absolute favorite is Sean of the Dead! It is notthat scary but it is way funny! I thought it got fairly scary, but maybe I'm just a wuss...

Day of the Dead and Dead/Alive are my favourites, but I also like Shaun of the Dead, Dawn of the Dead and it's remake (I thought it was good at least), Night of the Living Dead and despite, or perhaps because of it's cheesiness, Lucio Fulci's Zombie.

The_Wicked_Man You did not just mention Redneck Zombies and place the film before Shaun of the Dead, Night of the Living Dead, and Return of the Living Dead! By the way: Dead Alive (unrated version). What's the difference between the R rated cut, and the unrated. BTW:Night of the Living Dead( '6 cool

whatever you do... stay away from vampires vs. zombies... that is a horrible movie... not B rated horrible movie.... backyard filmed bi-chicks wishing they were vampires hitting "zombies" in the road... it's HORIRBLE!!!

The resident evil movies, havent seen land of the dead yet but i heard the zombies in there were alright, and sean of the dead, though that was only funny! rofl

the original dawn of the dead, I think zombies are scarier when their movements are slow but relentless rather than the running 100m in 10 seconds. That was one of the good things about the Texas chainsaw massacare- he was slow but you knew he'd get them in the end 3nodding

I just rented Return of the living dead. It was ok, I dont like the talking brain eating zombies, but it wasnt half bad. I saw the second one a while back and I hated it, it wasnt a horror movie in the slightest, it was a comedy trying to be horror. uggh. Maybe its just because Im bitter about almost everything. domokun

If someones running at you with a knife you like "oh s**t" but if someones walking at you slowly with a knife you like "oh man, if hes cocky enough to walk Im boned." Its not that zombies are made to look cocky, its just that that kind of action is just scaryer because if its a human it would be seen as that person almost saying "your already dead, just you wait."
