I read pretty much anywhere.I always end up reading in the dark so my mom yells at me and turns on more lights before she lets me start reading again. But it is kind of my fault because I like reading in odd little corners and it is usually dark there. I am usually reading on my way to classes too. I hold a book with one hand and grab the back of my friends' backpacks with the other so I don't run into things. One of my friends hates it so she purposely tries to run me into things.

Hey, holding onto someone's backpack is pretty clever. I usually just scrape my shoes on the ground to keep from walking into things, or walking off the pavement. Though it doesn't always work.

That is a good idea... I should do that. I just sort of stick my hand out in front of me to ward things off.

I like reading outside, in the evening with my cd player playing out the killers or nickel back or even classical masterpieces. but if i'm not able to go outside because of rain or snow or wind i sit in my room with the door closed listening to my stereo and reading on my bed. it's nice there.

I don't like listening to music with words when I'm reading; I either can't focus, or I tune it out and I'm not even hearing it anymore. Same goes with classical, actually, although I like classical better than any other kind of music; I either listen to it, or I read. I can't do both. rolleyes

I've been reading on the couch in the TV room because it has good light. When school is happening, I tend to read in my room on my comfy chair. smile

I curl up in the far corner of the school library to read. The librarians play really cool music like Copeland and Vivaldi. Its all so quiet and peaceful.

Anywhere. I can slip in between those ink-engraved pages at anytime anywhere.
it's getting me to pay attention to ym surroundings when I am reading thats hard sweatdrop
I actually cna walk fine, though it's usually in a circuit or by route if I'm reading.
I read a book through three school periods and when I put it down I was in a different classroom. I thought I was late heh^^

Yes. 3nodding Though I've heard (and I know I've said this in another thread) that you shouldn't read in bed because it mixes awake, creative energy with sleeping energy. I'm sure that's true, but I must read before bed.
Although ... if I read in bed in the mornings, I don't tend to get out of bed in a timely manner ...

I like to read outside when it's raining with an umbrella. But when it's not raining I like to read in my room where I can't be distrubed by my family.
